I got my control arms put in and my car was making a few loud noises after that. I took it back there and they told me everything was tight and they weren t sure what it was. I took it to the dealership to find out what the problem was and they never tightened a bolt that the control arm connects to the subframe, and the part that the bolt goes in was bent on each side. My husband also had some issues after some repairs. Will never go here again!Replying to the owner:I don t write reviews for the hell of it. Initially I brought my car for a whole other issue that you guys couldn t figure out. So yes, I had to do my own research and buy my own parts and had you put them in. Thankfully I was right and it solved that issue. After that work was done I got two really bad noises, one while turning, and one while braking. Your guy said it could be my rack and pinion. I even asked you if you drove it to see what the noise was and you said I didn t have time So, that s when I had to take it elsewhere, at which they found the issue with the loose bolt and bent piece (which I have a receipt for) now the noise is gone! Maybe if your shop guys weren t getting high all day they wouldn t have messed up.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Brakes

My fiancee and I always bring our cars here for repairs. Jose is the best mechanic around!!! He works so hard and is always honest, reliable and very accommodating, no matter how busy he is. He has always done impeccable work and has never once overcharged us or tried to get us to pay for unnecessary services (as has unfortunately been my experience with some mechanics in the past). I trust him completely, he's the very best there is and is honestly one of the nicest people I've ever met!!! Can't say enough good things about him, honestly.

I decided to go here with my vehicle after having always gone to another mechanic that's nearby. Who would make excuses instead of repairing my vehicle. Claiming no lift available or just too busy with other clients. Even though I had made an appointment. And when they could get my vehicle in I'd get it back with the same problem that I dropped it off for. With an excuse stating that they couldn't find anything wrong. I should have come here a long time ago. The price that he gave me on fixing the mistake the previous mechanic had made was $85 cheaper. And the turnaround...I had my vehicle the next day.

Folks, if you want a transparent, respectable, quality repair shop, go to Jimmy's. I take care of my cars and they will too. Do yourself a favor and drive or tow yourself over to Jimmy's for reliable service. At the end of the day, we all want a peace of mind that our cars have been taken care of with the same passion we use to maintain them. Jimmy's delivers that promise. My 2000 maxima was having some problems shifting and i took it to a couple of places that told me it was a transmission and quoted me around $3,000.00 for repairs. I ended up taking it to Jimmy and his guys said it was the O2 sensors that were bad and only ended up paying around $200.00 for everything and the car runs perfect now. Jimmy came as a recommendation form a co-worker and now im recommending him to everyone. It's hard to find an honest auto-mechanic these days but Jimmy seems to be one of the few that remains trustworthy. Very happy with the service and ill never take my car any where else.
