I can't recommend Carl & the team at Belleville Auto Repair & Salvage enough! I was in town for a quick visit and my car wouldn't start when I was trying to get out of town. Carl helped get my car to his shop and his team did everything they could to help me out. They kept me updated constantly and made sure what they were doing made sense for me - at one point, we decided to just get the car started so I could get home since it turned out to be a large problem that would take a lot of time and money to fix. They are good people and do right by their customers. When we finally accepted that the car needed to be towed home they went above and beyond to make sure I also had a way to get home safely. It was a real comfort knowing they were working on my car and wouldn't hustle me when I was stranded so far from home. A big shout out and thank you to Kim, Bob, Jesse, the whole team. They're the absolute best.

Had such an AMAZING EXPERIENCE with this company ! Called at 2pm and asked if they could come get my car that same day, showed up 1 hour later with no hassles and had great customer service ! Offered me the most money and towed car away within an hour of me calling the same day ! Will use them again and highly recommend!!!

It doesn't get better than five stars! We've been coming to Carl at Belleville Auto for several years now - he's honest, dependable, reasonably priced and very resourceful in troubleshooting problems. Carl is down to earth, plain-speaking, and very knowledgeable. No frills - just solid work to get your vehicle up and running! He stands behind his work and that counts for a lot these days! I've referred my friends and family to him and have never heard a bad report.

Fantastic.. service. A deer ran in front of my car and crunched the hood bent the grill. A friend referred me to Carl who took the referral seriously. I had a family function to go to in another state and needed the car. Carl hunted down the parts kept me informed and got the job done in time for me to get the car back and make it to the function in short order. Best service I've had for being a 1st time customer calling with an emergency. What you see is what you get, and honest business who cares about taking care of you. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Called the other day to confirm that they still had a drivers side passenger door for a 2008 Dodge Ram mega cab. Said they still did. Drove an hour to get there this morning. Walked in the door to two men behind the counter talking. Took them almost a minute to acknowledge I was there. Asked about the door and was told where the vehicle was. Well it s wasn t a mega cab. Went back to the office and told them what we found. Oh sorry with no further help offered. Hope their repair service is better then their parts.

The guys here are super nice and always willing to help you out. They are ok with you buying your own parts or they will order them themselves. It's in a tricky spot, right on a turn of Oak Hill Rd and pulling out is difficult.

These guys have always been there for me in a pinch. I like that I can walk through the yard myself to see if they have a part. They rebuilt my teenage daughter's front end after an accident and everything worked great.

I was visiting family in Rhode Island and my car broke down...Belleville Auto Repair opened up on a Sunday and got me back on the road again! Now I'll plan my car maintenance around trips to see my Rhode Island relatives! Great service, excellent workmanship...thanks guys!

Very Helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, Welcoming. accommodating.Very Please with this Business, Very Reasonably priced comparable to other junkyards but you don't have to actually get dirty taking parts out yourself!
