Best decision I made was taking my car to 24/7 collision after getting hit. George was awesome he was so easy to work with he went above and beyond to make the process easy, he called the insurance company for me and got me a rental while I waited for my car to get fixed. The team did an awesome job fixing my car it was given back to me looking brand new. He even got it cleaned inside and out. A++ I ll recommend this place to anyone who needs their car worked on.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Absolutely fantastic job went above and beyond anything that he needed to do couldn t have asked for a better outcome for my vehicle he even cleaned and detailed the entire inside of my car, and I only brought it in for an insurance claim on the front side

I brought my car here to be serviced after a minor accident. The car came back in worse shape than it was brought in. The owner lied about putting a new bumper and right quarter panel on when this was not even done. It now sits at another place waiting to be fixed at my own cost because George the owner was already paid by insurance company. He promised he would make things right but the minute he was paid, he is now unreachable and will not return calls. He had the car for 28 days and did nothing to it. He even forgot to connect bolts that hold bumper on and now the electronics are all screwed up. The car locks and unlocks by itself and he refuses to make it right. And he promised to fix it all up but has not. He's in the wind. He is a fraudster and a liar.

As a new customer, I m so happy I came across this shop and decided to give them a try. George and his staff were wonderful to work with. They were kind, efficient, and very helpful throughout the process. I highly recommend 24/7 Collision for their excellent customer service.

George was fantastic! My car was involved in a hit and run and he and his team brought it back to its original condition like nothing happened. Completely reasonable pricing, FAST service, and great communication by George. I knew exactly the moment it was brought into the shop and it was ready faster than he initially stated. Highly recommend 24/7 Collision for any body work needed.

Awesome Auto body shop! I am 100% thankful I made the right decision to come to 24/7 collision to look over my damage. The owner couldn't be easier to work with. He knows what you want as a client and gets it done. His team gets an A+ as well! The transition was smooth, and the million questions I had as it was going on were all answered promptly and professionally. Mark was just phenomenal to work with!I was rear-ended and needed to get my bumper and trunk fixed, they helped me arrange my rental very easily and they even dropped off my rental when I went to pick up my car today. The body work they did was perfect and they even cleaned the outside and inside of my car with amazing detail. They were very easy to communicate with in regards to the insurance and the repairs which was great because I have a very busy schedule.Would 100% come back here and recommend anyone in the area to bring their car over for repairs. This collision shop did a great job repairing the damage caused by a deer strike which damaged my passenger headlight, radiator, A/C, and did front end and spoiler damage. For a 2009 it looked new again, and they even buffed the non-damaged headlight so they matched. My car was returned repaired before my insurance coverage for the rental car ran out which I was worried about. It was even returned washed. George and his team at 24/7 Collision in Pawtucket did an amazing job on our daughter's car! It was rear-ended and it looks like brand new! He even buffed out some of the other dings in the door that were unrelated to the accident. He handled the insurance company and even offered to get us a rental car. The whole process was quick and painless. I would definitely recommend coming here! Well worth the trip from SK to Pawtucket for a great experience.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Brought my truck in for a couple small rust spots. Boy oh boy, let me tell you! These guys went WAY over and beyond. They even touched up some other areas that were scuffed (and some areas that were hacked by another body shop on Benefit street). They got my headlights looking like DIAMONDS and fixed my molding which was warping. What a beautiful job they did. I fricken love how nice my truck looks now. It looks brand new! They had all this done in just 4 days. I HIGHLY recommend this place. I'm so excited, I haven't stopped raving about them. Even my friends and coworkers are amazed with what they've done, and at such a reasonable price. Thank you SO much, George!

I was in an accident. George came to make sure my car was drivable since I was in a panic. Lol. They took my car In The very next day and it was done super fast. My car came back looking good and clean. I had trouble with my battery and he helped me with that the very next day to make sure I was safe. I can t say enough about this place. They re professionals and just a call away to help and answer all your questions. Word of mouth is the best review anyone can give you. My experience there was amazing!! 24/7 collision is the best body shop I ve ever taken my car to. they did phenomenal work on my vehicle after an accident. and everyone that works there is spectacular at what they do. The owner George is the most friendly and most business oriented person you ll ever meet he is a great guy and a great person to help with your car needs. I will never take my vehicle elsewhere 24/7 collision forever and always. :)

This place far exceeds any expectation I had for getting my car repaired. Mitch was excellent and provided a high level of customer service. He coordinated a rental car for me while my car was being worked on and also delivered the repairs ahead of schedule. When I went to pick up my car it looked better than the day I bought it!! Fully detailed and shining just like new. I will be recommending this business to all of my friends for their auto body needs. The best service I've ever had. My car came back like new, better than it was before I was rear ended. One of the most frustrating thing about being in an accident that is not your fault is that no one compensates you for your time. But George and Mitch went so above and beyond on the repairs I was almost glad I was hit! They handled everything with insurance and fixed some extra things on the car (dents and curb rash - my wheels look brand new, unbelievable!) free of charge. Mitch was very attentive and called me regularly to give me updates. George is super fun and passionate about cars and gave me a tour of the shop and showed me some cool cars.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I brought in my 2017 Chevy Volt that had a dent above the drivers side wheel. The owner, George, walked through what the repair procedure would be and was reassuring that they would take the best care of my car possible. I dropped my car off on a Friday and picked it up Monday. The turn around was so fast and the work was incredible! George was such a friendly business owner and we ended up chatting for a long time getting to know each other. He even gave me the extra paint for my car in case I needed to touch up any other spots after. I would absolutely recommend this business and plan to use them for all my future car body needs!Service: Painting

Look no further, this is the place to take your vehicle to. Their professionalism and quality is top-notch and second to none. They are very efficient and will get your car ready the day and time they say it'll be ready, and if otherwise, they'll communicate that to you and keep you updated. My car came out looking like brand new, you will never tell there was ever a scratch let alone a wreck on it before. I am very pleased and will highly recommend. George is an awesome human and businessman.

I called George on a Sunday afternoon and within one hour he had my car in! By the very next day he was able to tell me everything that was damaged and gave me the estimate. George and Mitch were very transparent with the parts and cost (I paid out of pocket and was expecting the worst but they are very fair with pricing). They also kept me updated on the progress they were making the entire time. The whole process was also very quick for the work I needed a week and half for pretty bad front end damage. When it came time to pick, you couldn t even tell there was ever any damage. the paint blends beautifully with the rest of the car and He also threw in a replacement wiper blade and waxed the exterior! I can not recommend these guys enough and I will be sure to send anyone in need of body work their way! I promise you won t be disappointed. Thanks again guys!Service: Body & Trim

From the very moment I called and reached George, I was received with genuine kindness and concern. This is by far the best company I have ever encountered. I m not young, so that says a lot. My car was handled in a timely fashion, EVERYTHING I needed was furnished. The owner of the company speaks to you like you are family. When I was there dropping my car off, there was a man outside picking up trash, that s just how meticulously this company handles things. The property is well maintained. I went to 3 other places before this place and was ill at ease, bringing my service to them felt like a burden. Now the day comes for me to have my car, (I was contacted by the kind owner the entire time) I see my car and it is beautiful, better than before the accident. I am so thankful to this company for their kindness, and professionalism. I proudly wear their sweatshirt and face mask. Amazing with absolutely everything!!! George to start off is so sweet and nice, he takes costumer service really seriously and not to mention I normally hate dealing with car problems because it s gives me so much anxiety but he made everything so simple and smooth! I was put in a great rental car right away and he always (Personally!) kept me updated with everything going on. I will definitely always be going back to him in the future! Seriously even with Covid-19 going on and everything being so rough he made things so easy and peaceful! (Even my dad was happy with how smooth everything went!)Thank you so much George.

I had the most amazing experience here ! George is such an amazing person ! He helped me out so much, so fast and was there when I needed him even when he wasn t working on my car ! My car was all set in 2 weeks. He detailed it and fixed my car and even fixed a leak I had ! Even though he finished my car he is still Going above and beyond ! Just met him and I love his passion and his kind heart ! Thank you so much George for helping me and taking stress off of me (it s summer and I m 7 months pregnant) he s just awesome ! I had a great experience at 24/7 collision. George was very nice. He was very professional. The work was 2nd to none. You would never tell there was damage. The truck was ready when it was supposed to be and looked like it rolled off the show room floor. He went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied. I had an amazing experience here at 24/7 Collision with George and his crew. They handled everything for me with my insurance company and did a beautiful job fixing my Lincoln MKC. From the get-go, they were quick to bring my car in and get it back to me, they had a rental there and ready to go when I arrived, kept me updated on everything that was being done and my car was finished perfectly and in the time frame they had originally quoted for me! A few weeks ago a deer demolished the front passenger side of my car. I was referred to 24/7 by a couple friends of mine. So I called shortly after the accident it was at 4am I called at 5am and Doug answered and told me don t worry about nothing we will take care of it from here. Insurance/tow/rental etc. just sit back and we ll handle it all for you. When the car was done and I met George and seen the car I was like,WOW !!!! You would never know anything happened. GREAT JOB !!!!! I m one of those car guys that is nervous trying a new body shop but without question I m 100% glad I did. George n Doug we re absolutely great through the whole process !!!!
