I brought my car in for inside and outside detailing yesterday. I have 2 small kids and my SUV was a mess. When I came to pick it up, it was honestly more beautiful and clean than I initially bought it 3 years ago. I will absolutely be doing this every year. If I give five stars it means you had to really impress me. They took fantastic care of my 84 year old mom and her broken 2014 Prius rear-view camera. They were as kind as they were proficient and fair. Price was a fraction of what any dealership would've cost. 401 was the perfect find.

Couldn't be happier with their work. I had heard from two other guys who had their cars detailed there that they were good so I took a chance with my 800 mile 86 944.

Not worth the money. Was told under the hood would be cleaned. There is dirt in easy access plastic areas that I can wipe with my finger. There is dirt along the windshild trim. Pieces of sponge from cleaning seats. Under the rubber mats there was white cleaner gunk. And soap spots on side mirrors and windshield. Back seats had a nickle sitting right under the buckle with crumbs around it (again easy spot right in your face). I have been working so haven't had time to clean myself which i shouldn't. Car was clearly rushed. Opened the sunroof and there is white on the sunroof and grime around the track (they never opened). Both easily wipeable with just finger. Old residue from sticker still on front windsgield. Went back in dark because of dirt on every window seal. Jay started wiping them down on spot and I appreciated that but after all these other things and talking to other people who get their cars detailed better for a lot cheaper this is clearly unaccaptable. Girl's car was next and thought about parents for christmas but will now be looking elsewhere.

Called for appointment to clean my truck they answered phone first thing said you missed your last appointment I thought my wife called to cancel because where just human and I had family emergency so just to get to point he just sounded like he didn t even want to help me that s ok he must not need new customers that s ok I ve had plenty of customer cancellations but no madder what I take care of them customers always come first he must be perfect and I ve sent so many people there even though I never used them
