I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone. Not even for a minor issue. The communication is very poor. They are all backyard mechanics. I took my car there they couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. I brought the car there with one problem it now has multiple problems from them ripping stuff apart and not putting it back together how it was beforehand. Please please please look somewhere else to bring your car. I'm saving you from huge disappointment.

I got my first car last year and know nothing about cars. They ve been nothing but amazing, even took me back to show me how to check my own oil and other useful things. Their prices are extremely fair and never overcharge. I don t go anywhere else and send all of my friends here. They even dropped my off at home so I wouldn t have to walk the 20 mins back in freezing weather

Love Gary verducci and all the workers there great guy and will give you the best price in town if you need your vehicle fixed I highly recommend you go there you won't get a better deal no where else. And they treat you like family to.

First time taking my 2002 infinity qx4 to Woodlawn auto service to get my starter replace and Was recommended by a friend . Boy it was a great experience. The team at Woodlawn are friendly and awesome. They are very professional to the fullest extent. Lance deserved a bonus of $500 dollars. I would recommend this to anyone who want a honest mechanic team. They go above and beyond to help out customers regular or new. I will definitely come here again. Best mechanic in all of New England area. Thank you team Woodlawn you guys are the best.Services: Tires, Electrical, Engine repair, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Oil change

BEST SHOP IN RHODE ISLAND. Been going here for just about 2 years, and Lance is fantastic! Always takes care of my car. Use to go here now the service is bad having problems wit the same work I paid for on top of that they get upset wit u when u call them out on their lack of work .. never going back here again
