This place treated me really good. I had an accident and the other person didn't have insurance and mine didn't cover for me to have a rental. My atty called them and Dave gave me a car to get by. The secretary customer service is excellent, she's very sweet. I really appreciate what they did for me.

Philip Maxwell Autobody provided exceptional service for our vehicle following an accident. Their work on our 2024 Mercedes GLC was impeccable, restoring it to its pre-accident condition. David and the team were incredibly helpful, sparing us the headache of dealing with the insurance. They even brought the vehicle to Mercedes to re-certify it. Definitely recommend. 10/10.

These people bite off more than they can chew. They will gladly take your car but get ready to wait an eternity for them to fix it. I waited almost two months for a simple fix (passenger side mirror and a scratch on the right fender). They blame the insurance for taking long (which in my case they did). The insurance took 2 weeks to send out investigators and another two weeks to pay. Thats fine but it doesn t take a month to do the repairs. Additionally, i wanted other non insurance related repairs like removal of my tint, car inspection, air conditioner recharge and NONE was done. They said they took almost two most because they were waiting for a part because my car is a 2008 and guess what? They didnt even install that part! It was a car rim and they said they couldn t find a grade A so they gave me the car with the rim still scratched. You would also think that while they waited for insurance to come through or this part that they could not find that they would work on the non insurance related work. NOPE! They did give me a rental for free but that is not an excuse to take long or not complete the work. They also do not communicate at all! You would think they would call to keep you inform but nope I had to constantly check in to see what was going on. Now i have to get the other repairs done somewhere else further causing an inconvenience. Im giving it two stars because the little repair they did came out good quality but they are not worth the wait.

Dave and his team do a great job of explaining the process to their customers and taking on the hassle so you don t have too.They were able to provide a rental and work through the insurance company. Much easier than my past experiences.My car only had some minor bumper scuffs he still reconditioned it at no charge.Not looking forward to another accident, but at least I know where to go.-Update 4/24: Was hit in the front while stopped. Different vehicle than above but Dave and team performed great again. Thank You All for dealing with the process on my behalf.

The best!! If you re looking for a reliable auto body, this is the place to go. Side note: Philip Maxwell Auto Body relocated to 501 Main Street in Pawtucket, RI. The shop is bigger and better so make sure not to go to the old location!

Top notch service. Vehicle was hit in a hit and run, office handled insurance and gave me a rental within two hours of visit. As an added bonus, Interior was impeccable upon retrieval of my vehicle. Great customer service David goes above and beyond treats his customers like they are his only priority I would definitely recommend him to anybody and will go there again if needed. Great quality and customer service! I went to several other shops before Phillip Maxwell and felt like they were trying to rip me off because I'm young and a woman. Meanwhile at Phillip Maxwell, everyone I encountered in the office was very friendly, helpful and professional. I appreciated the honesty in pricing options and expectations.Dave and his team were awesome and did a great job replacing my car door. I was driving to work one day when I had rocks thrown at my vehicle. I did a little research and came across Philip Maxwell Auto Body. They are down the street from my house. I talked with Dave the owner. He told me not to worry about anything. Most body shops fix only what was needed. Dave and his staff went above and beyond. Not only did he replace my led foglights, (they retail at $150) but he also replace both chrome trims around them. The insurance company only paid for one to be replaced. The truck was perfectly detailed and shining when I came to pick it. The best part was when I went there it wasn't like going to the other big places where your a customer. It was more like visiting an old friend. If you want exceptional service and a great atmosphere I highly recommend Philip Maxwell.

Words cannot express how exciting I was when I saw my car tonight! The dedication and work ethic Philips auto is amazing. My car had a little dent & scratch; and now it looks brand new! I highly recommend this company! Tom and Dave s crew made my baby look brand new! I have no dishonest words to say about this company. My car was side swiped recently and Phillip Maxwell did an amazing job. My car is a 2015 but they matched the paint perfectly. The interior looked better than when I bought the car. Very friendly staff, Lisa made getting a loaner car and all of the paperwork a breeze. Tommy took care of things and let me know every step of the way, more than my insurance company actually. The loaner was a very nice recent model car that was great on gas, not some old dirty clunker. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs work done.

I have been using Philip Maxwell Auto Body for a few years and they never disappoint. They do top noch work, my car came out looking brand new! David and his staff go over and beyond and treats his customers like family and his top priority. I have referred family and friends to David and everyone that leaves there are 100% satisfied. I have been dealing with Phillip Maxwell for many years. I have had many of my cars and trucks worked on by these guys. They have always helped me with a rental car while they fixed my car. They helped me not have to deal with the insurance company like other places do. The group of guys here are all polite as well. When you show up they treat you like family. I have purchased vehicles from them over the years as well. TOP NOTCH!!!!

Best place to go! These guys are great, anything you need they ll help you out or know someone who can. I ve brought my car here twice now, and I always get it back right away. They even gave it back to me cleaner than I left it.

Warning stay far far away from this company they don t know what they re doing they made my car look worse then it did and they are not licensed and because they re not license your insurance company can t help you after they touch your car. OK you re saying you only did drivers side that s a lie then why did you charge my insurance company $9000 for New hood new front bumper new grill new headlights and none of them were changed still have all the original parts on it. You tried to buff the car and burnt the paint off of it. Brought the car back three times and you still couldn t get it right.
