# PROFESSIONALISM The workers at this store are very friendly, helpful, the know pretty good they job and also how to help you with what you need!! Store are clean and very organized. Prices and quality better than AutoZone, Advance or Federate part store. Warranty not problem, no asking questions like other stores. Before going somewhere else, #*BELIEVE ME, GO O'REILLY FIRST!!!!! They aren't guessing when get you what you need

This was my first time here. This was one of only two stores in the state that had the part I needed. There were an abundance of workers and I was immediately asked if I needed help. I gave them the part number and they retrieved it quickly. I was in and out within minutes.

I've been waiting for this store to make it to NE. Its hard to give the new guy on the block a chance but its worth it. I have walked in several times and am always greeted by the staff. All counter staff listen to what you need and find it for you...best thing is they carry enough parts so you don't wait until the next day. In my work, I can't afford to delay jobs due to lack of parts, like some other parts places in the area. Will be ordering from these guys!!!

The store has a great selection. But if you need parts look up or any staff assistance, you may want to go elsewhere. I went in with a print out from the Oreillys website showing the part I was looking for and that it was in stock, but the staff took a long time to find it.

Terrible, waited in line 20 minutes to buy a $2 part, while the other cashiers spent the entire time arguing prices with the customers in line. At least four other employees walked by me and did not even acknowledge my presence or offer to help me. The last time I will be going there....

Excellent service here! Got a new car and had a battery die on me, a motivated young man named Lou went out of his way to jump it and install a new one with me, then later helped me sort out a code that came up. The CEL hasn't come up since. Nice Gentleman named Ricky also helped me fix a quick problem I had without pushing me to buy parts I didn't need, clearly knows his stuff and was able to direct me towards another location which had things in stock that they didn't.

I came to this O'REILLY store with my mechanic to get an alternator and my mechanic asked the O'REILLY employee named Pablo to test it. But He refused he said it's brand knew even though my mechanic told him that he have seen bad ones right out of the box. I spended $350 plus $200 on labor and when we tested the alternator, It was bad, I came back to the O'REILLY store they test it too same result "BAD ALTERNATOR " The manager told me we could replace it but you will have to take it out again and bring it to us. I ended spending another $300 to have it taken out and put in the knew one. My question is way did the refused to test it " Did they knew that the were selling me a BAD one????? This is very fishy " STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE THEY SELL BAD REBUILD ALTERNATORS and sell them to you as "New If I could give this store a zero star I would be unfortunately I can't

I have dealt with a lot of auto parts store and I would have to say that this is one of the best. Not only are the counter help friendly , they are extremely knowledgeable and more than willing to help find a solution to the problem. I also found their prices extremely competitive and more than likely have what I need in stock.

Yesterday I was refused for bulb replacements for the front and rear... Because it was raining. Today I returned and was again refused service. The service man was rude to me and called me a liar. I know they have done this work before for me.I took my business across the street instead to AutoZone. They helped me right away.

Clearly ahead of all the rest: prices, professionalism, cleanliness, willingness to go the extra mile for you. I'm abandoning all the rest, even online, will make O'REILLY my one so from now on. This after 3 visits... Highly recommended

Great place competitively in the community for a auto store, I now call O'Reilly my auto store. The workers are always ready to help day or night and are ready and willing to answer your questions. The AutoZone workers and managers directly across the street are not willing to just there job let alone go an extra foot not even a mile. That is a poor excuse for retail of any kind. Thank you O'Reilly's for opening up in the neighborhood.

Would rate no stars but not possible I called them asked if they had my part in stock they said they did I go take a uber there and they didnt do not go here and the first time I went was for a fan shroud and they didnt even order the right one waste of time and money they dont know what they're doing

This O'Reilly's opened across from an auto zone I was going to. So much better service here. I could barely get help at auto zone. O'Reilly is my spot for car stops from now on.

Sold the wrong bulbs at 1st, then sent to another store in the chain which took 10 minutes to find the right bulbs even though the 1st store had called them in advance.
