Never been impressed by customer service or enquiry to have work done. Typically, they seem disinterested and have not been helpful on any occasion I've enquired. Get a 2nd quote elsewhere.

Just had my RI state inspection done. I go here whenever I need something done on short notice and they've always been able to accommodate me. Very professional and friendly. Only issue I've had is the online appointment scheduler doesn't work.

Would NEVER recommend someone to come here for anything. Needed ONE new tire they kept insisting I get two so I did. Ever sense about five days after getting my two new tires I have had non stop issues w my other previous two which had never been an issue sense. They never put caps on my tires or put the the five caps that go on the center of the hub cap back either. Just a very poorly quick fast job. Very very unprofessional. Would go anywhere BUT here.

Brought my car in after it started rattling on the way to work. They looked at it, tightened a few bolts, and sent me on my way with no charge. Great crew.

First time this car has been serviced anywhere but Audi and I will be returning to Monro for future appropriate auto needs.The service appeared to be thorough and attentive.

Quoted $700 for rear brake rotors and pads on an old Elantra. 6 other places on the island quoted $380 to $480. Real take-it-or-leave-it attitude. At least the $480 guy explained why his price being high.

Fred and Joseph were so kind and helpful. Their service was thorough and efficient. Joseph welcomed me in and Fred took care of my pads and rotors and both ultimately my inspection. Both incredibly hospitable men. I felt comfortable and being able to watch them work on my car was comforting. Thank you so much for making a stressful situation so easy and with so many laughs. Go here!

Why have an online appointment service if it means nothing. Got a confirmation and everything, went in and he said first available is Sat for an inspection. Either shut it down or at least offer to quit it in.

Worst auto experience in a long time. Oil prices jumped almost 100% in six months when everyone elsewhere price grew so little then misdiagnosed a break problem that couple killed us, this shop has gone to the dogs

Great customer service.Had a block on registration did my inspection fast, I went to AAA got my vehicle registered and came back and he took it right back in so I could get the sticker.In these day when it's hard to find good help and They did with a smile and no hesitation.

Rude worker who is combative and disrespectful when speaking to customers. Recommend going here if you want to be talked down to, spoken to with tone by a short fused male worker, and spoken to like you re an idiot. Go to Shell Rapid Lube instead. They re 10 mins up the road, courteous, professional, transparent, and super fast (in and out in 20 mins).

Made an appointment to have 4 tires mounted and balanced. Showed up on time and was told they couldn t do it because they had other appointments. Then was told they couldn t do low profile tires (couldn t give me a definition of low profile). Then the mechanic argued with me about lift blocks I was apparently supposed to have. Super unprofessional

This past September I brought in a used car I was considering buying from a nearby dealership. I live about an hour away so I wanted an independent inspection of the car and my hometown mechanic was just too far. I was happy to see that they offered and performed a thorough inspection of used cars (with a typed up report - brake life). They even were able to squeeze me in last minute. The staff and especially the manager (forgetting his name) were very helpful and accommodating and glad to help out. I would highly recommend them.

Bandits and thieves! My mother visited my sister in Middleton, my mother is from Maryland. The workers must have seen an older lady with out of state plates and seen an opportunity. They told her she needed new brakes when she went in for an oil change. When she came home we inspected the brakes and they have more than a year of life on them. BE CAREFUL. Do not trust this place to give you an honest inspection, check the numbers and compare them. They wrote down the right number on the sheet they gave her, which means they knew the brakes could last, but wanted to take advantage of my mom. Don t let this place take advantage of you!

My girlfriend has an invoice that's says the part cost of oil was $17.00 and labor cost is $0.00 but then has a full charge amount of $71.40.Shop number is 574 in MiddletownThe manager Freddie Edwards is the one who helped her.The first thing he asked was how much she usually pays when she gets a change she answered him and then it appears charged her based on what she had said she's only gone to a shop once usually I get it and do it at home so she answered what she paid the last time she went to a shop. Bunch of scumbags.

Special Thanks to Mgr. Kevin Wilson and the team at the Middletown store. I was a walk in at 8 am and did not have an appointment. They replaced a failed rear brake line on my vehicle by 11 am and got me back on the job. This is called priority service. Many thanks.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating! They took my car in quickly and inspected my tires. No work needed to be done and they did not charge me anything for their time. I would highly recommend this place! I will definitely be back the next time I need something from my car!

Booked an appointment for the same day (which is great). My car went right in, didn t have to wait long! Had Christian and Kevin, who were wonderful. Very friendly, honest and efficient. I was so impressed I actually booked an appointment for an oil change. I have been going to the same place for years to get my oil changed, but decided to switch it over to Monro. Every time I go to get car work there s always a problem, a long wait, or a completely different price from the original quote. Not with this place. Thank you!!

Customer service is not in their vocabulary. Don't have the person that's hearing impaired answer the phone. Take care of your employees. Finally, learn some decorum!

Scene Set: It's 8am. No one is in the parking lot, no cars are in the bays. An eager customer approaches to get a reasonably scheduled oil change. It's early, so coworkers chat....but there's a customer in eager anticipation. When the worker finally steps into the office the response to said eager customer is: Can you leave the car with me all day? I'm sorry sir, what? I drove here in it? Where exactly would I go?..No wonder they have to put out waving blow up figures to attract attention. I'm shocked this place is still open. Thank God there's a jiffy lube literally right down the road. At least somebody trying to make money in this economy.

Kevin and his tech got me in and out for an inspection and oil change in a timely fashion. Extremely professional and courteous. Highly recommend. Stop in to schedule an oil change, don t use the online tool. Awesome work thank you.- Jordan with the GMC Terrain

I ordered winter tires for my car and delivered here from the recommendation. Kevin was great in notifying me when my wheels and tires arrived and to schedule an appointment. He offered to do same day which alleviated planning on my part. When I arrived he was professional and courteous and gave me an almost precise time estimate. I would recommend Monroe Auto Service, and if you need to store tires and have a storage unit at West Main Storage, its about 200 yards away. I will definitely come back to swap out my tires when winter is beyond us.

Brought my car in for a scheduled inspection on a Saturday morning. Kevin the manager was polite and knowledgeable. My car was inspected and done in a short time frame. Patrick the mechanic helped me figure out another problem with my car and was very helpful. Wish I'd bought my tires yesterday from them. Next time!

Honestly, this place is always a joy to go to. Kevin the manager, super nice with great customer service. I ve been to other shops that screwed up my car, this place is great every time I come here. They don t treat you like just another customer, great service. Very thankful.

As a tire center, please learn to properly torque lug nuts. I needed a 6 pipe to break mine loose after going here. I would ve been screwed if I had to change a flat and wasn t at my house.
