I was super nervous about buying another car after I had a terrible accident due to a medical condition. I had a car lined up and ready for me from somewhere else but it didn t feel right. The day before going through with that deal, I reached out to Stateline Nissan via online just to see what else was out there. Kim called me immediately, was incredibly kind to me and found me a car that worked for me right away. When I got to the dealership, Carmen greeted me at the door and we got started. Carmen is the BEST sales person! Not only that, but a fantastic person all around. I was there pretty late the first night. Not having stellar credit, Curtis in financing stayed late as well trying to get me the best possible outcome. He didn t want to sit me down with something not affordable for me to sign that night and promised to work on it the next day. He delivered! Day two, I was very nervous and impatient. I can be a little rough around the edges and easily upset. Buying a car is a huge investment. Elvis was the voice of reason. He was able to handle my tough personality like a champ and keep me calm while I waited for all the pieces to fall together. When it did, I sat with Megan (apologize if I spell your name wrong) to go through the finance stuff. Another genuine and caring person! She was empathic and friendly. Explained everything perfectly and gave me some advice for working on my credit score. She felt like a mom helping her own child navigate real life. I finally got behind the wheel of my new car and I am thrilled. I needed something safe, reliable and from a trustworthy source. This is that place! There is a reason their ratings are so high. There is a reason why in some reviews, people say when their done shopping around they return to Stateline. There is a reason why they are so busy! Good things take time and the end result is something to write a long review about! Thank you Stateline for everything!

Service was awesome. Janelle Benjamin is incredible and helpful. I purchased my vehicle there in August and was remembered and welcomed by staff...love Kenny Jaramillo.Thank you
