Quick and easy buying process. I even overpaid by accident when giving them a down payment, and they caught it, called me back to grab a check. Honest and trustworthy dealership. Got the first cat that I truly love, color, make, and model!

Best dealer around! Such nice people and easy to work with! Not pushy to get a sale, most concerned with you being happy and finding the perfect vehicle for your needs. Devin in sales made the process so easy from start to finish. Frank in finance made the paperwork side a breeze making sure I got the best deal I could. Larry was fabulous as well making sure his team was taking great care of me every step of the way and that I was completely satisfied. My wife and I love out new Jeep Grand Cherokee L Limited and highly recommend stopping by to see these guys!

Wouldn t go anywhere else for purchasing a vehicle. Honest, fair and really awesome time working with Paul Bailey s. We met with Lou to purchase our new jeep and he was fantastic through the entire process. We appreciated how the experience let us shop at our own pace and make an educated selection that was right for our family, this is something you don t find at most dealerships with the usual push in sales tactics. None of that was present here, we were really able to move about everything at our own pace and it s a true family dealership that we will work with for years to come! Thank you Lou and Paul Bailey s for making it a wonderful car shopping experience for us!

This was my first and last experience I will have at Paul Bailey's. If my JEEP broke down in front of this place I would get it towed to another place. I was here for a state inspection which they failed me for a marker light that was out that they quoted my $600 to replace which cost me $54.67 for the part from mopar and 10min of my time to replace,Oversized tires,tilted license plate and my factory Bumper. which had all passed previously since 2019 at two different inspection stations. Once I got my key back from the service desk I had to walk to the far back parking lot to get my Jeep where the tech park it ,then had to drive back later on in the afternoon because the tech forgot to leave the paperwork in the jeep. Even tho I get a free re-inspection I will pay fee to go someplace else just so I don't have to go here again

Service DepartmentUsed their after hours drop box for a service drop off and picked up after hours also.Michael in service was very good in letting me know what was needed and another call as soon as complete.Very happy with service (salesman who helped at pickup couldn't have been nicer also). Good experience - would use again.

Despite using these guys for all major service, they repeatedly gave me the run-around on getting the corrosion issue on my Jeep JL (a widespread issue that is covered under warranty) fixed, saying things like "You're out of warranty" (I wasn't), "Jeep won't approve it since you're not the original owner" (false) "it's only covered if there's a hole in your door" (.....what??).Eventually, after pushing the issue, they flat out refused to even SUBMIT the warranty claim, implying that if I had "purchased the vehicle from them" then they could maybe "make an exception". That is NOT how warranty claims work.I ended up going to a different dealership, and they immediately submitted the warranty claim per Jeep's instructions, and it was APPROVED. So Paul Bailey's insistence that I wouldn't be approved for the warranty work was clearly out of laziness. Obviously, I will never be returning to Paul Bailey's, they clearly don't care about their customers, and frankly should be ashamed.(EDIT AFTER DEALERSHIP REPLY): "we do have to follow direct guidelines when it comes to warranty claims"...well, obviously you didn't follow those guidelines, otherwise YOU would be performing the warranty work right now. Unbelievable.(EDIT 2, 6/20/22) Based on conversations I've had with people in the local Jeep clubs, it seems that Paul Bailey's is still lying to people regarding the corrosion warranty and turning them away! I guess they haven't learned their lesson. BE WARNED!!

Yet another bad experience stemming from Paul Bailey's lying to me.TL/DR: Paul Bailey's reused a one-time use nut when performing warranty work which resulted in my vehicle nearly losing steering.Had the steering box TSB done by them, but they reused the pitman arm retaining nut. (This is a ONE TIME USE nut). They supposedly put loctite on it (even though they were supposed to install a new nut), but I found no evidence of any.The nut almost fell off the car. If it had completely fallen off, I would have lost steering, and potentially ended up in the hospital. (hanging on by a thread as it was, my steering was very loose and not in a drivable state)After Paul Bailey's lied to me previously and told me I was not covered for the hinge corrosion warranty (I was covered, see previous review), I had no desire to return to Paul Bailey's for them to rectify their mistake.I took my vehicle to a different dealer and had Paul Bailey's mistake corrected, which I paid out of pocket. If you made it this far, PLEASE go somewhere else for service.

Just completed the purchase of a 2019 Dodge Power Wagon with Dave and Devin Richards. From start to finish, the transaction could not have been smoother. They located the truck I was looking for, had it delivered to the dealership and then delivered it to me when I could not make it to the dealership for delivery. Absolutely top notch service and commitment to excellence. This is my second purchase from the dealership and I could not be happier. The finance dept. made the transaction as simple as possible and offered me all available purchase and finance options which was greatly appreciated! My sincerest thanks to David, Devin and the entire team at Paul Bailey's for an exceptional purchase experience!

After getting the run around from other local Ram dealers. I Bought a new dump truck from Paul Bailey's Ram and This is The best Ram truck service department I have been too.Woody the service manager is wonderful and a very honest man.It is nice to know when my two Ram trucks need service there is a dealer I can finally trustThe sales department was just as good. For now on I will always be going here when I update my trucks before the warranty expires

I just called to make an appointment for service. She first tells me that the next available appointment isn t until January 16th. I told her that was fine and I just needed some warranty work done. She asked me a few more questions and then suddenly got busy and had to call me back. She called me back a few minutes later telling me they won t do the work on my truck because they are too busy with their own tow-ins and stuff .I m getting my RAM 1500 Limited ready to sell so I can purchase a new 3500. Guess where I won t be buying that. If your service department refuses work just because it s warranty work, I could imagine what they rest of your dealership is like.Terrible way to do business.

Had a great experience with the auto body department. Friendly customer service and top notch collision repair. They also did a great job cleaning/detailing my entire car. Overall very impressed with the auto body department!

In today's world we hear so much about parts shortages and labor shortages but at Paul Bailey's there is no Customer Service shortage. I need ed to take my car into the Collision Dept. for service...it was beautiful when the car was returned to me. Not only was the collision repair completed perfectly and in a timely manner, but the car was cleaned throughout and appeared like it did when I first purchased it. I was so pleased with this experience. Once again, Paul Bailey's Jeep hasn't disappointed!

Paul baileys collision center is run David iannuccilli and he does an incredible job. The receptionist is very nice and makes sure to get you in and Paul takes care of the rest. He makes sure to give you a great price and takes care of your car likes it s his very own. Also they work at a incredible speed while making sure to not cut any corners. Overall I m extremely satisfied with the work and will always bring my vehicles here.

I had a less than desirable experience with a dealership 0.6 miles away from my house so I left the island to go to Paul Bailey's in hopes to leave the lot with a Jeep.What a world of a difference in terms of service. Lou was my salesman and I'll be recommending him to friends and family going forward. Lou has zero qualities of the "car salesman stereotype". It felt like a family friend taking care of you which I think is nice in a small community like Rhode Island.Lou was efficient yet patient and with the help of Frank, I traded in my old car and left with a brand new Jeep. Couldn't be happier with my experience at Paul Bailey's. Thank you to Lou, Frank and the rest of the staff!

Overall most frustrating worst service department I have dealt with. Never take ownership, never go the extra mile and this will be the last car I buy from them (I ve bought at least 4-5 there) My brand new 2021 keep gladiator (40k miles) already needed the 4 wheel drive fixed, steering wheel damper which took 4 months, and the latest (an entire new engine) apparently broke due to cold weather. I just picked the the vehicle after a month there was another light on and while nothing was mentioned at pickup I had to call them back and they said oh yeah you need a new auxiliary battery (keep in mind they had the car for the last month, obviously they were at fault for that I m assuming they left the lights on while the car was there for a month) I literally could not make this up if I tried.

Paul Bailey s customer service is second to none! Larry and Dave worked really hard to get me into a new Jeep and they made the process easy. Both of them spent a lot of time making sure I was able to get the exact jeep I wanted at the payment I felt most comfortable. I cannot thank them enough for not giving up on making it possible. I consistently feel welcomed from all departments each time I am at the dealership; they let you know that your business truly matters to them. I will always be a Baileys customer and I encourage all others to do business with them as well. You will be happy you did!

After living in 3 different states and visiting various dealerships throughout the years, I must admit, the customer service he provided far exceeded any experience I've encountered in the past. My mother and I recently visited Paul Bailey's and were treated extremely well. This was my mother's first time purchasing a new vehicle and the professionalism of our sales person, Joshua Plumb, was beyond reproach. He took the time to ensure my mother was well informed about the vehicle and made her car buying experience a pleasure. If you are looking to buy a vehicle and want an honest and well informed sales person, then I highly recommend asking for Josh when you visit this location. The management of this dealership should be extremely proud of their staff and customer service.

Do not bring your vehicle here. I repeat, do not bring your vehicle here. Several years ago, my mom brought her car here and this place literally caught it on fire and it burned up. Forgetting this, I stupidly agreed when my insurance company offered this place to me as their in-network, preferred repair shop. They told me that doing this would guarantee the repairs for as long as I owned the car, so I thought "sure, good call." So I drove my car 30 minutes to this shop and dropped the car off. I explained the damage (rear bumper was cracked, trunk was dented), and they said they would repair it and get back to me. Two plus weeks later, they called me and said that the car was ready. I went to pick it up (drove 30 mins to the shop) and I looked around my car, only to find that they had not repaired the trunk damage. When asked, they said that the adjuster had only mentioned the bumper, not the trunk, and that they "thought it was odd that there was a dent in the trunk" but that it wasn't in the order so they didn't repair it. The fact that they didn't call me or the adjuster to clarify and fix all of it is beyond me, but I then had to drive back home 30 mins, and then come back AGAIN in a few days, get another rental car, while they took more time to repair it. There was no common sense here, and they honestly didn't seem to care very much. Between this experience and my mom's, I'd say you're pretty much better off going somewhere else where common sense and common courtesy are a little more...well, common.

Their maintenance department was booked three weeks out for a scheduled appointments. However, their staff was able to work in my vehicle since I was willing to drop it off and leave it with them for a couple days. In the end, I dropped off both of my vehicles and they were able to perform the maintenance and return my vehicles to me in under 24 hours in both cases. Thanks Paul Bailey s!
