First time getting my car detailed. I only had the interior done but I'm happy with it - this car has 162,000 miles on it, had many spills and had only ever gotten a vacuum before (I wish I had "before" photos). The detailers were friendly, personable, professional, and clearly took pride in their work. Jey's Detailing is really a good solid shop. I've used other detailing places in town and I always go to Jey's now. They are easy to schedule with, they either answer the phone or call back promptly, and I often find I can get an appointment pretty soon after I call, sometimes even same-day if I call early enough. And of course they really do an excellent job, I feel like I have a brand new car for at least a month after the detail it! I left a car laden with 3yrs of dog hair and sand & got back a new car. Literally looks like new. Sooo happy! My dogs aren t as they are gonna be riding in the back from now on! Much�simas gracias Jey et tu equipo! Vroom vroom

Jey did a great job with my car! I got it fully detailed before listing it for sale and he went the extra mile to make sure every little bit was clean and polished. Managed to make an old car look about as close to new as possible! Will definitely recommend to friends!

Jey and his team are the best! I had to get my car detailed so it can be shipped overseas so I filled out his request form on his website for the following day, Jey responded within an hour that he had an opening the same day. I explained I would need a ride back to my hotel and he said that would be fine. I got my car over to his detailing shop, he exained everything that him/his team was going to do, and then he drove me back to where I was staying. When my car was ready, I went to pick it up and it was lime I pulled my car right off the dealership parking lot, it looked/felt brand new! Not only that but you can tell that he really values his workers.For people shipping overseas: Jey is the best to prep your car for overseas travel. When I dropped my car off in Jersey, the guy look at my cup holders (Jey's cup holders) and pretty much was like "Okey, you're good to go". They said that my car literally looked brand new. I cannot recommend enough!

My fianc� and I just moved to Newport and bought our used VW Tiguan. The car had a faint smoke smell inside, scratches and stickers around the outside, and the trim was completely faded. We took it to Jey s and left with a brand new car! There s no trace of smoke on the inside (the scent it has now is amazing), all the wear and tear shown on the outside of the car is gone now from the double coat of wax, and the trim was completely restored. We drove out of the shop feeling like we stepped into a brand new VW! Jey was a pleasure to work with and made the process so easy. We can t thank him enough! I cant say enough about how great my experience was with Jeys detailing. In a DIY fiasco, my hood was in a bad shape. I was desperate to get in somewhere fast to try and salvage it. Jey worked with me to get me in quickly and then worked incredibly hard to make my car look significantly better. My car sees a lot of sun and a lot of saltwater and it didn't look great even before the DIY fiasco. After Jey finished working on it, it looked just as good as when I bought it. I was expecting it to take days, for it to be super expensive, and for my car too still look rough after treatment. Jey worked on it for 6 hours and the price was incredibly reasonable for the time and care that was put into it. Jey was incredibly kind about it all. You really can tell that he cares about his job and likes making cars looking better. I had a great experience. I cant recommend this shop enough.Service: Auto detailing

Jey and his team did a fantastic job cleaning my car. I called explaining that I needed a thorough clean on the passenger side and they allowed me to come in that day and even finished the job later that day. My car was BADLY in need of some love and I decided to go with Jey based on the consistent positive reviews of his work. The car looks brand new and showroom ready. We have a dog who sheds A LOT and was extremely impressed that there was not a single hair in the car. I have had a handful of people comment on what a great job Jey did. Needless to say, I would use Jey 100x over and plan to go back whenever I need another detail.Service: Auto detailing

100% recommended, a truly great local business!!! I brought my 2017 VW GTI in after subjecting it to an entire winter's worth of salt, dirt and grime as well as to the messes created by my two young children in their car seats. Jey and his team delivered my vehicle at the exact time it was promised and the overall quality of the work exceeded my expectations. My car looks better than it did the day it left the showroom...absolutely beautiful. Jey was personable, professional and knowledgeable throughout the entire process, from my initial phone call until I picked up my vehicle. I will definitely be bringing my other vehicles to Jey's. So happy to have found a quality, local, reasonably-priced detailing service.

Jey s Detailing is highly recommended. I ve trusted him with my classic cars, luxury vehicles, and sports cars for many years. This week he prepped my classic Jeep for show at the local Cars and Coffee.Scheduling is easy. Jey always picks up the phone. Cars are detailed and returned promptly, on schedule.He has solved several problems including tree sap and wax on a leather/microfibre seat, The cars were restored to like new. The team at Jey s Detailing are professionals. These guys are amazing! My car was pretty trashed after a winter of skiing, muddy soccer fields, and kids using the car like a diner. Picked it up today and she looks brand new. Seriously impressed. I took three vehicles to Jey (2016 Infiniti QX70, 2015 Ford F350, and 2008 Suburban) and each vehicle's detailing significantly exceeded my expectations. Jey was professional, personable, timely and upfront. He let me know that each vehicle price was based on size, amount of chrome polishing (my truck) and overall condition. The Suburban had been abused by teenage boys and two 150# Newfoundlands, with years of grime and debris, both interior and exterior. The final results were nothing short of exceptional. Each vehicle looks brand new. The price, while definitely more than a simple detail, is reflective of the time and devotion put into the cleaning. Jey's passion and pride in his work is obvious. Jey has been detailing my 2010 BMW 650i for the past 10 years. Every time I bring it in to be cleaned my car looks brand new again. His attention to detail is meticulous and he goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are happy. If you re thinking about getting a new car, just go to Jey s. The car was pretty disgusting and needed some serious love. I was able to get a same day appointment, which isn t guaranteed but it worked out just right. The guys really went to work and it now looks like a completely different car! Jey is amazing. I have been going there for a while and sent many friends there as well.Most recently I noticed my headlights were getting a little foggy and I wanted to get it taken care of before a winter storm. I took my van to Jey's after I had a "porta-potty" spill inside. Not only do I have a van that looks brand new, there is no odor! I was so worried that smell would not come out. I put my nose right to the affected area and there is absolutely no smell. Jey and his team listened well to my concerns. Jey explained in detail what his process would be and was confident the odor would be removed. They were kind, honest, professional and very communicative. After taking Jey my boss's truck several times over the past year for detailing, I was always impressed with the level of detail and attention he put into cleaning it. I took my personal truck in today for a full wax & interior detail after a 1200 mile road trip, and it looks better than new. Jey knows his stuff, and offers an exceptional service at a fair price. Highly recommended!

Jey's Detailing is one of the best car detailers in the Newport area. They are very professional and thorough in their work and always complete the job on time and are very flexible to the customers needs. Both me and my mom have had our cars detailed by them, and each time they left the vehicle looking literally brand new with a pristine interior and shiny exterior. Copy of my email to the owner.--------Sir,Afternoon, wanted to touch base to let me know about me experience today.First off, the car was very well cleaned and happy with the end product.What went wrong started at the first interaction. The tech did not know that I had an appointment. He said it shouldn t be a problem to get me in today as he only had one car and he was working on it when I pulled in. He then told me he would have it done by noon. He took at look at the car and said that it was going to cost more due to the dog hair. He said it wasn t bad and that he would only charge me $120. He asked if I was told this and that the total price would be based upon how dirty the car was. I told him that I wasn t. I agreed to the work.He called around 1 to let me know it wasn t going to be ready by noon and he would call when he was done. He called around 2 and said he was just finishing up the windows and come down before 3, as he would be leaving then for the day. At that point he said he could only take a check or cash. So, I left work early, went home to get a check, and get there a little bit before 3 and he is still fining the windows. So I waited. He told me the seats were a little damp, but that wasn t complete true. When I got back at work, my seat of my pants and upper thigh were completely wet. Needless to say, I couldn t go back to work.A good clean, but not worth the extra problems.

If I could give them 10 stars I would. These guys did a PHENOMENAL job cleaning out my large suv. After a full summer, my young kids and the beach had made the car totally disgusting. Jey s team cleaned it up to where it literally looked brand new. They are wizards. And amazing customer service. If you want real professionals, or if your car needs a miracle worker, go here.

I went for a lousy interior window job that some idiot did on my car previously. The owner or manager took the time to show me what to use to get it off and best of all didnt charge for advice. I havnt had my car detailed here, but im sure the quality is good

My 2015 Ford Edge really needed a thorough cleaning. Jey did a super job, even buffed out some surface scratches that were bothering me. Pretty good car wash but they neglect to tell you you have to vacuum your car 1st before you go wash your car. With that said if I did that there is no way for me to get out people will get pist off that are already waiting on line.
