Ran into issues with my warranty company getting my truck fixed, Corey was a great help. Printed all of my records and helped my square things away. I ve never had a bad experience with these guys.

These guys were AWESOME! I went in for a tire rotation, they told me what I needed clearly, and the whole experience was hassle free. Everyone has smiling faces, and they even helped me out with recommendations for the best spot in town to get new tires. Not to mention, they sent me next door to get one of my tires patched up. I had a loose bumper, and they showed me what was going on and then PATCHED ME UP. I cannot give a more glowing review for this shop. The whole experience was wonderful, and I m officially a life long Jiffy Lube customer. Job well done, yall!

The technicians are helpful, friendly and thorough. They always are. This is a great place to go for an older woman who knows little about cars. The men there explain problems very well.

After I got my battery replaced here, my brakes malfunctioned and gas pedalsuddenly stopped working while I was on I-95. Luckily I was OK. I brought my car into my car dealer, and it turns out the cause was that the connectors to the battery were not fastened and came unattached. This is so dangerous and could put someone s life at risk. Please be more careful.

After calling several places and getting told that I would have to wait for five days minimum to get an appointment I stumbled upon this location of a Jiffy Lube. The friendly guy who answered the phone said come on over and I was relieved because I was from out of town and really just needed a quick oil change. All the employees were very very friendly and they were very helpful. I was in and out and under an hour.

Ian has great concern for your car. If he doesn t know he ll ask but he works his tail off and Corey doesn t try to take money from you because you don t know about cars. This place is legitimately a professionally ran location. Pricey but worth it.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

They want $80 for an oil change which seems expensive but it's nice to not need an appointment. They used to wash the windows and vacuum the car but they don't offer it anymore; on the receipt they put down that you declined those services even if you ask for it. They don't push the very expensive side services like windshield wiper replacement or filter changes - things you can have done for you at a fraction of the price at an auto part store. There are a lot of coupons out there on the Internet but you never know if your local store will accept it.

This was my first time coming here for an oil change and unfortunately i m used to falsehoods and being taken advantage of as a young woman when i bring my car in. However, Ian brought my car in for a much needed oil change immediately when i called and took it upon himself to add air to my tires which was desperately needed as well as windshield washer fluid. He was helpful, extremely fast and straightforward. Thank you so much for a great experience!Services: Tires, Oil change

Sad they insist on using COVID-19 as an excuse not to offer their previously good vacuuming services. Especially for a Signature service that's now a whopping $129.00. When are we going to get back to better service Jiffy Lube?

Service was good but I felt mislead. I was told the oil change was $79.99. At the end it was $175+- as it included two air filters. The service rep took my card and wen into the office to process the payment. I was out raged by the price and felt mis lead. If the rep. told me the interior filter was $55 I would have had him blow it off and re install. Also the $79.99 did not include labor. OMG. I will not be returning to the Middletown location or any other Jiffy lube. The cost was outrages.Service: Oil change

Place had computers down which is understandable, however letting me know over 20 minutes later that I can't be helped when I was already waiting is very unprofessional. They didn't know where the Manager was or if they were coming in. When I came back a few days later they did my oil change, and literally asked me no questions, and all the extra parts of the service like checking lights etc. Were checked "customer denied".

This place can have good service, it depends which tech you get. The bad one I got the other day claimed on the receipt that they had filled my tires to the recommended pressure. That would have been an outright lie if I'd let them hustle me out like they were trying to do before I asked about it. After filling them the tech left the valve caps loose, which would have meant having to get new ones in short order. The receipt also claimed I had "declined" an offer to vacuum the car. This is an outright falsehood, it hasn't been mentioned anytime I've been there. The tech however didn't hesitate to go into the car without asking, to fetch the inside air filter and try to sell me a new one. He seemed unhappy again when I declined on that, and on new wiper blades too. Get the picture? The basic lube price is a come-on, apparently intended to be enhanced with additional optional/impulse purchases and false statements about services rendered. Beware.Service: Oil change

Just have to say during my visit, the manager was the only one on duty but he went above and beyond giving every customer top notch service. I truly appreciated his hustle, by himself with multiple vehicles being serviced at the same time, while still providing a quick and thorough turn around with service.

They seem to be honest, they are quick "20-30 minutes", have always been friendly to me, and give you a complimentary vacuuming. The waiting room has free Kureg coffee, a TV, and clean seating.I believe there prices to be a bit too high when you don't have a promo code but definitely are competitive compared to other franchise lube chains.

Jiffy Lube, particularly Ian H. in Middletown, always goes above and beyond to educate me about my auto service needs and to provide quality workmanship! The price point is very affordable and the business model itself, where you can simply drive up, discuss your service needs, and then have them done right at that moment, is so convenient and time-efficient.Services: Battery, Oil change

I go to our local jiffy lube for regular oil changes. Not too long ago, I got the oil changed on our 10 year old Toyota minivan. Yesterday, I found a puddle of oil under my car and the oil tank was empty. I called jiffy lube and Corey came to my house and identified the problem ( not a fault on their part ). He and his assistant cleaned up the spill and explained what needed to be done to fix the problem. Something they cannot do. He also gave me suggestions for a couple of local garages that might be able to get me in soon. Every shop is booking out weeks. Excellent service, polite, professional and really appreciated!

Cory and his employees are skilled and I trust their work. I highly recommend them. I recently had my oil changed and when I left an error message came on my dashboard. I returned to the Jiffy Lube shop and although it was 5 minutes after closing Cory opened the doors to check my error code. It ended up being a gas cap error but his standing behind his work was obvious. Very good people at Jiffy Lube

While the staff were polite, friendly and knowledgeable, I wish I could say same about the man in the waiting room who unabashedly announced that he didn't care to be vaccinated against the corona virus pandemic -as he paced back and forth unmasked. While I was wearing a mask, no one else was, including staff. This should be required, at the very least, in the enclosed waiting room.Service: Oil change
