Just had another great experience at Town Fair Tire. Last week noticed there was an issue with one of my tires so I went right over to see what needed to be done. Dory was fantastic! She assured me that the issue was defiantly fixable and offered to have it resolved that day. I needed to get back to work so we made an appointment for that Saturday. She told me that she would be here and to stop in. She took great care of me and I was in and out in no time. Not just a helpful professional but also a great person! Thank you again Town Fair Tire and thank you Dory!

I got a flat tire on the way home from work and Town Fair Tire got me in last minute and changed my tire. Aaron was so nice and helpful! They got me in and out in 30 minutes. Will definitely be returning in the future!

Had a nail in my tire. The manager, Dory helped me with a repair and then explained that I would need to replace the tire. She gave me a great price and I'm scheduling a return for the new tire! Fast, pleasant, super knowledgeable.

I called another Town Fair tire looking for a specific run flat. The man that answered wasn't helpful and told me I would have to wait 3-4 days. I called the Johnston location and spoke to Aaron - within 10 minutes he found me a tire and was able to put it on the same day. Highly recommend! A great experience at this location.

Extremely satisfied and impressed with the professionalism of the staff here. I had 2 nails puncture my tire and Aaron was able to squeeze me in without an appointment and get it patched up quickly. Highly recommend this place and will definitely be back.

One of my tires looked low so I decided to visit my local Town Fair Tire store and have them take a look. I was greeted immediately by Aaron (not sure I've got the correct name), the new manager, who had a wonderful friendly smile and made me feel very welcome despite me being stressed out about the condition of my tire. When I bought my tires from Town Fair Tire some years back (different location), I also purchased insurance to make sure I'm covered in case of unexpected flats or other unforeseen issues. Aaron looked up my account and offered to check out my low tire and all the other tires while I'm there. Only minutes later I saw my car on their CCTV and felt relieved they would address any issues. And just moments later Aaron called on me in the waiting area to inform me all my tires were a little low and that all else was fine. He welcomed me to drop in any time if I needed them to check my tires for me. As a disabled senior on a low fixed income, I truly appreciate this level of care, concern and service. I know my tires are in good hands at Town Fair Tire on Hartford Avenue in Johnston RI - Aaron, again, thank you so much!

Had 4 new tires put on my car. Great experience overall. Aaron, the manager was very polite, professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Service was done quickly and I got a great price deal. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for tires. Never disappoints. A+

Really pleasant experience at this location. Came in no appointment because a tire was losing air. Marcus was able to quickly and professionally assist me and get me back up and running same day. Would highly recommend!

After getting a flat tire and needing a replacement asap for my SUV, I called Town Fair and they were able to not only find the exact tire I needed and get it shipped to their store by the next day, but also not only matched the lowest price I found else where, but beat it, giving me the lowest cost around. Aaron provided fantastic customer service and helped me get my tire sorted within 24hrs of calling them (whereas other places would have taken days to get it replaced)! Would highly recommend them and definitely bringing my car back if/when the need arises again!

Aaron at the Johnston location took care of my inquiry and my vehicle. He was so helpful and so kind and patient. Absolutely great customer service. I always use town fair and go to that location as everyone there are very helpful. Aaron kept my informed about my vehicle the entire time and made sure everything was taken care of. Highly reccomend and ask for him if you can!

I strongly recommend Town Fair Tire in Johnston if you are shopping for tires. Ask for Jimmy. He is the best; very knowledeable and friendly. My family and I will not go or deal with anyone else. Jimmy made our experience wonderful.

Amazing service! Marcus was so nice In accommodating me without an appointment. I thought I would have to wait for an hour or two, but my flat tire was fixed within a half hour of arriving! Would definitely recommend Town Fair Tire in Johnston!

Very knowledgeable and efficient. Marcus was a great salesman, listened to my problem and assured me everything would be taken care of. He did not try to oversell me on tires and listened to what I wanted. Very happy with the outcome, would highly recommend.

Marcus at Town Fair Tire in Johnston, RI is excellent! He was extremely pleasant and helpful both when I needed all new tires for my car and again when I had one that was damaged a few months later. I will be returning to replace tires on my husband s truck soon as Marcus gave us a great quote and I cannot recommend him or this location enough!

Joe was GREAT. I had old tires on my car. Unfortunately, when I brought it to a place in MA they patched it...which is why I ended up in RI. Joe was straight with me about getting matching tires and called and looked all over including Walmart and tracking down the now-defunct manufacturer to try to replace the best tire for my Subaru.We finally agreed it was best to start over and get two new matching tires. Joe gave me a GREAT price. In his words, he tries to treat people as if they were his family members! Better than the golden rule!Go to JOE!! They were awesome and he could have charged me lots because I was stuck out of town.

Went to Town Fair Tire on Hartford Avenue, Johnston RI...Aaron was the Salesman who assisted with my car needs. He was friendly, efficient and answered my questions. He was not pushy in trying to upgrade me like some salesmen are! I would Recommend!!

I have had a few appointments recently for repairs / tires on 2 cars and the service that Marcus gave me was outstanding. Everything was done in a timely manner to get me back on the road .I would highly recommend Town Fair tire of Johnston . Great service, prices,workmanship and easy access to the highways.

First time made my appointment for town fair tire they did a Great job on my car 4 wheel balance and alignment. The price es very affordable my appointment was 3:30 took two and half hours. Only thing i would say is improve less time waiting

I had to replace a tire on my 4WD car. ERIC ordered me the matching tire for a great price, and had it the next day. The installation was completed in less than a 1/2 hour! Excellent service and prices at Johnston Town Fair Tire!!! I would highly recommend them!!!
