I have an older Cadillac Deville that was is need of new liner. Staff was friendly and the service even better. I was very happy with how it looks now. Great service at a great price is hard to find these days! 10/10 would recommend

This place sucks now. Pre-covid they where great but they must have lost their talented guys. I've had a few things done here and they were reasonably priced and did a good job. For my recent project - another set of seat - things like foam was left exposed on seat, broken off grommets on head rest where the headrest slides into the back of the seat and not matching plastic pieces to seat color (while the cover is off the seat)after being told they would. When I questioned the issues, I was told to go away and don't come here any more. Wow. I would recommend that no one goes there anymore. Now I'm stuck fixing their shoddy work that was way overpriced.

Fantastic craftsmanship. Needed fo have my 1974 BMW 2002 seats redone. They took the time and did the research to make sure these things came out looking 100% factory fresh.

Had a really bad hanging headliner due to moderate water leaks in the roof. Said they would have both the liner and leaks fixed in a day and a half. They did a great job on the headliner and, with a torrential rain storm the next day - no more leaks! Very satisfied with the friendly, prompt service and fair pricing at Benefit.

I worked with John for fixing the panoramic roof in my Nissan Rogue 2015.His level of patience was amazing and he helped genuinely end to end with reasonable amount.Some how i am bit skeptical about Paul who charged $25 for helping in changing of headlight of the car which i could do by myself but thought to take expert advice/help and assumed that it could be complimentary.So my recommendation to all please ask Paul for charges before you take even a small help.

Superb place. No one could fix my sunroof correctly, including the dealer who proposed a gigantic multi-thousand-dollar project. These guys accomplished it in 45 minutes. Crazy. Super nice people, too.

John and his team took care of my beloved Chevelle. I have had this vehicle since 1987 and was my Aunt's since 1974. The front bench seat lost it's cushion. John and his team are top notch and budget friendly. Highly Recommend!! Will return for ANY work they cover.

Great guys very helpful! I've got a 72 Cutlass with sunroof issues and they got me right in and are working on it as we speak. Fantastic service, friendly and knowledgeable team. I highly recommend them.

Had an issue with my leather seat zipper. Previous dealership replaced the heating element and jammed the zipper on the seat. Tried to do it myself and was not successful. I brought the seat to these guys and pulled the whole seat apart to sew on a new zipper. Seat looks nothing ever happened and couldn t be any happier. Will be coming back in the future for more stuff to get done.

Customer service, pride In workmanship & attention to detail is what I received when John, the manager took my Audi in for convertible repair. They needed to repair where the top is known to separate from the glass. They did an exceptional job , were able to take me in right away, and charge a reasonable fee. Thank you once again for doing an exceptional job on my car...!!! A+++++ Nancy

I cannot believe what a great job they did with my old 2003 VW Jetta. They replaced the falling roof liner. Looks better than new. I would highly recommend them.

I can't say enough about my great experience with Benifit Auto. I showed up with a leak I thought was my sun roof. It wasn't. John fixed it a and no more leak. Thank you John. I will refer everybody I know to you!# I give you 5 stars plus!

Our sunroof flew off while on the highway!! These guys had us in and out and good as new in 20 minutes. Thanks !! We were driving home from my mothers funeral when it happened and they were just great!!

Great visit had a remote starter issue after service at the dealership called Mike at Benefit Auto Service he had me bring it right in fixed in 20 minutes. Now that's service. Thank you Ed Collette

Great service. Put in a remote start 2 years ago. I had something for them to look at today, got me right in and fixed the problem. Less than 15 min! Highly recommended.

Run run runThis is the worst place period unprofessional. I bought a car from Tasca GMC and I also purchased a remote starter from them. They subbed it out to Tony at Benefit auto. Who called me once a few days after the sale to schedule the installation and then nothing for over a month. I had to track him down only to be met with a terrible attitude and 0 help in any way. I m a handicap father of 2 young kids and the only reason I went for the auto starter is because they said they would come to me. No way would I ever deal with these people ever.

They do a great job with upholstery, they do leather Interiors, seat heaters car starters and so much more. They are very friendly and have good prices.

Had a problem with a factory Ford starter called them to make apt. Told me to come in after 10.30 am Paul took care of problem in 10 min.great place.didnt even charge me
