Excellent service, Quality work, and Best value!The quality of the repairs was top-notch; my car looked as good as new, with no sign of the prior damage. The paint matched perfectly, and the finish was flawless.What impressed me most was the excellent customer service. Was recommended by Patriot Subaru and had such a great experience working with the team at East Bay Auto Body! Everyone was super respectful, caring, and easy to work with. They set me up with a rental car, sent text updates, thoroughly explained the process to me, and my car was ready exactly when they promised it to be. They covered my deductible and even buffed out a random scratch free of charge!! The repair looks pristine and my car was spotlessly detailed. They made the process easy and I highly recommend getting your car repaired here!

After I was left with an apology note and scrape in my new car s bumper, I was referred over to East Bay Auto Body.They were extremely kind and did wonderful work. They made communication with insurance super easy (it was my first time navigating this type of accident and repair situation), and the detailing before pick up had me feeling like I got a second chance at driving off the lot in a brand new car.All around wonderful experience from communication, repair, pickup. Thanks guys!

I had gotten into a car accident that resulted in costly damage. John the Owner was super helpful from day one. The day of my accident he towed my vehicle, had me fill out some paper work and I left his shop with a rental with no worries of how long I would wait for my insurance to approve a rental. He assured me that I had nothing to worry about and that he and his team would take care of it from there that I need not to worry. They exceeded my expectations in every area. They are not the typical place that just wants to make money and send you off, they genuinely care and do whatever it takes to make sure you as the consumer are taken care of especially in a world where insurance can be vicious. Their quality of work it A++++ and it shows. I am praying that I do not have another accident but in the case it would happen without a shadow of a doubt I will be calling them right of way. Whether you have a minor or major fender bender, or if you drive over a wall with your Subaru - East Bay AutoBody is the place to go!Very professional and friendly employees. John is the best! He explains everything and is in contact throughout the process from talking with insurance adjusters to giving you an up to date timeline. I highly recommend this business!

We had the misfortune of being rear-ended on 495 on our way home after great family trip to NH. I was thankful none of us were injured, but I was still upset over the damage to my Crosstrek. Not knowing who we should go to, we reached out to Patriot Subaru and they referred us to East Bay AutoBody for the repairs. From first point of contact, they were amazing. We were able to bring our car down right away and they were able to assist with getting a rental (from Liberty Rental). They were great with communication whenever we had questions. My car was repaired and it looks and runs perfect again! They truly made an unpleasant experience much less stressful. They are very nice and honest people and do great work. Moved to Rhode Island from Texas. I was still using Tx insurance when I got tboned less than a month after moving. East Bay auto body was incredible working with me & my out of state insurance. Their attention to detail, including perfecting the body paint color and detailing the interior of the car after the body work was complete, as well as professionalism and genuine kindness and attitude was incredible, and I got my car back looking & driving fantastic. Their rental service, Liberty rentals also worked with me to find the best deal possible, as I am a college student with limited funds for rental car, and I was able to get a rental for an affordable price. 8 days after getting my car back, a drunk driver swiped my car while it was parked outside my apartment. Since their service before was so fantastic, I called East Bay again and they helped me get the most out of my insurance and once again got my car fixed & rental car while they waited for some parts and insurance work. I got my car back today & car looks and drives fantastic and I can t recommend East Bay Autobody enough. They are prompt, professional at every level of the shop from their accounts & rental team to the mechanics and body work. I full heartedly believe the team at East Bay really and truly want what s best for their customers, and will do whatever they need to ensure the customer gets full satisfaction with the services they provide. Unfortunately, a very large tree branch fell on my car causing thousands of dollars worth of damage. I did not know where to take it but was told about East Bay Auto and decided to give them a try. I am so happy that I did!! They were outstanding from the minute I dropped off my car. I got a rental right at the shop. They sent me text updates as the work progressed. And, returned my car to me completely detailed and looking brand new!!I would highly recommend this shop!

I unfortunately went sliding into some rocks on my way home from some really bad black ice and crashed into rocks on my passenger side in early January. East Bay was recommended to me from Patriot Subaru to get my car fixed. I m so happy I picked them! They immediately went same day of my accident to tow my car back to their facility and gave me a rental. They did a really great job fixing my car and John (owner) was really great throughout the process as well as everyone else that works at East Bay! Thank you so so much everyone, my car looks brand new again If you drive a Subaru and need a shop, this is the place to go to!Service: Painting

This is the only place I will ever go to get my car fixed!!!! They left my car looking way better than it looked before the accident! John and the whole staff were so amazing and professional throughout the whole process. And I couldn t be any happier with how my car turned out. I highly recommend this body shop. This is the most trustworthy shop to bring your car to! I paid out of pocket to get my front end repaired and painted and the owner gave me such a great deal! They were very easy going and friendly and my car came out amazing! You never would have known it was damaged in the first place. Also, I heard that they have a woman working in the shop! If she s the one who fixed my car she deserves a raise for sure! 10/10 will recommend to my friends and come back.

My pleasure to review, although rarely do I make time to do so. Contacted other shops but was also given an informal referral to EB. Pleasure to do business with them! I can t recommend the team at East Bay AutoBody highly enough. They have helped fix up my car twice now and both times their work has been fantastic. John, Dave, and the whole team are kind and will take excellent care of you. They are very busy, so the turnaround time for your car can be more than a few weeks. However, they always communicate well with you throughout the process.Not only was my car fixed up, but it was beautifully cleaned and detailed. I wish I had any before pictures to show the drastic difference. I can attest that the last time it looked so good was the day I got it. We love these guys sooooo professional so clean so proficient I can t say enough about how beautiful my truck that is brand new that has been hit 3 times by no fault if my own, looks every-time I get it back I feel like I m driving it off the lot again thanks Jon and the guys and ladies over at East bay see you soon w my luck you guys are the ONLY stand up shop in the state ! I brought my car to East Bay for repair after someone drove in to me this past June. Prior to even bringing in the car the service was great! I had been dealing with the insurance company myself and they were asking me to do so many things. I called East Bay and they told me, don't worry about it, we will take over and set an appointment for me to bring in my car and pick up a rental at the same time. I showed up for my appointment and they were ready with the paperwork for me, I just had to sign and hand over the keys.Joe at Liberty rentals had a brand new (1k miles!) car ready for me to drive away in. My rental was in perfect condition and very similar to my car so I felt super comfortable. When my car was repaired, they gave me a call and I was able to go over and return the rental and take my car home very quickly. My car was beautifully repaired and fully detailed inside as well!I would 100% recommend East Bay AutoBody and Liberty Rentals!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Getting into an accident is a scary situation dealing with insurance and makeing sure your car is fixed right. . Eastbay autobody is great . They handled it all for me got my vehicle back and I am very happy . Smooth process . The paint match was perfect . eastbay autobody is a business that takes pride in their work and actually care . I recommend everyone to go their if your ever in an accident ir need any bodywork or paint done . They have all the best equipment and the workers are well trained . Overall best bodyshop around . East Bay repaired my vehicle several years ago and did a great job. Today I stopped by to ask about a minor paint touch-up area to which I had tried a rough DIY approach. The owner took the time to look at the issue and advised me to leave it "as is" due to the cost associated with his professional effort. I was referred by Fernando aka Freddy. Glad I took his advice. I stopped in on 8/31 after car accident that happened on 8/30 that wasn't my fault. Everything I was told about how the insurance will low ball me started to become true. I drove back and spoke to Bill and Eric who said not to worry about it that they would take info and talk to insurance for me. I felt overwhelmed with it all. Nobody plans to be in accident they just happen. Im glad that East Bay Autobody had my best interest at heart cause the insurance was doing their job by protecting the person who was at fault that pays them for insurance. I am impressed with the out come. The rental that Liberty Rentals put me in was also a good one to. Thanks for all the help from everybody.

I rarely write reviews, but I had to say something about my great experience at East Bay AutoBody. I had minor damage on my bumper from a hit and run, they fix the bumper, coordinated with the dealership to get the sensors calibrated, arranged a rental car that was the same make as my car, and saved me my deductible! On top of that, they cleaned the inside of my car with a detailing, and fixed scratches on my car that had nothing to do with the accident. I felt like I came away with a new car! On top of that I opened my center console to find a little bottle of patching paint that matched my car for the future. The service was exceptional and the staff worked with my schedule and made me feel comfortable and appreciated.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The quality of work that was done on my Subaru far surpassed previous work I ve had done. The absolutely best service. Amazing paint job. I got into a car accident and gave them a call because they were the closest shop I had near my house. I was so impressed with how amazing my car turn out. It looks better then when I purchased it from Carmax. I highly recommend East Bay Autobody. Every person with whom I interacted was professional, responsive and a pleasure to deal with. I was a first-time customer and was treated as if I were a long-time patron. The team took care of every aspect of the process from dealing with the adjuster, and arranging the rental car to the completion of the work. Echoing a previous customer review, when the repairs were complete my car looked like the day I first drove it off the dealer s lot. Not only were the repairs indistinguishable from the undamaged body but the complete cleaning and detailing was amazing. The car looks brand new.
