Carlo s business was one of the best experiences I have ever had with any business in general! Communicated everything to me very very well. I was almost in tears when I found someone as good as Carlos to help me and felt 100% like I could trust him. I m very thankful as a single mom of two girls that he was able to get my car fixed with the extreme problems it had in a decent amount of time. I highly highly recommend this place! Not only will I be coming to Carlos for any of my car needs, but also even my oil changes. Thanks again Carlos for everything. I truly appreciate your work ethic and your honesty. Carlos is honest, fair, and extremely knowledgeable. Him and his team always go above and beyond in their work, but even more so with customer service. I ve been taking both my Honda Accord and Volkswagen Tiguan for years now and I can t be more than thankful for all their expertise and help. Highly recommend.

Small local owner buisness owner here, I had some issues with my Hyundai Tucson 2018, I had called CJ auto and he was just so nice and squeezed me in right away. He explained everything to me thoroughly, I have had a fair share of mechanics, but he truly left me impressed. I highly recommend. If you need someone to trust, this is the only place to go, and the only place I will go in regards to repair to my vehicle(s).

I can t say enough about this shop! Top to bottom this is by far the best mechanic I ve EVER went to. I drove my vehicle 2000 miles from Texas to Rhode Island and brought it to the shop to have it looked it on a referral from a friend. The owner, Carlos, was thorough and gave me a quote that didn t break the bank, didn t try to sell me on stuff I didn t need or confuse me with stuff I don t know. He was clear and understandable and fair and addressed issues I had even when I bought the car that always concerned me and other mechanic never addressed at all. Now it drives like a new car better than when I bought it! It was in bad shape, unsafe really, especially after the long drive and he fixed everything I needed and recommended and helped with other small things related to the main issue that prevents me now from damage down the road too. I hate that eventually when I head back to Texas I can t come back with my other car to have him fix that too! You don t find mechanics like this. The turnaround was a day earlier than expected too. I could go on and on. Best mechanic and shop without a doubt. Not sure where to start but I know one thing finding CJ auto repair on Google was the best thing ever. I read all the reviews on here and said to myself let me give it try. I moved from brockton to Pawtucket and was worried that I didn't have a mechanic but I was so thrilled to find CJS auto.Carlos explained everything that was wrong with my car and my daughter's car he took care of us like he known us for years. Nowadays Good mechanics are so hard to find. CJS auto has a new faithful customer. Thank you Carlo!

September 25, 2023: I had an unexpected repair, my alternator went out. As always CJs is my go to. Carlos made an effort to fit me in because he knows that I need reliable transportation. Not only did I have a detailed quote but also got a phone call explaining what needed to get done and how much it would cost. When I came in Carlos made sure to explain, how and why the part needed to get repaired, and assured me that my car was safe to be on the road again. I trust CJ's blindly, and I never worry about getting back on the road in a timely manner. Thank you Carlos for everything today, you are a lifesaver!!!July 2023: Best mechanic in town, and the east coast, Carlos is very meticulous with the work that he does making sure the customer is apprised of everything before even starting the work, will continue going to him for any and all maintenance on my vehicles! The Owner and workers were very courteous with me. They went through all the issues I had and explained what needed to be done to solve the problems. They showed me the parts that were going to be replaced before the job then showed me the new parts and the one's that were removed.

Visited this place for the 1st time after reading the reviews and can say that they definitely did not disappoint. I really appreciated Carlos' professionalism, honesty, service, and the service rates. I received a clear estimate of what needed to be done on my car and Carlos broke it down into the repairs/services that needed to be done immediately and those that could wait a while or weren't urgent. That quote was sent before he even did any work on the car and made sure to ha e a conversation about what I would get done before getting to it. Even when it turned out that another part and more work was needed because of a frozen brake caliper, he made sure to communicate that update to me as well as send a quote of what it would cost. Very satisfied with my experience and I think you will be too

Carlos takes such good care of my car. He is very thorough and checks every thing himself so I always feel safe driving my car after he has checked it. He is honest and very reasonable in what he charges- plus the atmosphere of the shop is clean and comfortable ( and quiet). Carlos is an excellent mechanic. He s kept our Mazda 6 running for over 200,000 miles and counting! He is trustworthy, reliable and always finishes the work in a timely manner. His prices are reasonable and he does quality work!! He has helped us out of a pickle on more than one occasion when the car has broken down and we have towed it to his shop unexpectedly for a repair. He always does his best to fit us in. We are so glad to have a mechanic we can trust!

I tried CJ's after reading his other Google reviews. After calling a tow truck to take my car there, the driver applauded my choice of mechanic as well. Carlos gave a detailed quote, and his work was thorough and quick (went above and beyond on a very arduous list of fixes). He even went over the final bill with me with detailed explanations. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

There's only one place I trust to touch my car and it's CJ's Auto. They got me in quick, and repaired my car same day. Amazing value for what they charge, the prices are extremely fair. I haven't been recommended a service I didn't need, and all the work that's been preformed has been stellar - it all comes with warranty, too.They answer the phone and are very friendly, they will answer any questions you have, and work with you. Carlos is amazing. I rarely leave reviews but I feel like the service he provides deserves recognition. He is honest and quick. As a single female it is very hard to find a trustworthy mechanic. I m new to the area and came across CJ s and I m thankful that I did. He has worked on my vehicle twice and both times. CJ's is unbeatable when it comes to customer service and having work done reliably and on time. I've gone years without AC in my car, and they were able to get it fixed up in no time with fair pricing. No other company was willing to touch my car since it was a Prius, and it's difficult to work around the battery. CJ's had no issue with it and got the job done so fast! My family and I have done business with Carlos for over 20 years. He has a wonderful personality and work ethic. He s very friendly and reasonably priced. He's taken care of all our vehicles.
