I recently purchased a vehicle for my fleet from Michael J's Auto Sales and Service. I dealt with Armondo and the experience was great. He was very professional throughout the process. There was a small mechanical issue with the van the day I went in to pick it up and its worth mentioning that they took it into the shop immediately and fixed the problem at no additional cost to me in a very reasonable time frame. The service speaks for itself. I will defiantly work with them in the future.

Baby Bear -- "Just Right!"My van died at the worst time! New cars were backordered and used cars, even cheap ones, were scarce! We went to many places and made many calls -- everything was too expensive or too junky. Then we called Michael J's for a sweet PT Cruiser; it was pretty. We called and Chrissy said, "Come on down and see it!" It was "just right" and exactly the way she described. Even the minor flaws were everything she said, I appreciated that. She helped me with financing; getting it registered; and was conscious of my time. The car is running beautifully, and I feel like I have new friends at MJ's-Auto! If you have a good doctor or mechanic, hang on to them, but it's nice to have a car dealer you can trust....Oh, and she showed me the car before it got cleaned up and I loved it like it was, but after the scrubbing was a big plus too. I don't know who they use to clean up cars, but I would recommend them too.Thanks for getting me back on the road! Chip

Nothing short of a great experience.Armando helped me out through the entire process in the easiest way. My girlfriend viewed it before me while she was in the area, but when I got the time to see it, the battery unfortunately drained due to a ground issue (common chevy problem in the engine bay). Armando had the car in the shop getting a brand new battery and the ground issue fixed so the next time I came in, I test drove and started signing paperwork. The Tahoe was easily the best priced around for a really clean vehicle. Though I didn't finance through them, they have competitive financing rates. Armando communicated everything promptly and effectively and even stayed after hours to make sure I could pick up the vehicle as soon as possible (just in time too because as I'm writing this the snow is coming down). Best dealer experience so far!

I found this dealership while looking for an affordable used car. They were very friendly. I found a car I liked on their website got in contact with Chrissy and was able to look at and test drive the car. Once I decided to get the car the process was easy, Chrissy helped me set up financing and they handled the registration process for me. Michel Js Auto Sales is an excellent dealership who will help with the entire process of getting and registering your car, even if you live out of state like me. Chrissy was very helpful and I recommend them to anyone looking for affordable cars.

I recently purchase a vehicle from this dealership and wanted to share what a wonderful experience it was! No one likes buying a car, new or used. There's always the pressure tactics and run around with financing, there was none of that here. Chrissy handled the sale from beginning to end and couldn't have been more professional and knowledgeable. Really enjoyed her laid back approach. This was my first experience buying a car from this dealership and their salesperson Christine was more than awesome from the time that we arrived at the dealership. I went to look at a truck that they had on their website, she had it ready when we arrived and was more than knowledgeable with every feature and option available with the truck and made the (historically painful) haggling and purchasing process effortless, even going so far as to deliver my new truck to my house. Christine made this experience go against every stigma typically associated with the car buying experience. I would not hesitate to recommend Christine and her dealership to anyone that is looking for a good quality used car.

You brace yourself going into a car dealer. Prepare mentally for the oncoming pushy salesmen. And then they don t come. Instead, you get friendly people who don t try to push anything on you. They re helpful. They listen. They re accommodating. Chrissy was with us every step of the way!! She took care of the whole registration process, vin check, etc. She was able to get me temporary plates so I can drive my car while waiting for the actual plates. And Armando even drove the car to my work to drop it off to me since it was going to be difficult for me to get to them! EXTREMELY ACCOMMODATING!! Absolutely GREAT experience!! Great car at a great price with low mileage. I LOVE my "new" Kia Soul!! Would definitely do business with them again in the future and would definitely recommend them to ANYONE looking for a car!! Thanks again so much for everything Chrissy (& Armando)!!

Very pleased with MichaelJ s Auto. Went in to look at one car, but it was sold. So I test drove a couple of other cars. Decided on a 2013 Ford Edge. Car is in great shape and Chrissytook care of financing for me. Very pleasant and easy to deal with. Would buy another vehicle from them when the time comes.
