I was recommended by a friend for any car I was looking for to go visit and see what they could do for me. I ended up purchasing a really clean BMW from them. They took care of all the service before giving me the car, oil change and checked all fluids. They also took care of me on the Warrenty side, have had the car now for a month and the car still is still running perfect, def recommend your first stop while shopping around. I m pleased with the purchase, and happy with the customer service I received

When I bought my car they said the car passed inspection. I drove out of the dealership and pulled into a gas station realizing my directional was not working and one of the head lights was dimmer than the other one. Called them and they fixed that issue but then my car would not start and needed about $2k of work for it to get fixed. I do not recommend this place. If they are legally not allowed to sell cars if it doesn t pass inspection then why was I sold a car that doesn t have working directional? That is part of the inspection they are supposed to look at. Do not buy from this place. They are not trustworthy.

Was in the market for a car and happened to stumble across this dealership because they had the car I was looking for. I went there and everyone was very respectful and polite. I was shown the car and they worked with me on the price and I went ahead and bought it. It's been about a month and a half since I purchased the car and it's been running great with zero issues. This place will be my first stop next time i'm in the market for a car. From start to finish, the process was quick and everyone was really nice.

I never thought purchasing a vehicle would be that easy and simple! They gave me a great deal! Also I took the car to my mechanic to check it, and it was 10/10. Thank you first class auto.Highly recommended.

I had a great experience. Everyone was so polite and was able to work with my budget and credit and got me into the Mercedes I was looking for. everyone was welcoming and And made me feel very comfortable I will be definitely Coming back for my next car

Listed a vehicle for sale online that they didn't have. Told me car would be reserved for me once it came in and they would call me. When it came in there was no call.. I called them to see what the situation was and they don't pick up my phone calls. I call from another phone and call gets picked up instantly.(ignoring the fact they blocked my calls because at this point no way I would buy from them) Now they tell me vehicle is in but needs service, they will call me when its done. Well 2 weeks later (1 month after I first saw the listing) and still no call. I'm guessing they listed the vehicle for less then what they could have got and decided to not honor there word with me. Go anywhere else to buy your vehicle!Update: what I wrote is my experience with your business. You called me to get me to take down the review and wouldn't even let me speak without you speaking over me. Now you try to make it look like I'm lying. The customer service here just gets better and better

Made my car purchase from Charlie at First Class Auto Sales in East Providence. Charlie was great made my purchase process very easy and stress free! I recommend going here for a great shopping experience. Definitely will be revisiting for future purchases.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! My dad's mechanic recommended we come down and check them out. Came in with a few cars in mind and ended up buying a different and better car. Easy and great people to work with!

Bought a car a year ago. Warranty was pushed towards us, and we asked some specific questions about coverage. Like, does this cover the head gasket if it goes. Because we've had that problem before, and it's expensive.We were told if we purchase a certain level of warranty it does, so we paid extra. Well here we are with a leaking head gasket, and the warranty company says the seals and gaskets plan we paid extra for doesn't actually cover seals and gaskets in most cases, esp. Not head gaskets. Thanks a lot first class auto, appreciate it.Turns out the warranty also has a clause that we need to bring it to the dealer for repair, but when we tried to we were told they don't have time for us. It took weeks of time and hours and hours of calls to get the warranty to approve us going somewhere else. First class auto service department wanted nothing to do with it and didn't stand by their sale. Then they denied our claim anyway because we were misled about the coverage.

I went in knowing my price range and what I was looking for, and I found exactly what I wanted at First Class. Steve Wight and Eli at First Class Auto Sales helped me with all of the annoying aspects of my car buying experience, they found a credit union with great rates and took care of switching my registration over and working through the paperwork. Would strongly recommend for someone who is looking for a vehicle in this price range.

Just recently purchased a 2010 Audi A4 test drive was perfect of course but when i picked up the vehicle about 2 weeks after that i drove off the lot and went straight to work within 30 minutes the check engine light came on and never went away so what they did is they cleared the codes so i can test drive it and think everything is fine when it wasn t i just got a call back from the Audi dealership in Warwick saying after the diagnostic s the repairs are about 4,200 dollars when i called them that same day i purchased the car and explained what happened i was told by the owner that they would take care of it never got a call back to check on the car nothing i wouldn t trust this dealership communication is terrible should change your name to first class SCUMBAGS.

We recently purchased a Jeep for my son. Our salesperson Alexi was friendly, professional, not pushy and had a good sense of humor. He made the car buying experience easy for my son and I. First class had a decent selection of cars during this pandemic. Very good experience. I would definitely go see Alexi again!

This place used to be Cullco in Cranston. That old place had a bunch of low reviews because their service is actually bad. One of the salesmen lied about the condition of a Matrix they had for sale and said they ll just sell it to someone else for a markup if they couldn t sell it to me. Don t buy your cars there.

My overall experience was very poor and unexciting. Left feeling ignored and that I've wasted my time. The vehicle I was seeing had a lot of issues and the salesman Steve was unprofessional and genuinely ignorant in basic mechanics. Would answer a lot of my questions with "idk" about the vehicle, called me by the wrong name during a phone call. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Very rude people and over price cars. Please go to blue book Kelly before buying car here !Update: I never worked for this place idk why he saying that . He decided to call my company to clean his car . Once we notice all the illegal stuff he will do (spray paint rust , spray off oil leaks and make it look clean ) we decided we wasn t going to continue business with them. Our last job was lousy because we was ready to leave the place due to lack of respect and unprofessional. You can tell by the way he reply to all his low rating . If you can t take constructive criticism you shouldn t have a business

Got sold a lemon when they were cullco auto sales, these guys changed up their business and rebranded to erase the mountain of bad reviews they received. I noticed he replies to bad reviews trying to say they were all disgruntled employees. Wanted to preface that I am not a former employee. DO NOT buy their vehicles

Please do not buy a car here nothing but issues and hacks I bought a car previously when there name was cullco auto sales they have sense renamed to avoid bad publicity they sent me on my way with one side of brake pads done and that is all. His son is absolutely a spoiled rotten arrogant overgrown child, extremely rude on the phone was just on his cell phone while talking with me so a car that was supposed to be inspection ready was totally unsafe I don t know who they pay to pass these cars but they need to be investigated.

Bought my nissan sentra here to commute to and from college. Very reliable and clean vehicle, bought at a price below kelly book value and the sales rep Alexi was very helpful and informative the sale process was so easy!
