Needed a tire replaced ASAP as it had a bubble and I travel for work. They were able to get me in next day but for a tire that wouldn t quite match mine. When I showed up Jordan took a look for a better match and ended up finding the exact tire I needed! He was so helpful and did not try to sell me on anything extra, which I appreciate as a young woman in that setting. They were done replacing the tire within 30 minutes for a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend!!

Amazing experience! Thank you so much to Shawn & Jordan! Shawn helped make my day better by finding me an amazing deal on tires that I desperately needed. Jordan also helped walk me on the install date with some minor vehicle issues. But both were very patient and accommodating. I think the whole crew actually make a great team. Thanks guys!

Efficient appointments! Great prices! Superior knowledge! But even better Customer Service!!! TYLER WAS AWESOME!I chose tires and set up an online appointment for wife while I was out of the country. Turns out I chose good tires but the wrong size for my wife s trim level on her car My wife told me that the extremely nice and helpful guy there noticed my error and got her into tires that actually fitter and were a better choice anyway.A couple months later and after my return, I went to get tires on my truck recognizing that this is the place to go for quality service. Tyler treated me amazing and helped me choose the perfect tires for my driving habits and they look great!He even recognized a specific patch on my uniform and brought in an amazing 60s-70s souvenir he found a while back that most would think is trash but meant a ton to me!It wasn t until after I got my tires that my wife and I realized that the great service we received was from the same person TYLER!His customer service made us use Town Fair Tire not once, but TWICE! As long as he s there being awesome, we re never going anywhere else for tires on our cars and will continue to send our friends over as well! Thanks Tyler!!

Being a college student from out of the area, I was not sure where it would be a good place to get my tire patched when I found a nail in it. I came across this Town Fair Tire location and my experience was wonderful. Jordan assisted me and was able to provide me with all the needed information. While I waited they even had a great space where I was able to stay to get work done. I will definitely be coming back and will be asking for Jordan in the future, if needed!

Great service and staff! They were very nice and the work was completed quickly, it also should be noted that the shop is very clean. Will definitely be bringing my vehicle back here for my wheel and tire related maintenance!

Tyler at town fair tire in middletown ri was absolutely fantastic. He was able to help me when I really needed it. When I came in at 4pm, two hours from closing, they were able to get me in and out and with exceptional customer service. I will only be getting my tires from this location from now on!

Tyler was fantastic, selecting the tires was quick and efficient, he helped me stay in my price range but ensured I was getting a quality product. Installation was significantly faster than I could have expected. I will absolutely come back to this location for future business.

I came here to get an alignment on my 1993 Volvo 240 and to get an estimate for new tires needed for inspection, and Jordan was super helpful for me, he accommodated my appointment in a timely manner, and was very pleasant to interact with. I wasn t able to get the two front tires on the same day as the alignment but he printed out an estimate for me that included the balancing and even credited me the alignment that I got done today for my next appointment to bring my car in for new tires. Highly recommend! Thanks Jordan, you definitely have given me a refreshing experience in the automotive industry and I ll definitely be coming here for regular servicing after such a positive experience.*Update*I went back as part of a restoration project to get tires dismounted from the Virgo wheels I bought for my Volvo and this time Joe and Tyler assisted me kindly. Joe helped by carrying them into the store for me and Tyler offered me advice about how to restore them myself upon asking (they were gross from having been outside for years) and even offered to dismount them without an appointment. He was accommodating and the disposal fee is totally reasonable. I m looking forward to bringing the wheels back to get mounted onto the car.

Jordan helped me out today and he was great. For a long time the dealer have been giving me the runaround regarding a tire light and I paid way too much money over the years to turn this light off. Jordan showed me how to reset and calibrate the unit; so helpful! Plus I had an alignment, rotation, and balance; all service was finished before they projected my car was going to be done. Good work over at TFT, Middletown!

I came in with a repeated tire issue and was shown the utmost respect each time. The technicians took the time to explain and problem solve the issue with me even when I advocated to replace all the sensors, they said I didn t need it!Also dropping by to say that Tyler was exceptional with explaining the issue to me and letting me know next steps. The 5 minutes he and the other techs took to get to the bottom of the issue and keep me educated on the matter are the reason I only come here for trusted tire repair and the pricing is reasonable.

Went in looking to replace one front tire. My car only had about 10k miles on it so I assumed it wouldn t be necessary to replace both front tires, but was nervous about having a pushy salesman trying to convince me that I needed to replace both. I worked with Joe and he was the farthest thing from pushy! Very knowledgeable and totally agreed with confidence that it would be safe and efficient to just replace one. On top of that, the job got done on the spot in about 30 minutes!! Highly recommend.

During the middle of a busy day, discovered i had a tire that was rapidly losing air due to a bolt lodged in the tread.I pulled into Town Fair Tire and Jordan got my car back into the service bay quickly. The team was able to plug the hole and even rotated, balanced, and alligned the tires while they had it in.I was back on the road...safely....in short time.Thank you Jacob and the Town Fair Team!

I always have an amazing Customer Service Experience at Town Fair Tires in Middletown RI. The team servicing my vehicle on the morning of Wednesday, October 11, 2023 at 8:15a-9:30a, was courteous and professional. They took the time to understand my issues and was able to recommend the right tire for my case without making feel like I was being upsold. I highly recommend this Town Fair Tire branch in Middletown, RI.

Absolute life savers.I popped my tire nearby and drove on it to the store right as they were closing. They still helped me put a donut on, and even though they didn t have any tires in my cars size in stock they scheduled a follow up to get it replaced.They were also very nice and very understanding during the whole process which was absolutely amazing. Great guys!

Always a great experience at this location. My wife ordered some tires and scheduled an appointment a few days out but ended up needing them the next day due to a flat. Tyler helped us find a comparable tire that was in stock for the same price and had them on the car by lunchtime!

Our car dealer recommended complete tire replacement of our vehicle after a routine oil change. We were given an estimate. We went to Town Fair Tire in Middletown. Jordan was professional, punctual, and saved us about $400 with his recommendations for the same tires. He also stored our car inside overnight because we could not return the same day to pick it up. This was an example of exceptional customer service.

Easiest tire appointment of my life. JOE not only price matched the tires I was purchasing, but went a couple bucks lower. Every little bit counts in the era of inflation my coffee the rest of the week is basically free lol

I dropped my tire off this morning not knowing if it could be fixed or would need to be replaced. Joe helped me and took his time looking at the tire and giving me options and pricing. Joe called me to let me know the tire was fixed and again, just super friendly and helpful when I returned to have the tire mounted. Joe really cares about giving his customers a great experience and making things as easy as possible. I will definitely come here for any tire services in the future!

Previously I purchased four tires here and had them installed. The staff were courteous and kind. It really stood out then.So I returned today thinking I might have a related issue while troubleshooting my vehicle and Joe helped me out, then gave some valuable info on top of that. I think I'm just going to keep coming here for tire solutions. The service is fast and mindful. The staff are all knowledgeable and easy going.
