My recent collision repair experience with Crown Collision exceeded all expectations. From scheduling with Allison Couto, Office Manager, to the seamless communication with my insurance company, every aspect was handled with professionalism. Allison and Brenda Gonzalez, Customer Service Rep. ensured a smooth drop off process, even arranging for a rental vehicle on-site.The text message updates kept me informed throughout the four day repair process. When I saw my vehicle upon completion, it looked brand new both inside and out, truly showcasing the expertise of Crown Collision s TEAM.I m immensely grateful for the outstanding service provided by everyone involved. Crown Collision has earned my trust for any future repairs without hesitation.Their extra touch, like installing brand new Wheel Arch Moldings, was unexpected and appreciated. Thank you!!!

An absolutely A+++ experience. From a welcoming and professional reception and service team to a top-notch auto-body repair done in excellent time I have nothing but compliments to pass forward about Crown Collision Center. While I hope not to return with more auto-body damage, if I do have another accident-fender bender, I will not hesitate to return to this superb establishment. I wanted to recognize the tremendous service I received at Crown Collision in Middletown, RI. Our car was in an accident in Newport RI and we are from out of state. Our Toyota Highlander was brought to Crown Collision in Middletown RI and had extensive damage particularly underneath the car. The team at Crown was great during the entire repair process. Tiago, Jim, Allison and the whole team were great to work with. Great communication during the entire process and the car looked like new when we got it back. I would also like to commend Allison and Tiago for their follow up on an issue that we had after the car was returned, We had a problem with sensors that Toyota missed in their inspection and we had to bring it to a local dealer in Massachusetts. Allison coordinated the repair with Toyota and our Insurance and it was handled seamlessly. While other repair shops may have left you on your own, Crown Collision made sure that we were taken care of the entire process. Couldn't recommend this team higher! Crown Collision is great. They finished my truck quicker than estimated, streamlined my rental car stuff, and offered great communication via text updated throughout the process, and my truck looks great! (I was sideswiped by another vehicle, multiple body panels damaged)

Impressive start to finish. I was able to get my vehicle in much faster than elsewhere, communication was excellent throughout the process and they worked seamlessly with my insurance for both my vehicle repairs and a rental vehicle, including filing paperwork with the state so I didn't have to at the end. Repair is flawless and they went unexpectedly above and beyond by 1. deep cleaning my Weathertek floor mats and 2. replacing a taillight - both of which were not anywhere near, nor had anything to do whatsoever with the area of repair.Service: Body & Trim

This was my first time dealing with an insurance/ collision claim and Crown collision made it so easy! The girls at the front are lovely. Thiago is knowledgeable. I felt like I was speaking to friends the whole time. The service was fast and I knew I was in good hands. My car now looks brand new. Going to the collision center can be a positive experience! I brought some fender flares to Crown to have them color-matched to my truck. Tiago and the whole team were very honest, pleasant and delivered very quickly! The paint work was perfect! 2 times I have chosen Crown @middletown to fix my mini. My car looks like brand new and they use text messages to update the repair progress, not only to keep me informed of the status of the repair, but also on time as they estimated. Professional work done with 5 star customer service! Highly recommended.

I was directed to Crown Collision through USAA Insurance for a bent car door jam and a broken mirror assembly.I am extremely happy with the work done by Crown. The Customer Service was outstanding, I was always made aware of the process on my truck. The repair was scheduled for 5 days, and they fixed it in 3.My truck smells good as new!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Body & Trim

Let me qualify myself as a "demanding woman"...My husband had a minor collision in our SUV and assumed the responsibility for its repair. This was our first time using Crown Collision of Middletown and I have to say they exceeded our expectations! Tiago is not only patient but thorough in his explanation of the repair. I called this morning to discuss an insurance claim through Mapfre and damage to my 2009 Honda Accord. I was discussing whether or not the damage to the quarter panel might lead to my car being totaled as I was concerned about losing the car when it was perfectly drivable and in great shape otherwise with low mileage on the engine after a rebuild from Honda due to a recall. I was being very nice and asking questions and trying to understand what the shop could do and couldn t do in terms of trying to determine whether the repair cost would exceed the 75% of value and be totaled and the woman just hung up on me mid sentence. One of the rudest things I ve ever seen somebody do. And I was being very nice and respectful. Definitely taking my business elsewhere. Horrible customer service. Avoid this place!

I was unfortunate to have damage to my car, but very fortunate to find Crown Collision. They fixed my car and were so professional, prompt and polite. I left the best experience and turned right back around and used their service. Fifteen minutes after leaving someone side swiped my car. The service was just as great thr second time around.

Tiago made my CRV look brand new, after a Very Damaging ($7,800) Crash!He paid very close attention to every detail.I am so pleased with every aspect of Crown Collision s Service. They were great with contact with my Insurance Provider, Car Rental, Keeping me informed of the progress of repairs, and delivery of parts needed. Very professional, friendly, stress-free experience. Outstanding!! The staff were friendly, helpful and professional from the moment I walked in. My car was repaired in the time frame they provided and they called me several times to update me on the progress of my repair. The front office staff, Sally and Allison, could not have been nicer. I cannot say enough good things about the service I received at Crown Collision. I had not had an auto collision in 40 years, so I was quite anxious about how to proceed. Sally put my mind at ease immediately and got the ball rolling. Once I got to Crown, Allie took over, reviewed the damage to my car and assured me that I would receive a phone call ASAP with the next step in the process. Tiago followed up very shortly thereafter with a call explaining the damages with an in-depth and concise diagnosis. I am extremely happy with the service and attention to detail. I will wholeheartedly recommend Crown Collision in the future.

Crown Collision did an exceptional job repairing my car and restoring it back to looking brand new. They were extremely helpful from beginning to end and Alli kept in touch through the process to let me know how things were going. When I called with a question, they were always very helpful and receptive to my needs. It was a pleasure working with Tiago and his staff, and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of auto repairs.

I had a dent in my door and my paint was chipped. I turned my car in on Monday and they said I would have it by Thursday. The next day I get a call that my car is ready. They pulled the dent out of my car and re painted the door. It looks brand new. On top of doing a great job on the door they cleaned my car inside and out. It was spotless. These guys are great at their jobs and are extremely friendly. I had a great experience and I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Hit some debris on the freeway and wrecked my front bender and then some so I was told to take it to these guys. Never heard of them before, despite living here my whole life, but I m glad I found them. The head mechanic was nice and down to earth, and advised me on how to go through the claims process. They kept me updated every step of the way. Hopefully I never/don t have to return here for quite a while but this will definitely be my new body shop.

I gotta tell ya, what a nice bunch of people! I got my vehicle back today and it looked brand new. It was clean inside and out!The young girl that works there, I'm so sorry I can't remember her name right now. She had all the answers to my questions. Her response was quick. Crown Collision is a clean place and I would definitely recommend you bring your car there if it's got serious bumps and bruises!

Below is what Crown Collision charged me for a windshield replacement, and below that is what they and my insurance company worked out the cost would be. I was new in town and they told me they would "help me out", but this picture definitely doesn't make me feel confident that I was helped out at all.

Great service. I could not ask for a better service. Great staff. Very accommodating. Answered all my concerns. Phenomenal body repair and paint job. Great in explaining the process. I would definitely recommend this shop to my friends.

One of the best experience I had for getting my car repaired they would call me to keep me updated repairs we're pretty fast and very well done they also clean my car very thankful and highly recommendable

Have not used them for business, but after my call with the woman that just answered my call was short and rude when I had a bad phone connection, I will not be going here. Getting rude customer service 30 seconds into my experience with them is a no go for me.
