I paid 10 dollars for the wheels washing as well, but the guys never washed them, neither did they wash the back of my car well. I even tipped them before my car went into the washing. The worst thing is I even got scratch marks all over my car. I am not happy, won t go there again.

They've made some positive upgrades, though I have no idea how to manage the monthly plan I signed up for.As far as the wash goes the big issue I've experienced since this change is after getting a top-tier, or 2nd to top tier wash I'm left with a white car FULL of blue and yellow foam. The wash pushes you thru too fast to be able to rinse off all that it sprays onto your car. Even if you get out after and wipe it all down (kinda defeats the purpose imo) but the time you drive down the road it's made its way out of your mirror and whatever cracks and crevices and your car is now streaked with blue lines down the left side and yellow streaks down the right.

I have not used the car wash service but I will soon!I started going to Brendon s Service when my mechanic was charging too much. When I asked them their cost, it was half. I have been twice since and they are the nicest people. Finding an honest mechanic is difficult these days . Here they are! Service is great, prices are amazing and I am always a happy customer!

Car wash attendant is the rudest human being on the planet. I drove in and he started yelling at me that he told me to stop. I told him I didn't hear him(truth) and then he started yelling some more at me. Told me I looked right at him when he gestured for me to stop. I yelled back at him saying I didn't see or hear him. I had to back out and he closed the corrugated door. This is the 2nd time he was rude to me. Am I ugly or something?

In my opinion it is hit or miss. Oftentimes, they do not do a good job washing my car. It seems to me it depends on who is working where you first pull in. Today the guy there was friendly and answered my 2 questions with an attitude. Also, my car looked pretty good when it was done. The last time I went there the guy was rude and I felt like he had NO respect for customers. My car didn't cone out as clean as it should have. I went to customer service to tell them my car was still dirty in some areas and the guy up front where you pay needed to treat customers with some respect. When the woman who I assume was the manager or in charge at some capacity pretty much told me to get lost. They wouldn't run my car through again. She never even looked at my car and told me it was fine and if I wanted a complete refresh of my car have it detailed by a professional. Well, I guess she told me. That explains why they went from being super busy with a long line of cars on most days to getting in wirh no wait in long lines at all. I'm looking for a new car wash close to home.

Very friendly recepcionist , greatly proffesional teamwork mecanics , excelent work area with well organized tools.But the best of all are the low prices for oil change .I'm truely happy with my oil change service experienceThanks to all of them

I found an honest mechanic! I have been going to Kelly's for gas and car washing but didn't realize that there was a mechanic on duty until I had had it with the dealership that my car was purchased 6 years ago! The dealer lied too me, didn't inform me of worn tires or brake pads during inspections. They said my car was leaking fluid and it would cost $550 to fix.There was no leak.They informed me that I needed 4 tires. They should have let me know when I needed 2!No more dealership for me!Brendan's garage is my place from now on! Thank you and I thank God for directing me there!

Would have never thought it'd be possible to rate a car wash 1 star but here we are. My wife and I were driving through Providence and decided to do a quick wash; all of the car washes we've been to before was contactless and automatic without any staff. The miserable looking staff member who ushered us in shouted at my wife because we accidentally kept driving through the wash and didn't stop to give our payment info. My wife apologized but the guy kept acting belligerent regardless. Whoever manages this car wash needs to seriously consider teaching their workers about customer service or better yet, temper management. Needless to say, I'll never use this wash again.

Great individual self car washes, plus an automatic operated car wash and at least 15 vacuum to wash & clean your car, plus get gas, across from Marriott Hotel!

Stopped by for the Car Wash on my way to the main Post Office. The signage for the basic "Wash and Dry" indicated $7.00, and although I was expecting a little less based on some recent reviews, I went for it. Glad I Did! Brushes seemed pretty new and worked great, soap and water sprayers all strong and well aligned (side view mirror and tire rim tests - passed!). The high volume fans blow off most of the water.Great value for the basic wash and dry - I will be back.

Starting @$7 bucks for a regular drive through wash, free vacuum and excellent customer service with a smile. You literally get a clean-up service in less than 5 min, with I-95 on existing the premises at your convenience so that you can continue your journey immediately, shining bright like a diamond. You can't beat that! Good job

Spend $14 in a car wash and came out with my car still full of soap. Was told by the employee that the manager had to turn off a blower because it removed the tire shine now they just leave cars soapy. Was told it would just come off with a rag so I asked for one. They didn't have one no management on site so I'll leave this here

Went in to get a car inspection, And it was so quick and easy. I've been to another place to do the same service, and before the car was even inspected, they tried to get me to pay $300. Not Kelly's. The service was quick and they helped me get what i needed to get done in the quickest amount of time, especially on a last minute notice. I would definitely recommend.

I bought the Kelly s Best car wash for $18 and I can tell you that it was anything but best!! My car was still very VERY dirty like I didn t even get it washed!! The window still had soap all over them! I went back after seeing the car the way it was and I got nothing but unprofessionalism! The staff was good but once the boss came it was over. I don t know the name of the boss, he s a old Caucasian man maybe someone could shout him out for me. He tried to tell me that the dirt was dried bugs but when I put water on it myself, the marks went away without wiping it. He also grabbed my wheel out of my hands and told me not to mess it up again because the first time I didn t have the tires properly. He was trying to have me go through with the $10 wash which I didn t pay for to begin with. The whole time I could hear him mumbling under his breath. After the 2nd wash I looked at the car there and it was still dirty, just a little less than the first time. I will NEVER go there again and neither should you!!

After getting my car washed I inspected the car and noticed there was still dirt on my hood. I pulled back around and told the attendent. He pointed to an older guy that came over and looked at my car. He told me he would not run it through again because the dirt would not come out and it would have to be compounded. Then he got belligerent when I disagreed and showed him the dirt would come off.I spent 35 years in the car business. I know when a vehicle needs compounding. I cleaned it off when I got home. Find a more reputable car wash. This guy is an A-hole!!

Have visited twice ,Car wash monthly plan is excellent 1 wash per day 30 days 27.00$ . This is great! You also get a token for free vacuum cleaners.They also have 2 service bays for oil changes and any other issue with your vehicle .I can't comment on that service because I've only used the car wash service.

Please, save yourself the money and vacuum your car at home. I brought my car here Friday to be detailed. Left it at 8am and picked it up at 5:30pm. When I got it, the car had been vacuumed but no true "detailing" had been done. I called and spoke to the owner and she apologized, saying they were short staffed, their normal person was away, etc and told me to bring it in Monday so they could redo the job. I brought it in Monday, and 4 hours later I couldn't be more disappointed. They had re-vacuumed the car, but again they hadn't so much as wiped the interior down. There is literally residue on the back of my steering wheel, all of my car door surfaces, the black line from where my daughter's car seat used to go... for $110 I would expect way more. When I called to explain how I felt and see if they could refund some money, I was rudely told that I shouldn't tell them it was poorly done, that they defend their work, and hung up on because I was "lying". After all this, I lifted up the paper mats they put down to "keep the mud mats clean" when a tech or someone would drive it, and there was literally dirt underneath them Wow. Please, just take your car somewhere else if you're looking to actually have it cleaned.

When you buy coins to use the vacuum to clean out your car that vacuum really sucks. And it lasts long enough so that you can really clean out your car. It's not like some of those places that give you three seconds worth of vacuuming. When I was done there my car was clean inside and out it was a pleasure

Best carwash in town they use soft water so you ride is always spot free.free vacuuming get the wheel deal 10 buck's or if you under carriage clean for 4 bucks extra you are good to go. Kelly s at Charles st providence RI

I've been coming here for years, usually to vacuum, wash and clean my car. The manual car wash is always open. So convenient, if you're up pretty late, bored or in the area, stop in. I believe that $2.00(8 quarters/tokens) will give you 5 minutes. After that you can add additional quarters for more time. There is a change machine/bill breaker there.

I talked to the owner Kelly, she doesn t want to open the self wash bay for the tow truck/truck drivers drivers and only the base for regular cars. Such an inconvenience to go across town to another car wash. Been driving since 6am to help with emergencies on the roads and my truck has nothing but salt all over it due to the weather conditions the other day. Today the weather isn t even bad!! This is absurd and I can t believe the way she spoke to me and treated me . So disrespectful. Not professional at all.

Hard to get out of lot when finished. But instead of getting stuck in traffic I got my oil changed. Reasonable price fast service. I did not opt for car wash so can't judge their service.

This is 1 of the best located Car Washes in the city. It s accompanied by a Sunoco Gas Station and a Service Center. They have a drive thru car wash, plenty of Vacuums and self serve high pressure sprayers on the opposite side of the building. There are more cons than pros in my opinion though. The self serve part of the carwash is severely outdated as well as the vacuums and they all only take Quarters. A new survey from February 2023 shows that 84% of all purchases are done thru credit, debit and digital cards like Apple Pay. Investing in a new payment system for the self serve side of the carwash would probably be the best investment this location could make. Also updating the bays. Or at least painting them white inside would give them a good face list and would make them more eye grabbing and attractive to passersby s. With that said, the reason I don t use this location to spray my cars off at this before driving for Uber is because of what I listed. I rarely have cash or coin when driving for Uber. But the thing that repeals me the most from using the self serve bays is the cost! 4$. Everything is outdated. I d rather drive to East Providence and use that location off of Warren Ave and behind Advanced Auto. At least you can use cash and if something goes wrong with operating the self serve washes, the owner has a way to allow customers to report the funds they lost and he will send you a refund thru the mail.

Had a flat tire from a nail I ran over. They patched the hole while I waited, took all of 5 minutes. Price was reasonable and the tech was friendly and helpful. I will certainly be going back for further car repairs!

My new favorite carwash! I've gone here twice after I grew dissatisfied with the carwash center closest to me. For $18, you get the "Kelly Works", which pretty much cleans every nook and crevice of your car. Also, both times there's been a person with a soapy brush cleaning the rear of my vehicle. THIS is why I left the last place: nobody cleaned the rear end anymore! The vacuums can be busy, and the DIY-ers might have music blasting from their bays, but it's a great wash for the money. Like any carwash, bring a chamois for final touch-up afterwards.

I love this car wash it had a hands free.option and.also u can wash by hand the vacuums are great and the staff are helpful. One stop car care. Oil changes and car wash gas and everything u need to clean and care for ur.vehicle
