J & J Auto was recommended by a colleague. My SUV was hit in the rear quarter gas tank in a parking lot. I contacted Melissa and she walked me through the entire process. They made sure I had a rental car, while my vehicle was being worked on. They dealt directly with the insurance company, so I didn't have to. John and Melissa had patience with me, as I've never had to go through the process of a repair of this nature. I picked up my SUV last week. It looks and drives as the day I drove off the showroom, a month ago. Thank you John and your Team!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My truck was damaged recently and I found J & J Auto Service via a Facebook community page. I keep this truck immaculate and was very nervous about trusting someone with it. Well all my anxiety was put to rest by the quality work this shop does. It came back looking amazing. Not only was the damage fixed but they cleaned her up real good! I have been a customer at J&J Auto Service several times! Not only is their work top notch, they have the most amazing staff. My Audi A3 was T-boned one time and side swiped another - each time, J&J made the car look brand new. They have impeccable attention to detail while keeping me updated on the work. I highly recommend them!

I ve never felt so taken care of! Excellent service and they call you every Friday to give you updates on your car. My car had a lot of damage and it looks entirely brand new and it was ready to drive so quick. Johnny and Melissa were the best!

Would highly recommend J&J Auto Service. By far the best customer service and their work is top notch. My front drivers side bumper was ripped off and J&J not only repaired this, but they made my entire car look brand new. They called every Friday with updates and were extremely helpful and informative. I would highly recommend J&J to anyone looking to get repairs or anything else done. You won t be disappointed.

Johnny's been repairing every vehicle I've owned since the 90's. Meticulously detailed work and very customer service orientated thanks to Melissa and Mark's professionalism. They will deal with insurance matters, have rental accommodations made in advance so no stress. Vehicle will look like it just came from the show room. Highly recommend J&J Auto if you are looking for great quality repairs and exceptional customer service.

Been bringing my car(s) to J&J Auto for almost a decade, and I have a great experience every single time. They treat you like family, the whole team is helpful, honest, and efficient. They make sure to set realistic expectations on timelines and pricing, and they always deliver. If you want you and your car to be taken care of (not ripped off) in a timely and professional manner, this is the place to go. They care about you, and they care about your their work the car always comes out looking like new inside and out. I will never go anywhere else as long as I live in the area.

A kind, respectful, flexible, knowledgeable, talented, and supportive company. They stayed after hours to allow me to drop off my car when I got out of work and helped me with insurance when I had no idea what I was doing. Everyone was very nice and went above and beyond. Not to mention that the work they did was flawless. My car s color is a cosmic blue , you can t even tell where the repairs were made! Highly recommend!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

J&J Auto were fantastic from start to finish when my wife s car was side swiped in a hit and run. Even with difficulties through the insurance company, the entire staff was great and helped us through the process. Everyone was courteous and great with communication. The actual work done to fix the car was spot on too. Looked like the car was never hit! Even gave it a nice wash and vacuum before we picked the car up. I would recommend anyone to J&J because of the great experience we had with them!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Came here to get my car repaired from a small accident. Best decision I made. I was taken care of from the minute I picked up the phone to call in. This team is informative, genuine, and always there to help. Communication was A++++. Such great people that work here and their amazing work on my car was the cherry on top. I'd give 6 stars if I could. I never write reviews, but they went above and beyond. The body work is impeccable. The car honestly looks better than when I purchased it. The paint blend is perfect. They cleaned and detailed the interior, which I was not expecting. Understanding that this is our family car with 3 young kids and no rental insurance (yes, shame on me), they did everything they could to expedite the repairs, including troubleshooting supply issues for parts. They handled everything with the insurance company, who is notoriously difficult to deal with. The staff & owner are very professional and took the time to answer my questions without hesitation. Mark met me at the car for drop off and explained the work in full at pick up. Best experience i've ever had with a body shop.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I was rear-ended resulting in a dent in my bumper. I brought the car to J&J Auto Service in East Providence. I cannot say enough good about them. Not only did they repair the issues with the bumper, they popped out a few small dents (from parking lots) in the doors. Melissa was so helpful in every step along the way. When I picked up my car, the owner came out to make sure I was happy with their services - I was happy!! In addition to the repairs, it had been cleaned and detailed the same, if not better, than when I drove it off the dealer lot. My first time dealing with an insurance claim/collision repair. They made everything so smooth it was ridiculous. They communicated with me every step of the way, they dealt with the rental car company, the car return, everything. On top of that my car came back looking better than ever! Highly recommend. If you ever need body work performed on your vehicle, there is no better place than J&J. John, Mark,and Mellissa were top notch in every way. From explaining the process, to dealing with insurance company, they were professional in every aspect! This facility, this auto body shop is perfect! Their work is the best. The most professional, most reliable, best price of any auto body repair shop I have ever been too. John the owner did everything and more that he could do to fix my MDX. He talked to me numerous times , patiently went over every inch of the damages and finished it on the time he gave us. The office manager Melissa was so sweet and kind on the phone. A wonderful experience from a not so wonderful accident. I highly recommend them to do work on your vehicle.Service: Body & Trim

Thank you John and your outstanding staff. You guys are the best. Several years ago I brought my Morhers car for repair. The car was returned to us in better condition prior to the accident. Just a few weeks ago I left off my car for repairs from an Accident.Melissa had a rental car lined up for me. J and J repaired the front bumper that was damaged from accident. John also took care of a few other dents not related to accident. When I picked up the car a few days ago it looked brand new. Thank you John for taking such pride in your work and doing such fine work.

Do not buy from this mechanic! He sold me a car that had a recall on its transmission. I had to spend thousands fixing it after only nine months of having the car. As a mechanic, he should ve known this, but he sold it to me anyway.

Highly recommended! I got quotes from about 5 different auto body shops, and the price here was lowest. The quality of the work was excellent and completed as scheduled. They did some touch ups free of charge as well! It is also worth noting that they were the most covid-safe shop by far - they even sanitized my keys before handing them back to me.

I can't say enough good things about J&J Auto Service. I got into a bad car accident that left an extensive amount of rear car damage. From start to finish, the staff there helped me so much from arranging to get my car picked up and providing updates on the repairs and cost estimates along the way. They did AMAZING work on my car and my car looked like new after the job. I would absolutely use their services again!! I was very happy with the care and detail they put into their work.

I had a great experience doing business with J & J. My brand new car was rear-ended and I brought my car into J & J for the repairs and they not only got my car right back to its brand new original state VERY QUICKLY, they dealt with the insurance company directly, the insurance appraiser and got me set up in my rental, all hassle free! Any questions or concerns I had they always had an answer and reassured me they would get it taken care of, with regards to dealing with the insurance. Something that is usually such a headache to deal with, I had no stress thanks to J & J. Thank you so much!!!

John, Melissa, and Sean took care of my truck. Made it look like showroom condition. They kept me informed . Took care of getting me a rental and handled the insurance company so I didn't have to. I highly recommend J&J Auto Service.

Took my car to j&jauto.was rear ended extensive damage.they did a excellent job !went above and beyond john and staff were very professional excellent customer service. Melissa delt with the insurance company and arranged a car rental I would highly recommend! Thanks j& j auto!

I got into accident 3 weeks before my daughter's wedding. John promised me I would have my car by the wedding. Sure enough I got my car back as promised. The work was done perfectly, fast and efficient. They explain the process and Melissa in the front office kept me up to date with the progress. Would highly recommend very satisfied.

Fantastic work. Had my 2016 GMC Canyon repaired here after I hit a deer. John the owner was fantastic kept me informed through out the process handled everything with my insurance company. Great place clean and neat.

Absolute highest level of skill and professionalism at J&J. Johnny the owner is extremely knowledgeable and dedicated to his customers and most importantly for me, he insures that his technical teams have the training, and knowledge to do the job right. I can't say enough good about John and his team at J&J Autobody. On different occasions I have had two vehicles worked on, a Porsche, and a BMW at J&J Autobody. When I picked them up they looked better than when I bought them. The quality and perfection of the work was second to none. John and his team go above and beyond to what is expected. I will never go to anyone but J&J Autobody that is for sure. I highly recommend them to everyone I hear that is looking for great auto body work. Again, John and his crew are awesome.

One of The Best if not The Best Auto Body Shop in Rhode Island!Very professional, efficient and friendly. Gets the job done right at the first time. My family and I have been doing business with John for 23 years and we are always happy with their performance. Strongly recommend !
