Took 4 barstools with nailheads to reupholster and was quoted $175 each for labor. Dropped them off a few days after and was told the $175?did NOT include nailheads and would be $225 each instead. I told him that s not what you quoted before. After going back and forth we agreed to do them. with nailheads all around (like they were originally)@ $225 each!!!Total job with fabric $1050!!!!Returned to pick them up to find quality of workmanship unacceptable, scratched, very sparse nailheads on backs and NONE on seats!!!!!!! We tried talking/explaining how unsatisfied and not what we agreed but he would not work with us!!! He kept saying there s nothing wrong with them and nothing else I can do . PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!Service: Upholstery installation

Excellent repair work on my marine canvas. Rush job dropped off on a Tuesday ready for the weekend. Seldom answers the phone, but does check messages.

Brought a leather couch cushion in for repair. He said 2 weeks and gave the price. I called 2 weeks later he said I am waiting on the material to arrive. Waited another 2 weeks and called. He said he can't repair the leather cushion. A complete waste of time. I will never use him again.

I called with a simple question about a convertible roof repair and they just said I would need a new roof and they don't think they can get one and it would be very expensive. They never even asked for my name and number so they could check things out and get back to me. I guess they have the enough business and don't need anymore.

Walked in with a small cubical foot stool to ask if a simple cover could be made, not even a re-upholstery job, just a square slip on canvas cover. Wasn't even able to explain what I was looking for as the owner immediately began listing reasons he didn't want to take the job (would take 6 - 8 weeks, didn't have room to keep a small stool in his shop, etc.). I thought it would have been a simple job and easy money for the guy, but I couldn't even get a word in. I could probably do this project myself, but I thought I would support a local small business.

One of the worst experiences in 30 years of doing business.1) He doesn't deliver on time.2) He doesn't stick to the quoted price.3) The work, what he finishes, is second rate.Run the other way. Hire someone else.Services: Classic car upholstery, Seat rebuilds

Rudest worker possible, had two questions and the worker cut me off after the first. Don't call if you want any kind of customer service, they lost my business.
