My husband and I had a great experience purchasing our new Jeep. We were lucky enough to work with Tyler, who made the process as smooth as possible. He was very outgoing and communicated clearly with us, even throwing in a joke or two throughout to help us feel comfortable, while also enjoying the experience. He worked hard to ensure that all our needs were met. We could tell he truly cared about our wants and needs. Every other time I have ever been to another dealership, it felt long and boring. It would feel more like a task and not as much as an exciting experience like it should be. Tyler was just as excited for us to purchase the Jeep that we had always wanted. From start to finish, Tyler was amazing. We also met with finance and a store manager and they were both very welcoming and super helpful. Our experience was a 10 out of 10 and I would definitely recommend this dealership. If you have the opportunity to meet and work with Tyler, I would also highly recommend him as well! Thank you Tyler and Tasca!

This was my first visit to Tasca and it won't be my last, that's for sure. I was pleasantly greeted and everyone was very accommodating. Brennan was fantastic and explained the service process. He updated me when promised and gave me sound advice on how to proceed with the service needed. The man who drove the complimentary shuttle was a delight as well (his name escapes me at the moment - Mo maybe?). Follow through after the appointment was great too.Thanks!

My experience with Christian and his sales manager and finance team were probably the best car buying experience I have had. The way they bent over backwards to meet my expectations shows how willing they are to meet customers demands. I had a specific vehicle in mind, they negotiated in good faith with me, and I was driving the vehicle off the lot within 3 hours. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

In general it was a nice experience. Bryan was my point of contact in the dealership had a very good communication with me, and was very helpful with all I needed. He is friendly and very attentive. It was very nice to work with him. He helped me also with a warranty claim real quick. If you work with him you are going to receive a nice service.In the other hand , I didn t have a very good experience with the person that provides the insurances , he was pushing in not a friendly way to sell me a warranty that I didn t want, and he almost got mad at me (was my feeling ). If this didn t happen , would have been a 4 stars experience for sure.Also I found weird that cars come without the carpets and they were going to give it to me with plastic covers. We have used Tasca in Johnston for several years!!! Every vehicle we ve gotten in and out of, they ve made the process SO quick and easy! We won t go anywhere else. Dan is amazing and has always helped me with my sales needs. He has gone above and beyond several times for us! Steve, the Manager of the store, is very accommodating and helpful! They really put in the effort to try and get you the vehicle you want for the price that you re looking for in reason. Excellent customer service! Highly recommend!!! I always drive away happy

Danny the sales guy was awesome answered all of my questions and was able to help me get exactly what I wanted while Tommy also help move the process along very quickly getting my vehicle ready for me to take home sooner than I planned. Working with Steve, Danny and Dominic was a pleasure. I was able to get a new Jeep in the price range that I needed to be in. I was highly recommended to work with these guys and to purchase my new Jeep through Tasca Jeep in Johnston. Had my brakes replaced here; Work was done timely. On the ride home my whole car starting vibrating. Next day i called back and they took the car back and reviewed all their work. Seems it was due to ice on the driveshaft, or some other malady that resolved itself, but the time, attention, and service they provided were invaluable. Greatly appreciate Sean and his understanding and help with my issues. Will definitely come back;

Jim and his crew helped me out when I ended up getting a gas can spout lodged inside of my gas tank. Yes, you read that correctly. Not only were they kind hearted about helping with the issue, they took care of it in a timely and calculated fashion.

I figured I ll just use my email to Danny as my review. He did such a great job for us-Danny,The experience was great. Very happy. To be honest the smoothest vehicle buying experience in my life. That was important considering the distance involved.The fact that the truck was very clean and full of fuel and DEF (and you told me on the phone) was also huge. That small gesture saved me time and money. Some dealerships don t do that and it really matters. It shows care and that is lacking in so many sales positions right now. When we got on the phone while I was in FL you said I am going to make this as easy as humanly possible for you considering you re traveling to buy with us . !Excellent staff and overall dealer!Bought my 2024 Rubicon two weeks ago. Have bought/leased about 12 or so cars/jeeps in my life and this process was smooth. Since I was the last one at the dealer a form was overlooked and the finance manager even came to my house to correct the oversight.I have only one regret: I should have been at this dealership sooner instead of being fooled by other dealers.

Had a great experience with Tasca from start to finish! From the first phone call to schedule service, they were thorough and attentive; they were able to get our vehicle in quickly and our service advisor, Sean, was excellent. He communicated with us, giving us all the details about our vehicle s issues, followed up when he said he would, and ensured we had minimal wait time for our repairs. We ve used them several other times and would highly recommend!

I had a wonderful experience purchasing my new Jeep at Tasca. Daniel was attentive and directed me to the Jeep that I fell in love with. The trade in price I received was fair and the financing process was smooth and quick. Everything was transparent from when I drove onto the lot.I had a small issue when the day after delivery my brand new battery was dead, however, the General Manager, Stephen came right to my driveway to get the car started and ensured that the battery was replaced right away. I haven't heard of house calls from an auto dealer, ever!This is the third Jeep I've purchased from Tasca and Daniel specifically. I definitely recommend Tasca in Johnston to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

To summarize, This has been the worst experience I've had with a service department at a dealership.To be up front. I did not buy the vehicle from Tasca nor purchase the extended warranty through them either.I have a 2015 Ram 1500 Eco DieselOn July 28th 2023 I had an engine failure..Tasca agrees to take on repair. I have my truck towed to them on July 31st. After Tasca did their diagnostic test it was confirmed as an engine failure. The engine will be supplied by my Warranty company. The engine arrived at Tasca the Wednesday before labor day. The engine was installed and I'm called to pick my truck up on Sept 28th 2023.. I drive home 23 miles and as I pull in my drive way the oil pressure falls to zero and I have a coolant leak . The truck was towed back to Tasca the following day...2nd Diagnosis is a bad oil pump and turbo coolant feed line (Not Tasca's fault that the warranty company supplied a bad motor)My warranty company requested pictures of heat tabs on the engine but due to the location of tabs Tasca refused to tie up a lift unless another motor is supplied and is on hand. Cab removal is required to change motor and locate heat tabs.I got the warranty company to supply another motor from a different supplier.New used motor arrives at Tasca 1/9/24.It took them 2 weeks to realize motor shipped without turbo.. Turbo ordered and Arrived at Tasca 1/31/24.. signed for by a dealership employee. Dealership cannot find turbo in parts department as of today.Also an extra list of parts was requested, totalling $6000.00 and needs approval from my warranty company. When the warranty company asked for a description of why parts are needed ie. Missing, damaged , or other wise.. the service advisor claims he does not have enough time to respond. So I went into the dealership to have them print out the quote for the list of parts needed. I looked up all the part descriptions and asked the service advisor myself why he needed all of these and I called the warranty company to provide them the info they had been requesting.We are now approaching 7 months of making truck payments and I still have no idea when my truck will be completed. This entire time Tasca has left it to me to communicate between them and the warranty company ... apparently 7 months without a vehicle is acceptable to Tasca.

Do not surprise customers with outrageous out-of-pocket expenses the day of a routiene oil change. Give the customer time to decide instead of demanding to solve the problem right away. Do not joke to the customer you need a job here brotha, you put in a full shift with us after arriving at 10:30AM and leaving at closing time. Do not knock off 10% of a $1,700.00+ bill if you already went into the transaction with that original discount had there been no surprise fees. Do not have employees rotate in shifts of standing in the corner of the lobby taking turns looking at the customer. There was nothing wrong with my belt and car battery before bringing it to you.

Drove down from MA because they were so wonderful to work with every step of the way. Everyone I spoke to was incredibly nice and informative about what I needed for my jeep. Each employee I spoke to on the phone & in person was polite and took their time to speak with me and present options. Additionally, they offered the best pricing for all the work my jeep needed! The work was done in a timely manner. I will be back without a doubt!

Danny Grey was extremely helpful in assisting me from the moment he welcomed me into the Tasca dealership, to explaining all the vehicle features before I drove off in my Jeep gladiator. It had been ten years since I purchased a new vehicle and he made the process extremely easy. He continues to be a value added through the new car experience and has been there for anything I have needed since. I look forward to working with him again in the future.
