Excellent service! I went in with a flat and the staff there was very helpful and more than reasonable to work with. They helped me out greatly and I will definitely be back (hopefully not too soon!).

Needed tires for a Tesla. They took care of it same day. Thank you for great service. Same tires as Tesla, cheaper and didn t have to wait 3 weeks for an appointment! Highly recommend.

They are amazing love the customer service received here, pricing are reasonable and highly recommend anyone and everyone to bring their cars here the mechanics are trust worthy and do an outstanding job.

I called them this morning and within minutes they were able to work on my car and do a quick state inspection. I m on way out and I thought I would leave a review. Pat was very helpful.

I would NOT recommend this place. I had a fairly new $70 K&N washable filter which should not be replaced, they are meant to be cleaned and reused for up to 75,000 miles. It even has a sticker on the casing stating not to replace. They took it out and replaced it with and charged me $29.95 and must have discarded the K&N filter.I've been using K&N filters for 20 years and this is the first time a shop has done this. Very unethical way to make an extra $29.95 and now I have to pay another $70 to replace the K&N filter.

Jimmy took great care of me while I was shopping for 35s for my Wrangler, he found these awesome new tires by Nokian and got them fast! They look outstanding, drive smooth, have minimal road noise and they're still equipped with all terrain perks. Go see Jimmy and the crew at Braodway Tire and you won't be disappointed!!

Went in to replace my catalytic converter and they said it would be 900. Called another place while they were working on my car and the other place was only charging 650. Called broadway tires back to cancel my service but they had already started and they lowered the price to 650. Be careful, call other companies and compare prices before going to this place.

Great guys always get me in and out very quickly. They were fully booked up today and got me in and out.Would recommend them for all your tire needs way cheaper than my personal mechanic tire Service

Since May 27, 2020, Dale, Duane and all of the amazing staff at Broadway Tire & Auto Service have definitely swayed my rating from a 2 to a 5 STAR rating!!!! They always welcome me with open arms and get me in no matter how busy they are!My concerns and needs are taken into consideration and completed with professionalism and diligence! My husband went to Broadway Tire for an inspection sticker today. The appoinment was scheduled for 10am, and, because service was exceptional and quick, he was back home by 10:35. This was very much appreciated. We will definitely continue to use Broadway Tire for all our future needs. Very happy customer for sure.

Changed the wrong tires on my vehicle and completely swapped my tires around randomly on top of receiving very rude service. I own a fairly new, spotless vehicle in perfect condition and the employee spoke to me as if I drove up in a $500 beater from a scrap yard because he just felt like being condescending. Will never return here.

I would recommend this shop for any of your needs. Great customer service and fair prices. They have done a wide variety of work for me at this point. Engine swap, brakes and rotors, alternators, belts, battery. They do it all and stand behind their work.

Great fast service but unfortunately probably won't ever go back. Was quoted $25 per tire to mount and balance 4 tires was charged $40. Very disappointing.

Just had alot of work done on my Jeep and they took great care of it. The price was amazing considering what was done. I would highly recommend Broadway Tire. Dale and his crew are very professional and actually care more about your car and saftey then they care about the actual sale. I will continue too bring both my car and my wife's car for anymore repairs that may need to be done.

These guts got me in during a holiday rush for an oil change when my appointment somewhere fell through. Fair, good work, and speedy. Comparable to slightly lower price than most other spots around Providence.

I have been coming to this location for well over a year now and the staff are fabulous. It can be tough to walk into an auto shop as a woman, but from the very first visit, everyone was kind, courteous, and helpful. Any questions I needed answered, they always do so willingly. Whenever my car needs to be repaired, including an oil change, I make sure I come here. I m happy to say their level of professionalism has been consistent.

I made an appointment on their website for a Saturday tire change weeks ago. I realized today (Friday) that they had never confirmed the appointment. When I called to confirm, they insisted that they have no availability until Monday. Plus, they were pretty unfriendly. I'm not sure why they would offer an online appointment system if they don't actually check it. I will be going elsewhere for my auto services.

Found out from Honda Dealership that I needed to change JUST my (REAR ) brake pads , so i go make appointment with these money hungry people to get my brake pads changed and short guy that looks like he s going bald tells me they don t change just brake pads I will have to change my rotors too. I tel him I just need the pads done he tells me he don t change brake pads . Mind you my husband got his brakes pads changed here b4 without getting his rotors done on his BMW . Guess he thought bc I was a female she could try to get t extra money SMH !!!!
