Came in to see a 2023 x3 with 12k miles. Spoke with Nick made an 11:30 appointment on the vehicle, showed up at 11:28 to see Nick showing the vehicle to another customer. Upon checking out the vehicle it had a check engine, we inspected it further to discover over 3k worth of front end damage. Unimpressed i wrote up a quick appraisal as I am a licensed massachusetts auto damager appraiserlicense #:19699008. Salesman told us we should look at a new car instead its used.. Needed a reinforcement bar, both shutters, lower bumper, splash shields ect.. Wouldn t recommend this dealer. We attempted to negotiate through all of this and they couldn t give me a concise answer on exactly what they were going to replace, then acted like he was doing me a favor by saying he would replace the reinforcement bar, ( Which is a safety issue) and needs to be replaced regardless. Stock# MP12140, buyer beware please have inspected before purchase.

BMW of Newport Service Department is great! Very knowledgeable, thorough, and explains things very well. My appointment was with Mike Rolando and he was great! Everyone in the service department was welcoming and helpful even when they knew I was in good hands. I also had two different drivers that took me home and then back when my car was ready. They were very nice. The BMW of Newport Service Department cares about all of their customers.

The drive up service door is very convenient. I was greeted immediately with instructions on how to proceed for my scheduled visit. Service member Mike was thorough and professional. The only negative...... I was told my service would take an hour to an hour and a fifteen minutes and the actual length of my service was two hours.

We all know no one likes to bring their car in for service. BMW of Newport hands down was the best service experience I ve ever had. Everyone was so professional and welcoming. Facility was top knotch. I d definitely recommend anyone to try out there Service department you won t be disappointed that s for sure. Great job BMW of Newport.

Booked an appointment at BMW of Newport last week to test drive a car. The appointment was confirmed by email and text. Drove all the way down from Smithfield during rush hour after a long day at work. When I got there, I was told they sold the car earlier in the day! Two hours wasted. This is absolutely an unacceptable way to conduct business. There is no excuse for not knowing what your inventory is and cross-referencing that with your daily appointments and sending out text updates.

I ve been dealing with Newport Auto/Grieco for over 20 years and have been completely satisfied with the sales and service departments. Paul Cunha has been my contact and is at all times extremely professional and knowledgeable. Mike R in service always gets my scheduled service completed timely and ensures that my vehicle is safe to drive.

I can't say enough about the customer service I received at this dealership. Everyone was extremely helpful. They found the car I wanted within 24hrs. Customer service was excellent. This is the 6th car I've purchased at a Greico dealership & I've had an excellent experience with all my purchased. I highly recommend any Greico family dealership.

Fantastic experience all around with the Service Department today. Check in was easy. Michael was great - professional and friendly. I had a nice coffee in the clean and comfy waiting area and was out of there in an hour! My car was sparkly clean, too.

slower than expected timing that I was told. Still had to come back for two items that were not tackled at the time of repairs. Too many employees walking around and levels of handling of the customer rather than getting things done. People were pleasant.

Highly unprofessional attitude!!! Bought once from here and expected to get a better response, but not at all . I was forced to buy only available at store for no reason. When asked why I can not place an order, I am told because my boss said to only deal with what we have available!!! When requested to meet with boss, I was refused. We are spending huge amount on such luxury cars and getting such attitude is unbelievable. It s my next door dealership but because of this I went to Norwood dealership and received an excellent offer on my trade in as well as I was being helped professionally what I needed. No one forced me to buy only available inventory!!! I would recommend to drive little far than coming here to receive a respect of your investment you are planning to make .!!!!! I wasted my three weeks to deal with someone here and couldn t get good response, at Norwood dealership, I finalized the deal on my first trip with the trade in amount I was expecting and car I wanted to have .

I have to say we had a great experience at BMW of Newport .everyone was very helpful answered all our questions and made the buying process very fast and convenient. They had someone who could show us all the features of the vehicle and he also helped to set up phone pairing etc. love my vehicle and would recommend them to my friends also the service didn t stop there we were given everyone business card to call with any questions we had with car features since this was such an upgrade from the vehicle I traded.

I have been using them a few years now for 2 different BMW's, and they are about 30 miles from my house, but drive the extra distance anyway. Done multiple repairs and paid by credit card by phone multiple times and had my son pick up my car. Call about a key fob and now won't take the card over the phone and want me to drive to show the card then repeat to pick up the fob. Totally ridiculous for a big company like this and me being a repeat customer who never had any card problems in the past with them. I could even see them telling me "once the fob is in you have to show the credit card that was used, license, and registration". Gas cost money, but I guess not to Scott Ferreira.

This place is a huge disappointment, be careful when leasing-I have been a customer for over twenty years and was treated with no respect- I have always leased my cars with no issues- this pad lease- I lease a loaner car because they talked me into it because sales said it would be a little cheaper-I leased in 2021 and the car was bought by BMW 2020- today I went to get serviced and my warranty is done- but I was told that it s 36 month lease or 36,000 whichever comes first! Not today- pulled a fast one! What a shame- liars!! All of them, bit I could pay another 1800 until my lease ends!! Be careful these people are crooks, very discriminatory!! I will never walk in there again!!! New GM doesn t care.

The audacity of these people to reach out for a review. Here you goWorst dealership, Save your time and your money. Was lead on that something was added to the vehicle to protect it. Paid for it & Comes to find out was never added to the vehicle and it was not to protect the vehicle. Was advised by GM Mark it didn t matter what the salesman told me or lead me to believe it s all about the paperwork I signed. Even with text messages to back up my allegations. Reached out multiple time to speak with someone above the general manager and I m always told someone will contact me. No contact or calls have been received.

Probably one of the worst service experiences I ve had to date!The vehicle I own is a 2 year old M3 comp. Fully warrantied for the next 2 years, and has only been to BMW authorized dealers for service.Due to timing, I decided to take my vehicle to BMW of Newport.A simple appointment to replace a speaker on the passenger door.Fully under warranty.The day of arrival, I requested a loaner for the afternoon and was advised we have more important customers After waiting 2 hours at the dealership, the service team had advised me a cost for repair would be $500. Due to vehicle being out of warranty.Simply impossible, another a tactic by a dealer to collect and mark up!This is not a customer first dealer and do not recommend doing business here.If you live in Rhode Island go to Inskip!

The service advisors are all great and always help me out with anything I need! I will continue to give them my business as they are honest and trustworthy people! 10/10!
