I spoke to a man named Kevin about an itemized bill I got from BTS Tire & Service, I was stressed out and frustrated and he was able to save me a bunch of money. Genuinely the only time in the entire ordeal that made me feel like I had some amount of knowledge or control. Thank you Kevin.

Went in for a 5,000-mile service for my 23 Camry that has 4831 miles at the time. Alex, the person who was helping me told me the vehicle didn't require a oil change until 10,000 miles so all the vehicle required was a tire rotation but the funny thing is my wheels have locks that require a special lug key to remove the wheel that i forgot to give Alex and didnt realize it till after i pick up the vehicle. The receipt said they performed oil change and tire rotation, which is a LIE.I WENT THERE FOR NOTHING LOL TIME WASTED SMHThis place is a joke. Thank god it's just a LEASE. These people dont care about nothing but MONEY. Stay away if u care about your vehicle.

I liked it better when Angel was there also Saul , who might be there but I did not see him. As for service they're pretty good and the garage and bay areas are spotless.

Love Greco Toyota very much I can still get certain parts for my 2003 Toyota echo it's now 21 years old as of Saturday I went over 200,000 mi in 19 years since I've owned it. I can actually remember how that car was facing me when I walked around the corner and I fell in love with the car when I used to be Fox Toyota 20 years ago it was a car that was selling for a little over $12,000 my mother bought it I was going through my divorce at the time and everything so I picked her out a good car at the time for hard parts to get for my car always recommend record Toyota give Greco Toyota your business today thank you.

Mario your the man. Would highly recommend. Worked through all my options and came up with the best solution. Give this man a raise and couple of payed days off. I can tell this guy works hard.

I went for a oil change and tire rotation I arrived a little before my scheduled time and was taken right in. Waiting in the waiting room and everything was clean took about an hour or so overall happy with my service.
