Bought a bmw x1 he had sitting on his lot for a couple months. thought it was a good car, noticed a ticking noise in the engine bay before leave the dealership but thought nothing of it. The night i left the check engine light came on for the vehicle and had a misfire in the engine. replaced coils and spark plugs which it needed and jimmy was kind enough to repay me for the cost of maintenance. Fast forward two months the ticking noise progressed and had it checked out. Due to it being a BMW with 80-90k miles the timing chain is in need of replace. Bought the car for $9500 when book value is $7500. figured i was paying for a solid car but now it needs another $3000 in maintenance. Buyers be aware when shopping at this auto sale shop or pretty much anywhere in providence. never have i found a reputable shop in that city. Go to massachusetts and buy with confidence. this is a joke, shame on you.

Jimmy was great to work with. Really appreciates his customers and doesn't try to swindle you. He is flexible and helpful. No stress. No fussing. No hassle. Easiest transaction I think that I have ever made. Will definitely do business with him again. Love my car and have no doubt that my G6 will last me a long time! Thanks Jimmy!!!

We just want to say how fantastic Jimmy was to work with! He went above and beyond our expectations. We drove 75 miles to get to Jimmys and it was well worth it! He made our sons first car a wonderful experience!! Honest and fair! We give you five stars plus!! Thanks again!

BUYER BEWARE!!!!Purchased a truck from this used dealer with a bad transmission. Brought it back to him and he promised he'd "take care of me". He had the truck for over 6 MONTHS continuing to say he would repair it. Wouldn't give me a loner...ended up never repairing the truck. I had to tow the vehicle from him to my mechanic and pay for a new transmission myself. Contacted the deals commission of RI due to me paying under $2500 and it being a pick up truck there is nothing they could do. I did learn that this dealer has had NUMEROUS complaints. I only have myself to blame for not looking up reviews about this dealer.Just Google "Jimmy's Auto Sales bad reviews" and you'll see I'm only one of many people that have been screwed by this used car salesmen.NOTE: I had written a google review when this first happened and some how it got removed...sneaky little devils!

I was so pleased with the courteous and kind and professional way with this dealship. I highly recommend this place to all my friends. so guy I was so please with the other car for daughter . I came back to get me a Jeep compassI know I'm going to have good luck with a just like Daniels had good luck with her as for the last nine months and thanks again for all your help
