I recently discovered. Mike's Service Auto Body in Narragansett, RI and was extremely pleased with their excellent service. my car had been in a rear end collision and required auto body and electrical work, both of which is available at Mike's. They towed my car to their shop, worked with the insurance company quickly to begin my claim and completed all needed repairs as promised.Mike and Steve are professional, straight forward, and very pleasant to work with. My brand new car required a new passenger side door and front quarter panel due to a car accident. Mike's was able to make my car look like it did when I bought it, brand new! You can not tell there was any damage to the car what so ever. The customer service is excellent and they go above and beyond to make sure they can work with your schedule. They were able to have my rental car ready and waiting for me when I dropped off my car. Excellent service and quality work. I would definitely recommend Mike's in the future :)Thanks Mike's!!

Mike's does great work, with the main focus on making the customer happy - especially after damage to your vehicle. Mike knows how to deal with insurance companies professionally, so if you're worried/stressed about the process, he is 110% able to communicate between insurance and you. During a snowstorm my front tires became buried in mud and I was unable to get out. People called AAA who said they'd be there in 1.5 hours, called another towing company who said they'd be there in 2 hours. I called Mike's and was told someone would be there in 20 min. Mike's tow truck was there in 15 min. and towed me out of the muddy hole. Then, when I tried to start the car it would not start. They towed me back to their shop, charged my car to get it started and I was on my way. It was a bad day, my shoes and jeans were covered in mud, it was snowing, I was cold. They offered me a coffee when I got to the shop and friendliness which made me feel a bit less moody from my experience. Then, when I offered to pay extra for the jump start I was told "don't worry about it". If you ever need a tow in the Narragansett area I highly recommend calling this place. Their friendly, caring attitude really restored my faith in people. Thanks again guys!

After my 2018 Ram was hit while parked, I brought it to Mike s. Mike made the whole process very easy. I dropped off my truck they had a rental there ready for me. They handled the insurance claim. I Had my truck back in a few days. The truck looks as good as new.

I went to Mike's Auto Body with half of a front bumper and a lot of shame. My car deserved better than me running it into an icy snowbank. Mike personally saw to it that my bumper was fixed (for the lowest cost out of all of the places that I went for quotes) and that the color of the paint would match the rest of my car. If you know anything about car paint, you know that getting a new part to match is nearly impossible. He worked his magic and my car looks perfect. The service was quick and the people were friendly. Mike has always taken care of my fleet of commercial vehicles, servicing them in a timely manner so that we have no downtime. Recently he cared for some extensive bodywork to my wife s 2018 Murano. We could not be happier with the outcome! Mike has a fantastic personality and great people skills, which sadly is lacking in the service industry today. I brought my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee to Mike s after I had front end damage that was expensive to repair. His service was incredible, speed, and top notch. My Jeep was returned better than before I dropped it off and it did not take long at all. I highly recommend using his team to take care of any auto repair/service needs.

I work at a manufacturing facility that is a five minute walk to Mike's. I needed some front end work done so I made an appointment dropped of my car and walked to work. Mike's did a great job at a price that was well within my budget. I have already recommended them to several coworkers. Thank you Mike's!!!

WOW. Whole side. of car was damaged by a telephone pole. Looks brand new. Quick turn around. Came in under budget. Super easy. This was our second great experience with Mike and his crew. Very highly recommended.

Finding a great Mechanic to work on your car can be very difficult..Mikes Auto Service is the best of the best. Not having many options in Narragansett, I highly recommend him. Friendly staff, convenient hours and reasonable prices.Thanks Mike and team!!!!

Mikes service auto body offered an enjoyable experience in a difficult time. My truck was broken into and I was left with serious damage. Mikes team was courteous, knowledgeable and timely in fixing the damage and working with my insurance. My truck looks like nothing ever happened. I would recommend Mikes auto body service to anyone looking for exceptional service.

Are you someone who doesn't really know much about cars but knows that they will break down from time to time and that you'll need a trusted advisor to steer you when this occurs because you are mostly car-illiterate? Are you someone who tends not to pay really close attention to the service updates that you are supposed to get every X number of miles? Are you someone who fears car dealerships or fast oil-changes places because you sense that they are always selling you the most expensive repair? If you are any of these people (like me), then Mike's is honestly the place for you. We have taken four different cars here for the past eight years. My sense is that we're still relatively new to Mike's and that many of their customers have being taking their cars there much longer. Mike's is a mechanic you can trust. They give you the straight dirt. Lauren in the office is the most helpful person I've ever worked with when it comes to cars. She will tell you what is wrong with your car, why, how much it will cost to fix it, and what can be done, minimally, to repair it, if that's what you're looking for (as I often am). Lauren is a goldmine for a car consumer like me. (I hope she is being paid well because she honestly hold that place together and delivers what I consider the key value of the service there.). These other folks who have posted negative reviews--I'm sure that they have their stories, but my experience has been nothing but positive. I cannot recommend Mike's enough. The owner once gave me a ride back to my house when I was stranded at the shop and couldn't get home while they repaired my car. That's the kind of business they run. Trust them. They'll take care of you and serve you well and fairly.

Just had body work completed after an accident. Steve made the experience 100% pain free, and even helped arrange a rental for me. Work was done SUPER fast and my car looks brand new! I was practically giddy! I can not say enough about how great they helped make what could have been a very difficult experience.

Just picked up my car after being repaired and it looks great. MIke and his employees did a super job of handling my insurance claim. They also arranged a rental car which I simply left at the shop when my car was done. My car was back in service in no time and actually looked better than prior to the accident. I have used Mike's for over 10 years for my mechanical needs so I knew exactly where I wanted my car fixed after this accident. Thanks again Mike!

Had the best experience getting body work done after a fender bender. Mr Henry was incredibly helpful and kept me in the loop every step of the way. The work done was quality and the process was efficient. My car looked better than when we first bought it when I got it back! I can t thank Mr Henry and the rest of the staff enough for their amazing work!

Mike went above and beyond not only in repairing my two vehicles I brought to him that were insurance claims but twice I returned to the shop to have things looked at that I thought were related to the accidents only to find out they weren't. Both times Mike took care of it, small items, but free of charge and without hesitation.

Mike's Service Autobody really took the time to diagnose what was going on with my vehicle. Service was prompt, fee was fair, and I haven't had an issue since it was repaired. Staff was super helpful and dilligent scheduling my appointment. Definitely will return!

Have done very good work in the past, but recently took my car in for a repair they recommended two months prior. They now say nothing is wrong even though the car is vibrating. They don't give me any updates after they say they're still looking when I call them and have my car sit there for a week without telling me anything. Not even a call to say "we can't find anything. Pick up your car" so I've been having to deal without my car because they couldn't give a simple phone call. The receptionist was very polite and professional the entire time and they didn't charge me for looking at it. I just wish communication was better not only with calling the customer, but between staff

Convenient hours and great service. Not many places to take your cars to in the area, highly suggest Mikes. Staff was great, I ll definitely use them as my go to mechanic. Thank you again.

DO NOT use this company. They could not figure a simple issue that ended up costing my daughter an additional $500 over the original quote! Her SUV broke down 5 miles from their shop after she was told "it's safe to drive". Then I received a call with another fraudulent quote and charged for the tow. Now, it gets worse.. The car stopped working yet again same day, stranding my daughter alone at night again. They towed the truck agsin and charged an additional $400 plus, with $200 of it being a tow charge on something they should have already caught and fixed! Do yourself and your family a favor and avoid this unethical and irresponsible garage at all costs.

A couple of years ago my daughters brakes were grinding. I had just bought the car and needed what I thought were new brakes and tires. I came to pick up the car and was told it did not need brakes after all.This car is notoriously hard on brakes and rotors (Ford 500) and the fact is that they could have easily just done the brakes and nobody would have known the difference. Instead, I walked out of there a happy repeat customer and knew when I needed brakes for that car or anything for my car they would be the 1st call.

I want to start this on a positive note. On this pass Sunday while ridung with a bunch of our friends. Our motorcycle blow a tire. The driver that help us out. Ed. GREAT very helpful. However, when we came back on Monday to pick up the bike. The owner was NOT helpful. We Asked if we get some help loading the bike onto our truck. He told us that we were taking to MUCH of his time. If We were to pay him MORE money that would of been ok i guess. Wow didn't make enough already.. owner had a Piss poor attitude, no way to get repeat customers The ten minutes it would of taken. We Walk to a neighboring business they were very helpful. The $106.00 dollars to drive 5 miles and store over night wasnt enough.Sept 3, 2017, to the owner of Mike's.Facts stated from owner untrue, however we are not going to keep going back and fourth with this. Bottom line. UNHAPPY CUSTOMER. Only with the owner.

I had an issue with a defective part from the manufacturer and my car broke down southern Connecticut. Mike's auto handled everything in a very professional manner.I would recommend them to everyone !Many thanks to Steve !!!!!

We were in the area from out of town and our check engine light came on. We called and they told us they could do a diagnosis for no charge. Apon telling us it would cost 900$ to replace coils and spark plugs we decided to bring it to our local shop who quoted us half the price. When we went to pick up the car they told us the free diagnosis was 117$ and it was only free if they did the work on the car. I have never felt so decieved by a business. Beware of the so called free diagnosis. Update it was not under my name, it was my girlfriend's car.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. The owner and workers used vulgar language for no reason. They were unable to locate my keys...which were located in the ignition. Extrememly rude. Didnt check paperwork or id and just released my vehicle with cash payment. The owner want to "scrap up" .... very unprofessional.. however cheap storage and tow = Mikes seevice auto you get what you pay for. In addition they went through my vehicle and was verbal with their findings. Not a honest company to qork with.
