I was pleasantly surprised to find that they stock motorcycle batteries! Can't buy those online anymore, at least not from Amazon!

I was stuck with a dead battery early Monday morning. I was there when they opened and Meg got me set up with the correct battery for my truck and Trevor installed it immediately, very professional and friendly. Starting your day off with a dead battery is awful in these two people made my day ever so much better. These two are excellent representatives of customer service, and I appreciate their efforts.

I want to thank Trevor for his amazing customer service and product knowledge. Not only did he help set me up with exactly what I needed, I also watched him help an elderly couple that was ahead of me put air in their tires.He even went as far as showing me how I could get a rebate for the product I purchased. Overall, I cannot recommend this location highly enough.

The customer service in this store is amazing. I stopped in overwhelmed with an issue with my car and Trevor went above and beyond to help me. I had no idea where to start but he immediately walked outside with me and took a look at my car and then he and another wonderful employee found the right products for me to buy that fixed the problem and even showed me how to use them. I have no car knowledge but I was able to fix the issue with the products they recommended. Thanks for having great people and products!

I got exceptional service here and hope you are as fortunate as I was. I called to ensure stock of a battery, they had it and I needed 2 of them. Great I will pick the up. When I arrived they were on the counter waiting for me. They even tested my old batteries to verify they had failed. They moved the batteries out on a cart to my car. It was a really nice and easy transaction.

I felt I was overcharged. The receipt included a return, as the first purchase wasn t right, a core return, and a purchase all on one receipt. It was very hard to make sense of. My bank statement, however was not, it clearly showed I paid more than the cost of the product. I went into the store to inquire and the employees couldn t really make sense of it, but were nice and helpful and said I d need to speak with the manager. They took my number and called me a day later when she came in. I came in and waited ten minutes while she was on the phone in the parking lot in her truck. She (Meg) came in and was rude and short with me right away and was walking away the entire time. She would not listen to me and was never even remotely polite or understanding, in fact I ve never encountered worse customer service in my entire life. I will never set foot in this store again. Would have gone to Napa, but was in a pinch.

Decent service. To be honest didn't go in for anything special or need to much assistance. But cashier was very friendly and did ask about their rewards card program. So he's definitely doing his job. Decent experience.

Staff was awesome. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. They went above and beyond. I needed radiator fluid for my Mercedes, they gave me a lesson in radiator fluid for my vehicle that was informative and interesting.

On New Years Eve, I called this Advance Store as I had a problem with my battery. I cannot believe the kindness that Jeremy extended to me to remedy my problem. He went above and beyond his obligations as an employee to assist me on an evening when it was impossible due to the Holiday. He is an exemplary person whom I have no doubt will go far in his lifetime. He went out of his way to help me. I was able to go to work on New year's day because of his efforts. Thank You Jeremy!!!

I have been to this Advance Auto Parts a few times for parts and replacement fluids a few times and I have had nothing less than exceptional service. They always have really good deals in the paper and coupons. I recommend this location for everyone looking for high-quality parts and replacement fluids.

Despite the sign on the window advertising free wiper blade installation my daughter was told the wiper blades she purchased couldn't be installed by them because the installation required special tools. First, you'd think as an auto parts store they'd have those "special tos". Second, she went home, read the directions, and installed them without any tools. I'm appalled at both this lack of service and the condescending way she was spoke to at the store. No one in our family will be back.

Great group of guys here. Took in a low battery after my car wouldn't start following the heavy snow. They tested and charged it on the spot, then told me to bring my car up there so they could test the starter and alternator. On my way out, he reminded me that I still had just over a year warranty left on the battery. Big thanks.

The service was good but you need to hire people with automotive knowledge. I had to constantly explain what I was looking for to the point where I felt like I was doing his job myself behind the counter
