Had a great experience here, couldn t recommend more. I was in town for only the weekend and after driving for 10 hours, I found that my oil pan skid plate was not properly screwed in. My hometown Honda in VA did not complete the oil change correctly. I went in Saturday morning with no appointment and Saccucci Honda, specifically Jose, went out of their way to squeeze me in between customers. Other dealerships should strive for this level excellence. Top notch service. Thank you guys!

I own two Honda vehicles, and I highly recommend Saccucci Honda for their exceptional Honda service. Recently, I broke a key to my 2022 Honda CR-V, and the Saccucci Honda team was able to repair it immediately, free of charge! I was so impressed by their customer service that I would have happily paid for the repair if they had asked. I can confidently say that Saccucci Honda has a great team!

My husband and I walked into Honda flustered one day ready to get rid of our jeep grand Cherokee we loved so much! It was a difficult decision for us but Patrick who was helping us put us right at ease. He was very, kind, friendly, patient with us! He is very passionate about his job! Patrick loves helping people. Hours later We walked away with new Honda CRV loving it! Staff members along with Kellyann were extremely helpful and offered helping hand transferring all of my jeep items into my new Honda! They even helped with the car seat struggle. Thank you Patrick and Middletown Honda!

It was super simple to drop my car off at the body shop and have it repaired after a delivery truck hit it in my works parking lot. They even gave me a rental car to use, which alleviated a tone of stress on my end. Highly recommend, they did a spectacular job on my car!

HondaCare Extended Warranty was priced $450 less than my local Honda Dealership for the 8 year 100,000 mile plan. Local dealer wouldn t match so more than happily bought from Saccucci Honda. Thanks for not ripping us off and trying to keep other dealers honest.

This is the second car I purchased from Saccucci Honda in Middletown, RI and for anyone nervous about this large purchase, as I always am when buying a new car, this is the place you want to go!!! They make it easy to walk away feeling you made the best choice and are always available after your purchase for questions or concerns. It really was a great experience! Not to mention that they are dog friendly so there are precious pups running around most days!

Wow - I am still marveling at how great this place was (not at all like the normal dealerships!!) We had been to two other dealerships earlier (past two weeks), and they were horrible (Greico Honda in particular). We drove over 85 mile to see a car at Saccucci Honda, and what a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT EXPERIENCE!Due to the long drive, we asked if they would take a deposit to hold the car, and Pat at Saccucci did it! Greico Honda would not do that (and Greico sold 2 cars right under our noses, after driving 67 miles to their dealership - showing us a car, and while we were viewing it, sent another group to look at it while we were on the way back from looking at it - our salesperson took too long to park his vehicle after driving us back from looking at it at the body shop, and the other salesperson raced down with his client in a faster/nimble golf cart, beating us back to the showroom, and inking the deal = Greico is not a place we ever would want to deal with again). In any case, we are very happy to have come to Saccucci, and we met the salesperson Pat, -- he is sincerely the best car salesman I have ever dealt with. He is low-pressure, knowledgeable, and really works with the customer. We were getting a car for my son Nick, who is 20 years old, and new to the process, and he made Nick feel totally welcome, and really helped him out. They carefully walk you through the process, and it is a great place for a new/young buyer, for the elderly (we saw lots of elderly folks there), and for anyone that wants a nice low-pressure great deal on a very nice car.DEALER: What a great atmosphere at this place! The owner Cora is a very sweet 94 year old lady, and sets the atmosphere for this place. There is a very cute older dog Sadie who hangs out and loves to be scratched, and lovingly wags her tail if you acknowledge her. Cookies for snacks, and water/coffee too.STAFF: Amazing! Nicole was super with a lot of the upfront stuff. And Jessica was amazing with the financial paperwork stuff! And Pat was the best salesperson we ever dealt with (car dealer and otherwise) - they should clone him! You can be sure that he will never rip you off, and he will give you the best deal possible, and be friendly/low-pressure all the way. And my kid's phone was dying, but needed it to work for the very long drive home (for the GPS), and Pat gave him his iPhone charger. He is amazing. A++++DEALS: We drove 85 miles each way, to get this deal. It was a fully certified used Honda Accord LX, and it was thousands less than anything certified in Massachusetts. Great prep work too. And the financing special they had was a 1.49% for 36 months set up.So we HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place. Back in the 80's, I used to work as a Service Advisor in several MA dealers, so I know a bit about the business. And now I in high-tech working as a Manager of Contracts, so I deal with suppliers, sales people, and lots of different personalities. This dealership is one of a kind, and driving 85 miles each way for us was completely worth it. A++++++++++++++++++

Very easy process. Quote, appraisal, and approval all done in good time. This is 9th or 10th vehicle we have bought from Saccucci Honda, and will continue to deal with Saccucci in the future! Simply the best!

Amazing service. I had my car fixed here twice. Each time they gave me a courtesy vehicle. Even picking up my husband at work to be able to pick it up. Each time we went to Jose to help us out. He was always polite, explained things thoroughly and got things done as quick as he could. Amazing

I had an appointment at 10am to look at a Honda Odyssey, drove over an hour to the dealership. When I arrived I found they had left the sunroof open and the interior of the van was soaking wet with puddles. When I went inside I was greeted by a gentleman and when I explained to him what had happened and how I was going to be a cash buyer his response was well what would you like me to do about it? Then the other gentleman said they would dry it for me and I could wait. I refused, it was no ruined. They basically said things happen, too bad. I will never ever return nor will I recommend it to anyone I know. Buyers beware!!!!

Had questions about the Motocompacto and wanted some clarification, emailed and no one returns email. Just the generic automatic response. Used the chat feature and Gardiner is contradicting what the "News" update stated. I understand it's a mess but there's no need to be short and rude with a customer. Still left with questions as none have been answered.

We had a great experience working with Bill Mitchell at Saccucci Honda. We had already been quoted an internet price, so there wasn't much of that unpleasant haggling that one might expect at a dealership. He was very professional, took us for an informative test drive, and then made the deal very quickly. It was the easiest most pleasant new car transaction we've had to date.

Luke Peterson and Mike Girard and Kellyanne Barrett have been great to work with, got my deal done in a timely fashion and payments where I needed to be. In and out in one day! Plus they have cute dogs in their showroom, nice family vibe. Highly recommend Saccucci Honda!

I didn't want to feel ripped off on a Honda Care Contract from my local dealer so I did an Internet search and Saccucci was recommended. They don't make much money on these contracts and that seemed clear by the far lower price they offered on a 8year/120K $0 deductible Honda Care contract on my new 2019 Honda Insight. I paid it via PayPal, emailed them my VIN and mileage, and they processed it right away. I should have my welcome packet in 3-4 weeks. I'll update the review if anything goes wrong but so far I'm quite happy to have found a source for reasonably priced Honda Care Vehicle Service Contracts. The 2019 Honda Insight is a great car by the way (see photo of mine).

This is the 6th car myself and my family have bought off of them. I was looking for a used car, and ended up test driving 3 vehicles last week. David was knowledgeable and the thing that I loved the most was that he was NOT PUSHY. When I said that I was still looking and comparing, he gave me his card and let me call him. He didn t harass me. The whole experience was professional, David even called my insurance company for me so I didn t have to, texted me a picture of the fees for the car, and helped me set up my phone with my new car. I did find a vehicle for a cheaper price somewhere else, but I felt more comfortable coming to Saccuci. They simply were more professional. I love my new car. Please come here if you are looking for a new car!!!

I can start out by saying I ll give this dealership over a five star literally! Communication & friendliness was over the top! Gary who I had the pleasure to meet was very kind & patient not to say that he had been there for over three decades with so much experience and knowledge to helped me out. My wife & I literally drove three hours from New Jersey to find the perfect preowned vehicle that I ve been looking for months, I m so satisfied & very happy! The guy Anthony that works up front has no people skills what so ever. Walked in for an inspection and I was instantly given attitude. I used to work for this company and I don t think I deserve to be treated like that. He was even like that when I worked for them. One star for him, but Shannon and Jose up front are great, always friendly to me when I see them. 5 stars to both of them!

Our old van died so we needed to get a car. I had gone on line to look and that just made me more confused. We aren t exactly enamored with cars so we thought we would get a used car. When I first walked into Saccucci I was met by their exuberant host Charlie, who was so excited to see me that his tail kept wagging. I felt right at home. Pat McLaughlin stepped up to show me around and let me know what they had available. I did not feel any pressure to purchase a car at that time nor to buy a car that was more than I needed. After looking for a few minutes I decided that the Honda HR-V was the right car for us. I left with all the information I needed without any pressure. I spoke to a trusted mechanic and my wife and I decided to buy the car. Pat made everything easy and the next day the car was ready. Luke, their tech guy, sat in the car and explained as much as I could absorb, very patient with all my stupid questions I returned to get the title after a few days and Luke was available to answer a few more questions. I could not be more satisfied with everyone at Saccucci Honda and look forward to bringing the car in for checks, a great 5 year warranty.

Terrible experience. I came here with $4K cash to put down, ready to buy a new car on the spot. Upon walking in I was informed that 2023 Honda HR-V s have a $3000 markup on MSRP and that they basically had none in stock to offer me. No solutions were offered, and when my dad asked if the markup could be waived, they said no. And when he asked so you would rather us take our business elsewhere than waive your fee? , they said yes. So I did, I took my business to Flood Mazda where they got me in a sleek CX-30 with all the bells and whistles, which are no easier to come by than an HR-V, at a discounted MSRP. Huge blessing in disguise that I wasn t able to find my car here. Will not be going back.Edit to Add: Based on the response from management, this business clearly does not understand that the value of customer loyalty is worth far more than your markup. You lost a potential lifelong customer over $3K. Not a good long-term business call as this state of demand will not last forever
