Umair left my car looking and feeling brand new! I'm impressed with the level of detail given to even the smallest of areas near and around the dash. Additionally, it was a HUGE deal that Umair was able to provide same day service! He had my car back to me within 4 hrs just as he said he would. I will definitely be coming back to KPK Auto Detailing for future needs.

KPK auto detailing did an incredible job on my car. I did a full interior and exterior detail to my car and couldn't be any happier with the results. They got rid of a few scratches on my car and made my white interior looking sharp again. I definitely recommend then. Staff was super friendly as well.Service: Auto detailingService: Auto detailing

Updated review: After leaving the review below, KPK did reach out and offer to fix the issues / wash my car. They did a great job and my car came back super clean. We all make mistakes and I respect a business that can own their mistakes and make it right.Honestly super disappointed. I will not be returning to KPK. The guys were super nice, but my car is not clean. I paid almost $200 for a full interior detail and I'm pretty sure all they did was vacuum and wipe things down and even that was not done well. There are streaks all over the screen and dash. They specifically told me they washed the interior windows, but as you can see from the pic, that did not happen. They did not touch the trunk. For the price point, I expected so much more.Service: Auto detailing

I waited a week to write this review, just to be sure there weren't any surprises. It's safe to say KPK did a fantastic and very thorough job saving my car after the moon roof was left open and it rained all night. Umair and Vinny were very open and communicative about all the steps involved with drying out the interior. 36 hours later I had a car that hadn't been as clean since it rolled off the lot. This is the second time I used KPK DETAILING. Mr. Khan made the entire process easy, and the work was top-notch. I could not be happier with how the ceramic coating came out and how fresh the interior is now. My car looks even better than the day I got first got it. The staff was great to work with and very personable. I feel very comfortable dealing with them and highly recommend them.

My experience with KPK was exceptional. I daily drive a GMC 3500. This truck has been all over the US and has seen its fare share of abuse for only 4 years I've owned it. It has rock chips and scratches but umair did his absolute best to bring this truck back to life. I highly recommend him and his team. His customer service is outstanding and he will do his best to work with you.

KPK Auto Detailing was amazing. This was my fifth time here. I ask for Umair everytime, he goes above and beyond of what was asked. My cars interior and exterior looks brand new. I will definitely use Umair again and highly recommend!

I unfortunately didn t have a good experience here. I picked up my car the seats were still wet. Chemical splatters in my car, stains still in the rug that I had to point out and my trunk wasn t cleaned like we talked about. Booked on short notice and needed a quick turnaround. Umair responded right away and provided a great customer service experience for me. He takes great pride in his work, and came to me to pick up my car Friday evening and returned it Saturday morning. Took a car that hadn't been deep cleaned in 10 years and that had a ton of dog hair, and made it look like new. Definitely saved me $$$$$ when trading it in for a new car. Highly recommended.

I would put 0 if I could. I made a request for an appointment for a mobile detail at my home & it was confirmed about an hour later. The morning of the appointment I got a call & was asking if I could just drop the car off instead . When I said that was not a possibility I was told that I would need to be charged more then. Not sure if they are incompetent or just scammers, but do not book with them unless you want to get cancelled on last minute or scammed for more money when their prices are already exorbitant. This was a Christmas present for someone & now I need to scramble to figure this out.

I found KPK Auto-detailing via an internet ad. This was my first car detailing experience and I don t have anything to compare it with.My car had stains almost on all the seats, upholstery, carpets. Some of the stains were pretty nasty with stains arising out from dust, salt from road, coffee, chocolate milk spilled by kid, food substance and what not. I called in some of the known detailers around but almost all of them were busy with few of them booked for the next 3-4 months.KPK appointment booking experience was nice with online scheduling facility. The best part was that: they worked on weekends plus they have an at home mobile detailing service. These 2 services really stood out. My appointment had to be rescheduled few times due to weather but even that process was seamless with just few texts.On the day of the service, I got a heads up text. The detailing guy came around the said time and did a quick inspection. he explained to me some of the things he would do. After he completed his work (took 1.5 hours), he called me in to check.He did a really nice job. He was able to remove almost all the stains. I am not saying it was a 100% job well done as there were still some slight visible patches here and there but I really liked the work. I would say its probably a good idea to get the detailing done at the shop rather than at home if you think your car needs a lot of cleanup(they might be able to spend a lot more time and use more equipments). It took a day for seat to completely dry up and get back to its original color(the white fabric looked a bit yellow after the cleanupwork at first). For the price I paid, i would have expected patches to be 100% removed but a 80-90% job works too. I am happy with their service and would recommend it.

This was my 1st using KPk. Went to the N.Providence (on smithfield line) store. Booked online. Super easy. Had a full detail. Interior and exterior. The car looks brand new. Definitely will be back.

I just had my car repainted and it looks brand new on the outside. The inside was another story. I decided to treat myself to interior detailing and, after reading all the great online reviews of KPK Detailing, I booked an appointment. The technician, Vinnie, did a great job. He was very thorough and the car is cleaner than it s been in years. When I had a question about something after the service, Umar, the owner, was gracious and responsive and took care of the issue immediately. This company does great work and stands behind it! I will use them next time my car needs detailing.Service: Auto detailing

Not impressed. My windshield is so smudged and streaky I can t see properly out of it. It was clearer before I brought it in. They didn t do the trunk. My appointment was for 1:30 and they moved me to to 3. It s a 2 hour detail and it wasn t ready till 6:45.. almost 4 hours they had it and it s not very clean.

I haven't had this car cleaned since 1986. Door jams, interior dash, windshield, back windshield, he even managed to remove cat dander from the front seat. Very easy to work with

I had such a great experience with the gentlemen that worked on my car. My boyfriend is in construction, so you can only imagine the level of dirt in it. Not only did they provide a loaner so I could continue with my errands, when I returned my car looked like it did the day I bought it. Seriously impressed with the level of care they took in every detail. 10/10 would recommend.Service: Auto detailing

I hired them to detail my car today and they were all so nice/professional/thorough! He showed me his progress at one point and made sure I was happy with everything too, which was really thoughtful. I had a great experience with KPK. The employees were very friendly and made sure to communicate with me through the whole time they had my vehicle. I got the interior and exterior done. My car looked brand new both exterior and interior. I came to KPK after reading their excellent reviews online and I was certainly not disappointed. They took a same-day appointment! I try to keep my Wrangler in like new shape, but had a hard time once the pandemic hit. KPK brought my car s interior back to perfect condition!! It looked brand new when they were done. I was greeted by Vinny, who walked around the car with me looking for any problem spots (I had some bad rust by my jack and a stain from a spilled smoothie on the rug). All stains, marks and rust were completely cleaned from my interior. They even found some additional places of leaking (yay Jeeps) for me to keep an eye on and treated those areas. Um air and Vinny both walked me around and reviewers the areas that I initially wanted cleaned, only to show me they were back to perfect condition. Service was professional, thorough and honest. Quick and reasonably priced!I got the Deluxe Detail Package after a 1000 mile road trip, which included 2 dogs, 1 wife and myself. Needless the say, the inside was a disaster, when I brought it in. A generous Philadelphia driver added a nice little scuff to the paint on the left rear quarter panel.The car was dropped off at 10am. Work was completed around 5pm. The scuff mark was completely buffed out and looked like new! The interior was cleaned and conditioned. And the tires were dressed. I will use KPK again.Note: Vinny mentioned they are looking to add PPF installs, in the near future!

KPK Auto Detailing was fantastic! I booked online and they were at my house in less than 24 hours. The inside of my car hadn t been fully cleaned since I bought it 4 years ago and now it looks brand new. Had a company cancel on me 12 minutes after they were supposed to be here. Called KPK, took a shot in the dark because I was in need of a detail today. Booked me for 415pm the same day. He even skipped a family event to detail my vehicle. Super friendly over the phone and actually wanted to do the work I needed. About 2.5 hours later he sent me a text that my vehicle was ready for pickup. When I got there and opened my door I was in shock. The interior was showroom quality. Looks brand new again. My vehicle is black (not that you could tell by how dirty it was) I have NEVER seen it shine so bright! Exterior was immaculate. I will tell everyone that will listen about KPK and VIP service I received today! You saved me today, guy is an absolute perfectionist and super humble.
