People are all up in their own heads until they realize you need attention. I don't behave ignorantly like others. When I do get recognized, they are super nice.

I will never step foot in this location ever again. The employees are very rude and not at all helpful. You re in customer service, so there needs to be more of an effort put in in respecting customers.

Staff couldn't be found or bothered. Got snippy when I asked a group of them if anyone could check us out. Literally told us to wait, they'd get to us. There were 3 of us in line to check out, and we waited 5 minutes even after I asked us. No one could be bothered, and they were just in a group joking around (like 4 staff); not on the phone, not doing anything but ignoring us. Thankfully there is another store not too far away. I'll never go to this store again.

Took so long to just get our battery changed and staff was so rude, go elsewhereUpdate: the battery was rattling like crazy so we had to take it to a mechanic the same day! The mechanic was surprised someone could screw the job up so badly. HUGE waste of time and money. These guys have absolutely no idea what they re doing

Terrible place. They don't even know what a exhaust gasket is for a 2004 camry. They had me look up my own part on their computer it's time to find some competent people to work for you. I ended up going to O'Reilly's and they knew exactly what I needed and I got the parts in 5 minutes. do not go to this AutoZone they are incompetent.

Very helpful Victor help with find the correct headlight I needed for my Chevy, also help me change the headlights and took about 5 minutes. Ty to my neighborhood AutoZone.

On Saturday, May 25th, Lewis assisted me with an issue I was having my trunk latch. He was extremely professional, helpful and friendly. I was so stressed coming in the store and within 5 minutes he had fixed the issue. Thanks to Lewis!

They were busy talking to a guy who was asking for help to fix his car. I was trying to make a purchase. I ended up leaving my item. Help needed in customer service especially with a paying customer in line waiting.

It's AutoZone I just was sometimes they hired a little more knowledgeable people but it's a corporate store so I can't complain and it still works so

This place is very busy due to being in a high traffic area. Some of the customers are very aggressive and rude. I give credit to the staff as they are very professional and don't let the ignorance of some people affect their service towards everyone else. Leo was the one that helped me out, much appreciated!

Honestly I don't know why I return here ever. Yesterday I went to buy a quart of oil, and no exaggeration, I waited in line to cash out for 35 MINUTES. They had ONE person ringing AND doing parts. The line was ~15 people total, the music was loud as hell, and the guy ringing people out was talking on his cell phone on speakerphone while cashing people out.The only reason this place is still in business is it's location. No one ever offers to help in store. Place is a disaster.

8 registered cash machine, but only one cashier with 20 people in line who want to pay for their items. Customer has be waiting for hours in line. It s seems like their is only one employee working. I would not recommend anyone to shop at this location. Because the will be here for a less 4 hours waiting for assistance. Along with poor customer services. Lestote let someone jump the line and cash out Knowly that I have been waiting inline for hours

All they do is hire people that don't know what the hell they are doing and then when you ask them to come outside to help you with something They try to say oh we don't do that knowing danm well they do just a little stuff too

Store service is awfull had me waiting while the store manager of the name louis was attending his personal customers over his cell phone while a line of 5 people where waiting to get attended this store by far is the worst plus comercial is awfull as well waited 15 minutes on hold to get answered and on top waited a hour in a half to get oil and filter delivered when my shop is 5 minutes away they should close the store down and make a oreilly's

the quality of the items has never left me wanting. the place itself is clean and organized. but, the service is Excellent!! even when it gets really busy (and it does) some one will look up whatever you need, walk you to and walk you through whatever you need, AND will help you with minor labor related to the parts you purchase for FREE. weather it is battery or bulb installation, or some thing else, if they can help you with it, they will. for no extra cost. also ask about other free services. (depending, they may even have tool rental or tool borrowing [i don't know if this is available at every location])

Besides not having what I need on many occasions, one time I noticed this young cat who always seemed to be nearby acting as if he was straightening out the merchandise on the shelves nearby in every isle I went in. Finally after he noticed I knew exactly what he was up to he asked if I needed any assistance. I asked, " you were watching me?"And he got very defensive and denied it of course. I decided not to buy anything and went to Advanced Auto and got what I needed there instead. I will never go back to this one even though I live just one street over.- Mark Davis

I went over there with my mom because she thought her truck was overheating, so we drove over to AutoZone so that I can check her oils and I noticed that she was short transmission fluid. So I sent my mom inside to go and get it she comes back out and she's completely clueless on where the oil goes mind you my mom is a 60 year old woman she doesn't know stuff about cars and it was freezing and raining. I sent her inside to go get someone to help us she came out by herself we waited about 10 15 minutes for help and then I got fed up I looked it up on Google and pour the oil in myself. You do have a great staff that works there but some of them are just plain lazy it just depends on the day of the week you ago I guess.
