We recently had a car brought to them. I think the owner left and it is all down hill now. Took WAY too long to do the job, over a week. Once we got it we found out the item I added and told one person the day they got the car never made it to the other guy doing the job I guess. I am glad, they completely over charged for parts. A part online estimated $70-$105 was $300!!! They are disorganized, take forever, don't do the job you want and really over charge. I went to them for 20 years. Switching to anyone but them! Avoid!

The Good: They didn't charge me because they didn't do any work.The Bad: They had my car for 8 days and never called me once. I called them 3 times. Each time I told them I needed help getting the corroded nuts off the battery bracket & terminals, and that I needed new spark plugs. Each time they said they'd call me back when it was done... but they never called back. So today I walked to the shop and got my car back. It was so weird. They didn't say why they couldn't help me, they just said they didn't find anything wrong and weren't going to charge me. I get home and still can't get the battery terminals loose and the car still needs a spark plug replacement. Next week I'm gonna take it to the guys across the street and see if they'll help. This is the weirdest experience I've ever had at a mechanic.

Paid for new front brakes and calipers a year ago to pass the state inspection. I just had to get both replaced this week because they were indeed not replaced! So I paid $700 last year and am now doing it all over again a year later because someone either lied to me or gave me used parts. Shady at best.

extremely rude and unprofessional. the old guy working there smelt like absolute fish underwear. took my car in for an inspection and he yelled at me for bringing it in "too late in the day" at not even 10:30 am, save your time and money by going somewhere else unless you like getting spit on by raggedy old men.

Took my old Nissan there for a state inspection. Thought it might need lots of work. First time I went there. They found nothing wrong with it. What honest people! There still might be hope for the world with people like this around.

I have always had great service from these guys. They are fair and honest from my experience. Today, they fit me in immediately to help me with a nail punctured tire, even though I know that they were very busy. I will bring my cars here again and again.

Bad mechanic and extremely high upcharge on parts. I brought my car in for an exhaust leak, when I got it back the exhaust was still very loud. I found a huge hole right next to where the new resonator pipe was bolted on. I m shocked that the mechanic overlooked that. They charged me $191 for a resonator pipe that retails for $65 online. I brought this to the owners attention and asked what their upcharge rate was. He told me he can t get parts for the prices you find online, and they multiply the cost by 1.5 for the customer. A 50% upcharge. Even if the car got fixed properly that s still not a fair upcharge.

Do not go here, especially if you are a girl or don t know much about your vehicle. He charged me $55 for a failed inspection and offered to fix the problem for over $400. A week later I took my car to tire pros who not only passed my inspection but told me that the fix he was referring to would have only cost me about $150, if my car had even had that problem! He is a liar and a thief. I even called and gave him the opportunity to give me my money back before writing him a terrible review and he refused. I will now drive 40 minutes to tire pros in NK rather than 1 minute down the road to this place.

Stop in and see Mike for a good deal on a used vehicle. He has a good selection and if not he can find you something to suit you. Excellent for auto repairs or inspections. Fast and reasonable.

I wish I could give no stars. These people are dishonest, over priced and unprofessional. They "fix" your car for a ridiculous price, only for there to be something else wrong as soon as you leave their lot. Horrible, horrible mechanic shop, i wouldn't recommend them to even my worst enemy. Complete crooks, DO NOT EVER GO HERE!!!

Do not go here for vehicle inspection. They charge $20, don't repair anything, & send you on your way with nothing, no itemized slip, or receipt for what they charge for..you literally just waste your time & money. Makes me wonder how sense they scam you

Guy only wants more money had car inspected their it failed for couple things I get things on his list fixed and bring it back for inspection again when he tells me my catilitac converter is broken and gonna cost 600 for part plus two hours labor after I just spent 500$ on the list he gave me of what was wrong THIS GUY IS A CROOK!!!
