Newport Glass replaced the back window of our 2017 Forester. The work was top quality and the service was fantastic. It was done quickly with minimum hassle -- which was greatly appreciated given that we were traveling from out of town and needed to have repair done within one day. Also, the owner -- Ken -- was very friendly and pleasant in addition to being responsive to our need for a prompt repair. We rate as five star performance.

Newport Glass was fantastic. Ken and James were super receptive to all my inquiries, and came up with a fantastic design. Due to a bow in one of my walls, we used a combination of U channel (for 1 wall) and clips on the bottom. Ken was willing to do the job with all clips or with all u channel, but recommended this mixed approach for my job. I could not find any examples online of this, but I trusted Ken's judgment. And I'm glad I did. The result is beautiful. Rodney came out to the job twice to make sure everything was 100% spot on, and the install was done quickly and professionally. I also had them do 8 pieces of glass for my kitchen cabinets, which they put in on the same day, no problem. I almost didn't hire Newport Glass because their price was significantly lower than the other companies I got bids from. I was worried that the lower price may have meant lower quality, but man was I wrong. I'll be using Newport Glass for all my future projects and have already recommended them to my parents for their bathroom remodel. Photos of the shower barely do it justice. A big thanks to Ken, James, and Rodney for their good work and great customer service. Cheers guys, Alex R.

I had Newport Glass put in custom sliding glass doors in my master bathroom and I can't belive how wonderful it is. They were very receptive to all my anxiety about the project and were very professional and courteous. And when I discovered a slight leak they immediately addressed the issue. Very impressive, would recommend most highly!

Highly recommend this place. Needed replacement glass for thermal insert window, which arrived exactly when they said and was installed immediately. As a plus, they helped me figure out how to replace latches on the thermals throughout my house and referred me to a place to buy them. Above and beyond!

Don't waste your time contacting this company. I called for a quote on a beveled or polished edged mirror and spoke with Tony. I didn't hear back for a week so I called again and he said he would call soon with a quote. Each time I spoke with Tony, he rushed me off the phone and after 2 more calls and a month later, I gave up. Never heard back.

We had an emergency after my sisters dog ran through our screen door (thunderstorm anxiety) and we had a family visiting in two days. Newport Glass was fantastic! They took the door (even after they had closed on Sat.) and did a rush job for us! The door looks great and we got it installed in time. They also called as soon as it was ready. This was our first time going to Newport Glass but we will definitely return.

Update to 5 stars. Made a mistake last time. NPG made custom mirror to exact size 81" X 31" and etchings to replace 40 year old mirror that had cracked. Install guys where great, neat and professional.

Ken's team did a great job making installing the glass for two of our kitchen cabinet doors, one of which had a mullion with some bowing. When I got it back everything was nice, straight and looks great

Ordered shower glass and still haven't received it. It was supposed to take 2 weeks.Latest: You promised my contractor 10-14 days for the shower glass. We are now 21 plus days and nothing.

Ordered a custom mirror 4 months ago and still haven't received it. It was supposed to take 2-3 weeks. I've called every month since it was supposed to be ready and I keep getting excuses as to why it hasn't come in. Will never step foot in this business again. Wish I could give zero stars.
