Only great things to say about Carl's Collision! I had someone hit my car and needed a repair shop that took their insurance to get it fixed. From the start, Michael was amazing to work with and made the entire process easy and seamless. He informed me every step of the way and I trusted he was taking great care of my car. I got it back in pristine condition and spotless! Would highly recommend to anyone needing repairs on their vehicle. Great experience!

I would give Carl s 6 stars if i could. Mike was extremely communicative and very easy to work with- he even smoothed out my interactions with my insurance company. My car came back looking better than it did before it went in for a significantly lower cost than I expected. This place is a class act.

I had them install new door hinges when my driver's door was sagging. They were honest, fair prices, communicated well, did the work quicker than planned, and even gave me a ride to the naval base where I work. The only negative was that I had to wait almost a month for an appointment in November 2033.

I got hit on my front, driver's side tire. Carl's Collision, and in particular Michael, were b amazing thought-out the process of repairs. My insurance company was difficult and they fought for me and for the repairs the entire way through. They were very communicative and polite. Before, during, and after the repairs they were very specific about what they were doing and never once talked down to me or "dumbed" things down.I would highly recommend Carl's Collision to anyone looking to have work done on their car. I'm exceedingly happy with the experience.

We took our Mazda 3 for repairs after an accident in November 22 and received First Class treatment from start to finish.We were kept in the loop during the entire process from towing, car rental and insurance complications.To say we were 100% satisfied with everything would be completely accurate.Highly recommend Carl s!Services: Painting, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim

Couldn't have asked for better experience. Mike and his team were consummate professionals from start to finish. Had my door smashed pretty good in 45mph winds. Mike did a great job walking me through everything without talking down to me at all and provided some excellent expectation management for the entire process. Estimate was quick, painless, and delivered to my e-mail in less than 4 hours. They were extremely punctual and professional in all aspects of the coordination - I was actually getting calls from them prior to the insurance company. From setting up the rental car to getting the car back on time, they made the entire process seamless. Their work was flawless and I got the car back in better condition than it had been prior to the incident. Couldn't be happier with my entire experience and if I ever need anything done in the future, I will be coming here again!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I've taken my car to Carl's Collision Center twice recently due to a streak of bad luck, and both times, I was blown away. Michael is super professional and personable, and he kept me up-to-date on the status of my car and changes to the estimate. The quality of work is outstanding, and they go the extra mile and fully detail your car before you pick it up. My car looked cleaner than the day I brought it home brand new at the dealership. The whole team at Carl s is great. They go out of their way to minimize the disruption a car accident can cause. They handled everything with the insurance company, helped with rental arrangements, and were very responsive to any questions or concerns I had. They have perfected old-fashioned customer service. In addition, my vehicle was returned looking brand new. They even buffed out an unrelated scratch and took off adhesive left behind by a sticker. I had an amazing experience here, the crew really care and treat their customers like family! I brought my car in after it was hit and Mike and Hailey really got things going! Even when the rental company screwed things all to hell Mike gave me a ride to my rental car and really made sure the whole process was simple and painless. I know there are lots of stigma going around about body shops, especially those right off base, but I assure you you won't regret going here, and heaven forbid I have to get my car fixed from a wreck again, but if I did this would be the first place I choose!

My classic BMW sportster needed minor mechanical repair while in NY and took it to a BMW dealership in the area. While there it was damaged and did not realize it until I returned to Newport. The dealership said they would look into it but I had little hope that they would own up to it. They said to get three quotes and Carl's was recommended by the local BMW dealership. Mike was great and gave me a great price so that if the dealership did not cover it, it would not be a huge blow to my wallet. I had to get it done regardless as it needed to be stored for the winter and did not want to wait until spring. He had it done a day early and when I picked it up i noticed that the bumper was not 100% aligned. Only I would have noticed this but he took it back in and had the tech come out and review it and the tech was sure he could adjust it perfectly. Came back a day later and it was perfect. Not only was the work perfect and done on time, but they even detailed the rest of the car and it was better than when I bought it in. I am now going to use them for all my auto body needs and also for all my detailing needs going forward. Great shop, great people, great experience.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The people at Carl's are absolute legends. I had to get some re-painting done on my car and they went above and beyond with it. They did a bunch of extra work and covered some other scratches/dings that I didn't even ask for. Even went as far as to clean the entire car and make it look brand new. I can't thank them enough for such a great experience and recommend them to anyone who needs body work done. All at a fair price too.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Absolutely Excellent! My SUV was keyed on both sides down to the metal. Michael one the garage managers got me right in, my car never sat in the lot, the paint is seamless, touched up any dings and dents and they got my car back to me a day early...Cleaned inside and Out! Everyone was friendly, informative and right to the point about what my best option was. Even when he called to say my car was ready, he offered to pick me up from my house and bring me to my car. I hope I never have to get body work done again, but if I do..I will definitely be going back to Carl's.

I needed to replace my front bumper as I tore it off pulling out of a parking spot. Michael was exceptional. His professionalism and customer service is beyond anything I ve experienced in a very long time. Not to mention how Unbelievable my 10 year old car looks! I m getting ready to sell it and now it looks so fantastic that I may want to keep it! Not only did they do an exceptional job they delivered it 2 days early. I am beyond satisfied the service done by Carl s Collision Center. They communicated every step of the way. It was all hassle free, no stress at all felt through out the entire process of getting the car in until the very end of picking it up. Staff was very courteous and they left my car looking brand new. I am glad I was referred to a Carl s Collision center because they definitely went all out to repair my car. If i was able to give more than 5 stars i definitely would.

Mike at Carl's Collision was friendly, professional, and accommodating. It's never fun to have to use a body shop, but he made the process rather simple, including assisting with the car rental coordination. And the car came out great. Michael, Kevin and the team did an unbelievable paint job on my antique Land Rover! They exceeded all expectations and were very easy to work with. The entire process from scheduling, discussing the process of their work and the execution were excellent. These guys are true professionals and it shows!

I recently had my car repaired at this facility after I was involved in an accident. Carl's Collision made the whole process of getting into an accident extremely easy and stress free. Once the repairs were finished, I was contacted immediately and given full details of what repairs were done. The customer service was outstanding, and work done on my car was impeccable. I highly suggest this facility.

Michael was knowledgeable, professional, efficient and friendly. He worked with my insurance company and me to do the repair work with minimal disruption and made sure that everything was repaired properly (catching problems that were omitted from the estimate and working with the insurer to get them fixed). We have never had such a stress free experience at a collision center. Mike Downing has the situation dealing with the Insurance co under control.He handled everything, including getting us a rental. He is the most polite, conscientious guy you will ever deal with.

This is the MOST AMAZING body shop I've ever encountered. Their service is second to none - after my car accident they handled everything for me, were incredibly professional, and did an awesome job. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else in the area. C an I give them 10 stars?
