Rhode Island Towing saved me! When my car broke down in a busy roadway on a freezing cold morning and my insurance company failed to help me with roadside assistance, one call to Rhode Island Towing and about 10 minutes later, my car was being loaded onto a flatbed and towed to a repair center. It took a stressful situation and made it so much easier. These guys are pros! Call them first!

I had, what I thought was, an emergency issue with my vehicle while in RI. I called and inquired about a tow back to NH. Bill answered the phone and advised me to call Specialty Vehicles in Exeter, RI because it would be far cheaper than towing to NH. I called Specialty Vehicles and they helped me address the issue over the phone. I can thank Bill and Ri Towing enough for helping me out. I would recommend them to anyone in need of a tow company.

RI Towing responded to an accident I was in and towed my car to their lot. My car was there for almost a week while my insurance company made arrangements for its removal. I called them several times over this time period, to get into my car for different things I found every single employee to be compassionate, kind and entirely respectful, and they were going through a few extremely busy days. They made a bad situation so much better!Service: Car towing

Thank goodness for Rhode Island Towing! They were the ONLY tow company that actually called us back and helped us tow our travel trailer to be repaired. They were also knowledgeable about the repairs we d need. They did a great job, showed up on time, and delivered! Had a wonderful experience today with Rhode Island Towing. I was happy to call and talk to an actual human within the first few rings. My car had died in a parking lot and a technician was sent out within thirty minutes. He jumped my car and kindly directed me to two different auto places to get my battery life checked and would be able to replace it there as well. The cost for jumping my car was $50 and I thought it was a very reasonable cost. I would use them again.

I m from Boston and got a flat tire in the middle of nowhere in Newport, RI. After a nice gentleman helped change my tire to the donut I had, I started to head back home and realized my donut was flat and my emergency break was stuck. We called Rhode Island towing to come check out my donut and E brake. The owner himself arrived and even though I was a complete basket case from my anxiety, he was so professional and calming and even cracked jokes to make me feel better. He was able to unstick my E brake and all my donut needed was air. He assured me I d get back to Boston with it and he was right! He even followed us a little ways to make sure the donut was holding up.Thank you for helping us and making us feel safe!I highly recommend Rhode Island Towing if you are ever in a jam!

Absolutely the best, the car was in a tight spot and the driver was incredibly good at his job. Courteous and professional. He arrived in less than 20 minutes and even showed me where I needed to go once my car was taken to the repair shop. Very fair price. I highly recommend them!

By far one of the worst experiences with a towing company, not only was there complete lack of communication, the treatment my family and I received was absolutely repulsive. If you want to be disrespected and talked to like you're a child, this towing company is right for you!

Partners cannot make a decision on what they would like to do. I was abusively spoken to by the co owner Richard. Cussed at and spoken down to like I was a piece of crap. I have never seen a business more poorly run than this one. The better business buer will be called to speak on this matter because no human should ever be made feel like they are useless

AAA dispatched a call to them for service on the Navy base and they lied about not being able to get on to scam AAA for and additional service call!! Claimed to have called the stranded veteran on base but that was a lie too!! Calling AAA headquarters on Monday to request they be removed from the approved service providers list.

This is the first, and hopefully last time I've had to deal with an impounded car. I was very pleasantly surprised at how nice Scott was and how helpful he was with helping me dispose of the car.

I called for a tow and they told me no..no explanation of why the dispatcher didn t want to tow me they said no and where very rude.. the police and Ray s Towing came and got me out so call them instead...
