After I got my truck back from Detroit collision I pointed out that my rear wheel looked like it was still crooked. I brought it to get an alignment to show how crooked it is off by one degree and the manager Danny said he can t see it and the truck measures out fine. They refuse to fix my tuck. I would not recommend this place to anyone please do not go here if you think you have structural damage they can only fix dents.

Joe and Danny and the entire team are the best at what they do. We have a big family. The Detroit Collision Center makes the inevitable dings, scratches and worse WAY easy to manage. They are a first-class-professional outfit that provide the highest level of attention to detail and execution. I take great pride in my cars. Other shops (3) I investigated did not match up. Absolutely DCC if your want your wheels like new. Or, go the other guy and ... hope? Thanks for the recent work done. You guys simply do what you say you are going to do and actually made it fun. See you for the next one Danny/Joe, I know you care!

My experience at Detroit Collision Center was beyond expectations. My Mercedes had extensive damage and the repair work performed was excellent. DCC picked up my car, dropped off the rental and returned the car to my house when the job was complete. Danny kept me informed of progress along the way and DCC completed the work before another Mercedes repair facility stated they would even start the repairs. Overall, a five star experience. A big Thank You to the team at DCC.

I went there to ask for estimate to fix my car so i can tell my insurance to go there and inspect again but they even didnt see pic of my car and misguided me without seeing my car that insurance will total my car their attitude was so so high the way they were talking like i asked them to fix my car for free. they're just there for big brands not for small cars or common brands

It was nice to see my ten year old CR-V hob-nobbing with high end Mercedes vehicles - if only for a few minutes.My car looks new and I am most satisfied with Ray and Danny!

Recently I took my 2012 Honda CRV to Detroit Collision after I got rear-ended (hit and run). Joe and the staff at Detroit Collision basically gave me back a brand new car. I was delighted with their work, and extremely happy with the overall experience. Every step of the process went smoothly, from working with my insurance company, to getting a rental car, to communication about the status of the repair.

They are simply the best!! I have seen my good shops in other states but not as good as this.Exceptional service is what i witnessed.Not just professional but good at heart. I realized that from the moment I walked into the shop and interacted with different people starting from receptionist , worker, and manager. My car was hit by some vehicle while it was in parked in my absence. My car is my baby, I have taken a great care of her. But since the moment this incident happened i was restless. I had to replace rear bumper. I call many different shops around providence and I was really intimidated by the quote given to me. Detroit collision just did the job on my car within less than hour. I had brought my own bumper which I found online. They put new bumper on my car. They didn't even charge for it where other shops are charging crazy price. I was totally stranger to them but with the service they provided I am confident to recommend anyone to trust them. They will really take care of your issue and not just that but will make sure you are happy. i am really happy that I found them. In today's world its rare to find these kind of people.In future if I have any issue I will certainly go to Detroit collision center only. I wish they were not just limited to body shop but expand to handle all kind of issues related to vehicle such as engine, break, oil, etc. That way people of providence would get reliable, credible, trustworthy group of people to lean on.I wish them every luck and hope they grow rapidly to help people..

Just great people and great work. Fixed my wife's BMW after a pretty big accident and a year and a half later it still looks and drives perfect. Also just referred my best friend there and he's thrilled with their work. Simply a first class operation!!!

Honestly I went in to see if they could fix scratches on the hood. To my chagrin when I returned to have them fix it they charged me nothing. Who does that nowadays? No one! Whenever I need something that needs to be done on my vehicle I will be sure to give them the business. Their customer service is amazing. I went in for a second time to have a small job done and the bill was $50.00.

Betty and Joe were extremely helpful from start to finish! They took care of everything and my car came back looking better than ever! Knowing that my vehicle was in great hands just gave me piece of mind. I have dealt with other collision centers in the past and none of them have been like Detroit! Had gone for undercover shield replacement for my honda civic since it was shattered and causing road friction and noise. While we waited to get a new shield order, to save me from any inconvenience, for time being they ripped off my damaged shield last week. And today, they fixed it for me with no charge ( christmas present). Awesome folks. I would recommend u tip them well and i def recommend this place

I've had my cars serviced here for years and it is always a smooth, stress free process. Everyone that works here is so pleasant and helpful. They go above and beyond in doing what they can to help you. Joe is amazing and so helpful!!

I've had repairs done here twice and their work is excellent. They always answer the phone, they handle everything from start to finish including rental, and all paperwork and the car comes back fully detailed. Thanks Joe

I had a non collision issue and they resolved it happily. One of those pesky lights came on and they diagnosed and fixed it very inexpensively!
