Would give 6 stars if I could, I would highly recommend this place. I had to repair my work vehicle on short notice and they were extremely accommodating and also gave a more than fair price for my repair. The manager I dealt with was both friendly and informative as well. As a business owner myself I can appreciate high quality service.

Staff go out of their way every time I ve been there they make you feel like you are the only customer that has an issue. Whether it s raining,snowing they are right out there with their pad and pen handling all of your concerns. They ve made me feel at ease. Their work is second to none would recommend them to everyone I would never go anywhere else.

382 is wonderful to work with. They handle everything from start to finish when dealing with the insurance company and they will give you a quality rental car. The repairs are flawless and your car will look brand new!!! An added bonus the staff is super friendly! I recommend them to everyone!

Had the best experience at 382 Collision Center. They made it so easy to get my car repaired, and worked directly with my insurance company on the estimate and the car rental. When I picked up the car I couldn't believe they had detailed the entire interior! Will definitely be returning for any future needs.

I messed up my front bumper and called John to see if he could fix it He told me to come in and he'd take a look. I came in and he told me he could glue it back for me right there. Got my car back within 15 minutes, even though he told me over the phone that he was backed up. He didn't even charge me for it. I would 100% recommend this company to everyone. All the staff I encountered were super nice and John himself was great.5 stars!!!

I brought my infinity to 382 after a hit and run at Market basket parking lot. I did not want to go through my insurance company due to excessive surcharges. The other 2 shops I received quotes from were very high and not really interested in a self pay customer. I was told to give 382 a try. I cannot say enough about their outstanding work and professionalism! They worked within my budget and I felt that they were honest and direct from beginning to end of the process. The car looks amazing and when I got into the car, they had detailed it. Without exaggeration, it looked better than when I drove it out of the dealership!Ladies, this is a place you can feel comfortable that you will not be taken advantage of. Came here after a hit & run on 95. They dealt with my insurance (Geico) and set me up with a rental car immediately. After a few weeks I got my car back as good as new. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. This was my first time using a shop in the Pawtucket area, and they did an amazing job. Great place for auto body repairs and even better detailing. My car was hit and I brought it to 382 and was immediately taken care of. I received a very nice well maintained & clean rental vehicle similar to my personal vehicle. The insurance company was not so accommodating & 382 seemed to be just as upset as I was my car had not been appraised for some time after dropping it off. They did an amazing job fixing my car and the women working in the office did just as good of a job as the mechanics. Thank you all!

My car was involved in an accident and my husband told me about 382 Collision, and that he s been there and they they did an excellent job on his car. So i took my Toyota RAV4 2019 there and they did a fantastic job. John made the process very fast . Ana gave me a loaner car, and really made everything easy for me. My car was involved in an accident and my Dad told me about 382 Collision, and that they did a great job on his car. So I brought my 2018 Lexus there and they did not disappoint. Process was super easy. They took care of getting me a loaner car, and really made everything smooth. Car came back looking and operating like brand new! While I hope I never need a body shop again, if I do, I will definitely be bringing my car there.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My car needed to get repairs done from 3 separate accidents. This shop made scheduling a breeze even when the insurance company was being difficult. The day of picking up my vehicle I learned that my father passed away. At this point I just wanted the day to be over. Once I received my vehicle and I laid my eyes on the work I legit got a brand new vehicle. The work was impeccable. God bless this shop a million times over, they made a tough day just a little better. All Rhode Island places of business please take note on the impeccable service provided by this shop. I would recommend the World to this place!! I ve never been so satisfied in my life. They do an amazing job with body parts & paint jobs. Like im really lost for words. They literally left me with nothing to complain about. You just have to see it to believe it!! I wish I would have token before & after pictures like every one Else. Missak and his team were very professional and timely with my repair. He explained the entire process from beginning to end. 382 Collision repaired my car and the result was as if my car was brand new. Great staff, great work, will definitely recommend this place without hesitation.

They were great!!!!! The woman in the front office was so nice she explained everything to me and told me that they would help me in any way they can if I need to get anywhere while they are fixing my car. I felt very safe and secure to leave my vehicle with them. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of body work.

Only place I've ever been to that walked me through the steps and talked to my insurance agent personally to cover the ins and outs of this situation. Missak and his staff took a lot of stress off my shoulders and I cant wait to see the final results on my Cadillac ATS!!! This place will ALWAYS be my 1st option for any car fixes or painting, everybody needs to check this place out and let them handle everything and everything while you sit back and relax with not an ounce of worry.

Great place! Misak the owner is an awesome person very reasonable and fair. His attention to detail is amazing and the guys that work for him are all great at what they do and work very well together. I've recommended several of my friends to this place and would recommend it to anyone else in need of auto-body repairs. I've used their rental services as well and they have great rates.
