I wanted to give them a 5 but could not. Jane one of the owners was excellent. The product was ordered and installed very quickly. My one complaint and that's why I had to leave out a star is that the installer did a sloppy job and left some things on the door that should have been removed and a couple other items that were left behind on the floor. They were supposed to come back to correct but never did. I still would recommend them. Very pleasant to deal with.

Always a pleasure to see Butch and family..In 30+ yrs they have repaired for me from Anderson double pane, large front door glass to small outside and in window panes, screen windows ..Great service and prices!!

I didn't realize that they do not specialize in auto glass and I wish they would've said that when I called. Their time estimation is accurate- I was advised 4 hours for a windshield replacement and it took 5. They are very nice, but to be honest I was disappointed with the work done on my car. The lady that rung me up told me if I have any problems to let them know. As soon as I drove off I pulled over down the street and took a look at the window and noticed that on one side it looked great but on the other red clips were showing. I've never seen this before on any windows. In addition, my cowel was cracked- it was never cracked before. The top of the window had small gaps and it looked messy. He also left greasy fingerprints everywhere.Anybody that looked at the window would think I replaced it because it doesn't look professional at all.I turned around after noticing all of these issues and brought it to their attention. I was advised, oh those are just clips, no big deal, don't worry about it.I brought my car to an auto glass repair shop in Fall River to get a second opinion. He looked at it and said it was put together poorly. He actually started snapping it back together in some places. I asked him if he could fix it and he offered to do the entire job over for $300. He told me to call my automaker For a new cowel and we would replace it, I did and that costs $200-300!I'm very disappointed and I will never go here again. I do not recommend anyone going to this place to get their windshields replaced or fixed.I'm now spending triple the money to get this repaired professionally.It sucks I had to pay for something that was done incorrectly.

40+ years of experience. Needed assistance with a broken door window for my truck I was replacing on my own. They freely gave their expertise, but I made sure they were compensated for their time. Pretty sure Safelite AutoGlass would had laughed me away.

Local glass shop - great service and price. I just needed a small replacement pane of glass, they dropped everything to take care of me and the price was very reasonable. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Over the years they have repaired small cracks in my windshield(s) that if left unattended would have turned into major problems!
