Called, wouldn t provide any information on the phone. Drove the 15 minutes to check with the desk at 1:30. No availability for the rest of the day. Work bays were empty. Why would I check back tomorrow??

Went in for an oil change and was told they didn t have time for Quick Lane services despite all of their advertising. No appointment necessary. Never had this problem at any of the other locations. Very disappointed

Nothing quick about it. My car went back 10 minutes after I got here and almost 2 hours later a simple oil change is not done. Add that to the attitude of the lady at the desk = go somewhere else! it s a shame because it s a needed service in the South County area.

Everyone here seemed really nice when I stopped in, but I was not aware that this is part of the service department of a dealership. Other Quick Lanes are stand-alone and operate on a first-come, first-served basis. This one had at least a two-hour wait when I stopped in mid-day on a weekday for an oil change. Again, I'm sure they do a great job, but if you're looking for in and out service go to one of the locations that specializes in this and doesn't share the workload of the dealership.

Went for a walk in oil change, which is supposed to be their thing. The woman told me it would be a couple of hours. with attitude she told me i should have made an appointment. I have been to many quick lanes and that is not how it usually works. She also told me they don't take cars after 3 even though they close at 6. also unlike other quick lanes. Seems to be one of those places that reminds you why you don't like going to the mechanic.

They do what you ask no high-pressure to get more done like some places. Unless you're there for sales sales people don't bother you which is a good thing mc

Oil change it was $80 b rand off that s what they said that crazy I wouldn t recommend it to anybody
