I just wanted to see the condition of the part I bought. I am a customer and the bald old man treated me badly. You cannot look when buying a product. If you want to look, you may be beaten.And in response, you say that the fault is mine, not his. But I just said I wanted to see it. I did not request to enter unsafe areas of your workplace. I think you can be more polite and friendly.

Stay away from these guys. I bought a bad engine. 2 weeks later I call them. They wouldn't do anything about it They said they told me that I had to change the timing belt before I put the engine in. They never did say time in belt was bad If I knew the timing belt was No, good, I wouldn't have bought the engine. Why would I buy an engine that needed to be fixed? I could Have fix my engineThey R crooks and thievesi Stay away from Them

Been bringing junk cars here for years without a problem.They pay top dollarI also buy used parts hereIt's cheap and they usually have the part off the car the same day which is convenient and it's OEMAnytime a part didn't work out they've given me a replacment or my money back5 stars

Went here to purchase a headlamp for an suv - staff was helpful, part was fairly priced. No complaints at all.One comment - there is a big sign on the office door that says NO PARTS TO BE BROUGHT IN - I figured out afterward that that's because the office is freakishly clean and tidy - think hospital level. The total opposite of what you'd think you'd be walking into at a junkyard. I applaud someone's OCD over there.Highly recommend them.

Just wanted to thank Renee over at k&r auto. They always take care of me and do good work. I had them rebuild a motor in my mack dump truck, I also purchased a motor for my father's escort, and i also have had them pick up junk cars. I highly recommend them to anyone.

I called three times and ask one 4.8L engine, the guy don t have any patient and hung two times, but every time he tell me have it and $500. I drive 3.5 hours and arrive company and he tell me that is 4.3L engine, they want to sell me another one $1750. Real Junkyard and junk person. They do fishing and don t buy from them.

I ordered tail lights from this company at the cost of $200, 2 weeks ago with 2 day shipping. I never received my order and they stopped responding to me. They put me in contact with a spam shipping company who were trying to charge me money to have them ship it to me after I already paid K&R in full. I know I will not receive my order just as much as they do. I m out of $200.

I needed a part for my truck and after an exhaustive search to no avail, I contacted K and R Auto Salvage and they found the part within minutes. Unfortunately, the part was damaged, I contacted them, told them about the part and they were able to find me an another part that was undamaged, they did this lighting fast and were very professional about the return. I highly recommend them and would do business with them again. Another plus, is that this salvage yard was impeccable in the appearance and shows they care about their business, community and customers.

Was getting scammed off a Facebook page acting like them. Called them and they told me what happened and helped me find the part I was looking for. Super friendly people and easy to work with.

Excellent service. During the past year they picked up two cars from my complex with both customers being very happy. Based on those experiences I called them for a family member's car in nearby Massachusetts. Tony was very professional and friendly and the pick-up was on time with great service too. Easy transaction with no hassles. Recommend highly!!

I can t thank Jim and Sonia and all the folks at K&R enough for all their help and their honesty. I needed a transmission for my enclave and they found one for me and when I had a issue they handled it with me not expecting any help from them. Truly amazing service in a world where you don t see that much anymore. Thanks K&R

Don't go to them.. Gave me the wrong part I have to wait to get refunded now. Guy said the his books wrong and the dealer was also.. Funny how his are wrong and everyone else is correct !!! I was complaining about the wait on my money. You ordered a part from us.. We rushed it up only to have you return it 2 days later. Everyone makes mistakes however.. I refunded you THAT DAY you came back not have you wait 2 weeks for a refund on the wrong part as I recall.

Got 2 touring strut assemblys for my 2013 Dodge Dart from these guys and they were each almost $90.00 cheaper than AutoZone and Advanced auto. I waited about and hour and a half for them to retrieve the parts before they told me they were ready (very fast for a salvage yard these days). The parts were in fantastic condition and the guys working the counter (Italians thank God) provided excellent service. Couldn't have asked for a better price or parts. Completely satisfied. Will use again and will be recommending to all like minded Americans.

A friend recommended K&R when I was in need of two replacement rims for my VW that were hard to find. To make matters worse, i was moving and needed them in a rush. Mom could not have been more helpful and got the rims in on time so i could get them mounted before i moved. When one came in that wasn't to his standards, he found another and had it rushed in. Now that service. I'd use them again in a minute.

I wont recommend this business to my worst enemy, long story short story, this people do not stand behind the products they sell, and they will play any game to avoid warranty. Good luck if you have to deal with them...

I went out to them from New York and got a fender for a Toyota Corolla. I went there because they were the only place that had a white fender. I picked it up and it seemed fine, paint was a little bit faded but no big deal. When I got home and starting mounting the fender I wanted to get off the marking that they put on it to verify the stock number. Well, it will not come off, I tried everything. The actual wax came off but it was still visibibly embedded into the paint. When i called to see what they could do, they told me that they had to mark all parts. The man Jr basically told me that he didn t know what he wanted me to do, and that he couldn t help me. Beware of these guys, I m back In the same position as I was plus the money of the fender and fuel. Thanks for absolutely nothing K&R. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!

I got a engine from K and R. The engine works well. The check oil stick even has tick marks with high and low on it that my old engine did not have. I would highly recommend K and R Auto Salvage when you need a engine. Also the mileage and price were great on the engine too.

making it short!!I bought a part... part received bad.... called to explain... a rep hung up while explaining.... called back, rep laughed!! and stated the part damaged was not under warranty after being told it had 90 day warranty. was told I had to pay return shipping (100lbs) & cover the cost for shipment ALREADY MADE.PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE, THEY ARE RUDE AND NOT TRUSTWORTHY!! I refuse to loose $140 for this damaged part!

I would give them 0 stars if possible, complete disregard for any parts they sell you, will not take anything back even with a receipt, they just give you the run around til the 30 days are up and they can get out of it. I wouldnt even send my worst enemy here. Plenty of other yards to choose from.

If you don't want to waste your money don't buy parts here they sale you parts with warranty and later they said 20 different things to not cover it be careful

A GENUINE and TRUSTWORTHULY business! I totalled my truck and lost my wallet with $200 and important cards and IDs in the process Multiple people searched multiple times but couldn't be found. Two months later, Chad from K & R went out of his way to locate me and return my wallet with the full amount of cash. I live in a different state. They could've easily pocketed my money and mail the wallet or just thrown it away. I'm very thankful and restored some lost faith in today's society!

We needed a rim desperately for a car. Even though they were the only place in RI to have that rim and they were busy the price was still extremely reasonable and they were able to take it off the car on the spot. Awesome customer service !

This is one of the worst place to buy a part, bought and engine that overheat and surprise they didn't cover the warranty so you expend over 1k and just lost your money.

I own an auto repair shop in Warwick and I use K&R often. Always a pleasure to deal with and they stand behind the product. I highly recommend them.

I called ahead to make sure part was available, went there 10 mins later, and stood around for over an hour only to have the but come out and say he doesn't know how the tags fell off and long story short, waste of life. Definitely would never shop here.

Called and was told the part damaged ( Bumper ) called back and asked for clarification on what was wrong, decided to go look at it myself and purchased a great bumper with a few scratches that we were able to buff out. I'll be doing more business with them

If you buy here follow this rules:1. Be super clear they don't communicate clearly. Meaning They say one thing, but when you get there is another.2. If you don't see whatever you are buying with your two or one eye, do not go by what you see on their website.3. Customer service
