Great service. I had a water pump starting to go out on my 2015 Highlander and I had a trip planned to drive to Baltimore in two days. I called them and they were able to order the exact OEM part and installed in one day. Thanks again!!

After $580 AC never got fix. They said it was rear evaporator coil. They said they changed it. It still leak. I took it apart the thing never been touch. Look at how old coil and valve. If this was recent service it would never look like that. I am auto technician graduate with a degree. I just didn't have time to do it. I gave them a chance.

L Europa makes you feel like family. I ve gone to them several times for my 2016 Subaru. Everything went at once- bushings, bearings, and oil leak. I called them in shambles and they fixed my Subi up with no problems. Christy is amazing and didn t even charge me to fix the oil leak. I cannot thank them enough. The welcome committee of puppies is a bonus!

L'Europa Auto Repair is one of the BEST mechanic experiences I ve ever had. Honestly, I've never been to such a clean, friendly and hard working shop. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I would give them negative stars if possible. Told me I needed to pay around $1200 for a new alternator on a Toyota Camry. Went to another reliable mechanic and they let me know that the actual problem was with the battery. My alternator was fine. Of course getting the battery replaced was far less money. Don t go here unless you want to be severely scammed!!

And winter tires put on. 10/10 service2022 March: came here again with misfiring cylinders. Told me they could fix it same day. Took a walk to post office while waiting

Hi everyone, first off let's start with the front desk. Christy is a very welcoming receptionist and is very friendly as well. her energy makes you feel like you are apart of leuropas family. The Chris is a very honest mechanic and has a lot of patience with answering his clients questions, and he is very honest about his work and is very concerned with helping his customers, highly recommend

I brought my car to L Europa to fix my AC on the recommendation of a work client of mine and I am SO glad I found this place! Christie at the front desk in particular is so personable (and she had one of her chihuahuas at the desk with her which was so sweet to see!). They got me in and out in one day, and I was only there for a little under 2 hours which was far below the time I budgeted since I m used to shops that move a lot slower. I was given great updates on my car while waiting too. Super honest and reliable work done here! I will absolutely be returning any time I need anything done on my car.

I ve been with this garage and business through three cars now, and I ve trusted them with each one. As someone who doesn t know anything about cars and doesn t have much interest to learn, I appreciate their expertise, and above all, honesty. I ve been duped by shops at dealerships, and corporate chain shops, so when a friend referred me to L Europa, I was nervous, but their service, kindness, and willingness to help me understand what was going on with my car has always made me feel at ease. I highly recommend them to friends, family, and now on Google. Their expertise is great, but also, their Office Manager, Christy, is an absolute delight! Never thought I d look forward to going to the mechanics, but I sure do now.

I had a check engine light that came on during an out of state travel. I stopped at an Auto Zone that gave me a print out of the two possible codes that came up: a low voltage battery and a faulty oxygen sensor, but the technician stated that they dont change oxygen sensors there due to a liability issue. I called several mechanics in the area and they were all booked up until after the holiday weekend and I wanted go get this fixed ASAP. I then googled further and came across L'Europa Auto Repair, the name seemed very appealing to me because I'm European myself :) I called and spoke to a lovely Christy who was very informative and knowledgeable on the phone and she was able to fit me in an hour later. Upon my arrival to L'Europa I was greeted by a cheerful and friendly Christy herself, along with Little and Bruno, her adorable 2 pups which made my day! I immediately knew I was in good hands when Christy and I conversed about my car issues and she definitely knew her stuff, explaining all the possibilities of what could be wrong with my vehicle, this is coming from a girl that knows about cars :)20 minutes later she approached me with a smile and stated that I was good to go. She advised me that due to my battery recently dying the car computer wasnt properly reset after the jump start and it was throwing numerous codes that the mechanic cleared. I did not need a new battery or an oxygen sensor, after all! She was very honest and upfront about everything - had I gone elsewhere, I'm sure the outcome would have been much different and I would have to spend money on an unnecessary repair.I was so impressed and touched by L'Europa honest work ethic, that I wish I lived closer as this would be my go to mechanic, going forward. I would highly recommend L'Europa Auto Repair to anyone that wants to deal with a professional, trustworthy and knowledgeable repair shop!! Thank you guys!!

L'Europa Auto repair is my go-to mechanic. Service is always great from the time you call them on the phone to set up service, to the minute you sit back in your car. Chris does a great job on my car everytime and Chrissy at the front desk is always a pleasure to deal with. And there's a Brock's Vulpix Pokemon card pinned to the bulletin board, that makes me happy. Whenever you need your vehicle serviced, call them first!!!! I was told that I needed new spark plugs for my 2019 Mazda CX-5. I then went on Yelp to research and compare auto repair shops close to my home. After comparing based on positive reviews, I decided to send a message from the Yelp app to L Europa auto repair and others for a quote. I then received a call from Christy from L Europa but missed it. Thankfully, she left a voicemail explaining the prices based on what model CX-5 I have. She sounded very welcoming.I called backed and set up an appointment to have my spark plugs replaced. When I arrived there this morning, I wasn t aware that I was not parked in the right parking spot. Christy came out and directed me where to park. I then went inside and Christy and her beautiful dog Nina was very welcoming.I told Christy, I didn t have anyone to bring me back home so I would like to stay and wait. Thankfully, she said she didn t want me to wait long and after speaking to the auto technician, he decided to work on my car right away. In less than an hour, my car was ready to go. I was shocked because I was expecting to wait longer.I m so thankful that I found L Europa auto repair to work on my car. I enjoyed the environment there, the price is right and affordable , chatting with Christy, and interacting with Nina. I will definitely be going there for my future car repair and maintenance needs.

Unfortunately I had a dissatisfying experience. After initially giving me an appointment and after I dropped of my vehicle, the shop called and declined to diagnose a misfire/CEL and do work on my 2004 Mazda because they stated the car was too old. Did not know that such a thing could even happen.Update 2022.09.06:After watching a bunch of YouTube videos and learning how to diagnose OBDII Trouble Codes, I eventually managed to pinpoint the problem to faulty ignition coils. I assume this diagnosis would have taken the shop very little time. On the good side of things, I was able to fix the car myself, at a fraction of the cost ($40 for a new set of 6 coils) that the shop would have charged me (not considering the time I had to invest). Lesson learned, ... if you invest a little time, those "old cars" can often be fixed very inexpensively. After all, it's just a bunch of bolted-together parts.Update/Feedback to Owner's Response:The 1-star experience was tied the dissatisfying experience of making an appointment on a Thursday for a 2004 Mazda 6 (which would be expected to communicate the car's age), and eventually being told that there wasn't enough time for the mechanics to work on my car AFTER I dropped the car off at the shop at the scheduled time the following Saturday. I understand that shops sometimes can't accommodate all potential customers, but it appeared that either the front office wasn't aware of the time crunch or the owner's desire to "move away" from work on an 18 year old car. The appointment was made and eventually was not honored. I assume that the shop's repair work, if it had been performed, would have been satisfactory, however the practice to make appointments for work that *may or may not be able to be performed* is what triggered the dissatisfaction and hence the review.

Brought my car in the other day. First time being there and it felt like I ve been going to them for years. Christy, at the front desk, is just awesome! Go there first thing in the morning and I can promise you ll be in a great mood for the rest of the day! Her positive, upbeat attitude is amazing and absolutely contagious! It is the cleanest and most honest shop I ve ever been too. I found out the latch on my hatchback is broken. Instead of just giving me a price and saying I ll fix it, they were completely honest and told me it s covered under my warranty and I can have it fixed basically for nothing.Stand up people and company! Don t waste your time or money going anywhere else!

Pretty solid place!. No Games or gimmick s to get more money. I've repaired 2 different vehicles there.And I've compared they're pricing to the competition. Very Reasonable and affordable. For some reason it's a high repair they'll let you know. And also how you can cut costs taking care of the repairs that truly matter.

The family aspect of this place is awesome, everyone was super nice and professional, and they cut estimates from other shops by more than half! I own a bmw and was fully prepared to pay extra because of that, but instead I ended up paying less than my neighbors paid for their Toyota repairs. The mechanic I used to use moved away so I decided to try here since it was close to me and they have excellent reviews. I'm glad I did because they really live up to all those positive ratings. They have a receptionist that is very friendly and helpful and because of this, they are great about answering and making calls which isnt something I can say with most other shops I've used in the past. They are always quick, honest, and very reasonable with their prices. Cant really ask for more much more of a shop. I'd definitley recommend them.

Can't say enough about how wonderful my family has been treated by L'Europa Auto Repair! My dad has been taking his car to them for quite a few years and has no complaints whatsoever! We are always welcomed with a cheerful greeting , a kind word and Christy just exudes joy! We highly recommend them!

Quick, professional shop that will have you back on the road, or humming along in top condition in no time. I've been taking my cars to them since shortly after I moved to North Providence, and I have no complaints. The most honest and best mechanic that I know Chris L Europa. During the last 10 years I've had as many as three cars at one time and L Europa auto serviced all of them. They do great work at a fair price and it's usually done right the first time everytime. I rely on Chris his crew and Christie at the front desk to keep me informed as to what the best to do and when to do it when it comes to my Mercedes and my Lexus. It is been a great relationship for all this time and I don't see it ending anytime soon I would recommend Chris and his staff to anyone who wants honest Dependable service.

They dont wear masks, over priced. Go somewhere else.Edit: each customer has a right to their opinion, and when and if they decide to post it is their choice. it could be 1 day after or 2 years after going. Im talking about my personal experiences here and for him to bring up other customers and their opinions doesn't change mine. I had my car taken care of here many times and felt like the price was high so I took my car elsewhere and was shocked at the price difference. As for when and if I review other companies is none of europas business. as for trying to argue with me over just reaffirmed my opinion on your shop. I stand by my review.

Hi everybody. Let me tell you all about this Auto Repair. I'm going to start by the front desk where a wonderful receptionist is. Christy is a sweetheart, and if you'll go there to fix you car, you'll see i'm not lying. Her energetic DNA and natural good mood makes you feel like you are already an habitual client of the L' Europa Auto Repair. Than I met Chris the owner and a mechanic with 28 years of experience. Great guy. Good personality, friendly down to earth. You will like him and see that I'm not lying. I liked the system they have in there. They are very efficient, fast and honest and fair on their prices. Very clean, and organised place. When I told them I had only one car, they automatically made my life easier and happy. I recommend everybody to checked it out. i'm pretty sure you'll going to like what you will see.
