I do not know where to begin. So a few days ago, my car got stuck on the grass and the police came. They called a tow truck. It was 2 am in the morning. The truck accidentally damaged my car when they did their work given the grass situation. You know what this company did for me? They took all the responsibility for the damages and they also did extra work for me. I can t say thank you enough. The quality of this company s work and the professional values they hold are just extraordinary. I just have so much respect for them and I wanted to say I am very grateful and thankful for their accountability and kindness. Anyone who read this, you won t be disappointed working with them! Their owner is very friendly and wise.

Dropped my car off to get fixed and they went above and beyond!!! Not only was the smashed door fixed and perfectly done, it came back cleaner then when I bought it!! Everyone at the collision center was amazing! Nice, informative and made everything so easy. I cannot thank them enough for all they did for me.

They are the best , I got my car damaged in a car accident and they fixed and looks like new they even sent my car clean I was amazed they took 2 months that s the only thing they took time to fix but they do a great job I highly recommend them.

just picked up my Kia Seltos from being repaired after i was hit on the highway. I am amazed at how beautiful it looks. Just like the day I first got it! Friendly and helpful staff. Couldn t recommend this place more

Very good place. Office staff, are the best in the business. They are very kind, polite and full of happy attitude. Michael P. Petrarca is a 5 star person with a tremendous knowledge about the business. There, they did a great job on my car. I was and I am very happy about everything. Who ever is looking for an Auto Body shop to leave a car I can say, go to North Providence Collision Center INC. They''l take care of you like with the best service you can't imagine. Great guy. Mike. He gave me an estimate. Then told me he will happily do the work, but I am wasting my money. Wheel well rot was starting in my truck. He told me he'd repair it, but It wouldn't stop the rot from coming back. He actually in a way turned my money down and sent me to another business for a different approach. I'll be back.

If you re in need of body work for any vehicle, new or old, this is the place to come. My passenger door needed to be replaced because of a dent that could not be buffed out. My car was diagnosed and a date for drop off was set right away with a rental waiting the day of. Car parts are taking a while to come in like most things these days but Lisa at the front desk handled everything and always kept me up to date on the status of everything which was greatly appreciated! I picked up my car and it looked like I just drove it off the lot again. Door looked great and the car was detailed inside and out. Thank you to everyone at North Providence Collision, you guys are the best!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I typically don t write reviews but I had such a wonderful experience coming here. Everyone was so helpful, especially Lisa with dealing with insurance and helping iron out all the details. The work on the car was phenomenal and they truly go above and beyond to take care of you here. Highly recommended for all your needs.

I crashed my Mazda off the MA Pike & was shaken up / stressed worrying about going thru insurance/the whole ordeal. I chose North Prov Collision Center & am SO HAPPY I DID. They took care of everything for me. Lisa is AMAZING she works in the office & every phone call / interaction she was super friendly, kind, & informative. I overheard her saying she loves her job & you can literally tell she does. She s just great. Greg is amazing as well & they are professional, thorough, & do great work. I got my Mazda back & my car looks & feels BRAND NEW. They have attention to detail & take pride in their work & it seriously shows. They made me feel like family. My car had extensive hail damage (Texas storm did a number) and multiple paint chips. I am so thrilled with how my car looks after bringing it here. It looks brand new again! Bonus: they deep cleaned the inside as well. If you ever need something done on your car, bring it here. You won t be disappointed with the outcome and the customer service. I am beyond happy I went with my own choice and chose North Providence Collision Center. I found them off of Google and they did not disappoint. They were only supposed to replace my passenger door and paint both doors on that side, they did that exceptionally and more. My car looks brand new. If you're deciding who to fix your car, go with this place!Lisa was great and everyone else there was very kind. I am very impressed. Will recommend this place to anyone that needs a collision repair.

I am very happy to review a great small business, North Providence Collision Center. Mike and his office staff treated me like family. I have been a quality professional for more than 30-years and I have never been treated better by any other automotive business. A few months ago I hit a deer doing 50 mph...I was fine, but my new Outback was NOT. When I got my car back from Mike, it looked better than the day I bought it, inside and out! I could not have been happier. It drives so smoothly, and no one would ever know the car had been in a serious accident. Lisa in the office was so friendly and kept me informed during the process. North Providence auto collision center in Rhode Island is the best auto shop to get your car fixed, the service was impeccable, very professional from the tow truck with the driver name Manny to the fixings is an A list repair shop. Staff at NPCC was very courteous, professional, attentive and friendly. Whenever I call to get update on my Lisa recognize my voice right away. Two thumbs to the staff of NPCC

North Providence Collision Center did a wonderful job on my car. When I picked my car up it looked like new. They fixed a couple scratched that weren't from the accident and didn't even charge me. Mauri, the girl in the office answered all my questions and took care of all the rental paper work. This was my third car accident in five years and this was by fare the best experience. I highly recommend this body shop.

I had my moms Tesla repaired there. They did a great job on the car and handled my mother with excellent care. If they can make my mom happy they can please anyone!!! I would give this place 10 stars if I could.

The folks that work here really care about fixing your car and making sure you are satisfied.I was rear ended on 95 in traffic. Totally not my fault. And I really disliked that I had to do so much stuff fill out forms, file a claim, etc. even though it was the other person's fault.I called the other auto body place in providence, the one with all the radio commercials, and had to come in for a consultation. Two days later they called and said they could take my car in... in a MONTH! Yea, no thanks.I found these folks on Google, they took me in the same day I called (said they would have taken me in day of if I came in. Definitely have to remember this next time). They gave me a brand new Corolla for a rental while my car was being fixed. And they took care of EVERYTHING. They filled out the forms, talked to the insurance co, all I had to do was sign. I had 2 phone conversations with them, one to let me know how things were going, and another to come pick up my car.I went to pick up my car 2 weeks after dropping it off and it looked like brand new. The exterior has been washed and detailed, the interior detailed, seats shampooed (I had food stains on the passenger seat because I'm a slob and drive a lot. They were spotless). Most importantly, the damage was fixed and it looks great. They even replaced the rubber step cover on the bumper (not factory). Plus one of the owners said they guarantee the fix for as long as I own the car.The other insurance company that advertises on the radio says that you have the right in RI to choose your autobody shop for insurance claims. I will definitely be going back to North Providence Collision if I get in any more fender benders. I dont go around writing reviews for everyone, these folks deserve it.

Took my car to this shop after my wheels were stolen. The shop repaired my vehicle, replaced the wheels/tires and everything was top notch. The owner, Mike, is very professional and extremely nice. I would highly recommend this business and I would encourage you to support this local business.

My 10 year old car was involved in a collision. I contacted North Providence Collision Center as the had done a previous repair. Both times I've walked away extremely satisfied with the service, quality, price and timeframe. From Lisa and Mauri at the front desk to the owner, Mike... thanks again!
