On Sunday 11/26/2023 I came here to look at a new car for me & my family. Immediately upon arrival Brayan Guardado came to help me. He didn t push the envelope too much & made me comfortable while shopping for my new vehicle. I settled on a Jeep Grand Cherokee & couldn t be happier with my purchase! Thank you Brayan- Ismael

You will NOT be satisfied. On a Friday, I Dropped my Chrysler 300c off at Tasca Service to resolve stalling problems. I met with Michael Courtemanche. He assured me that his "guys" will fix it.A week later I picked up my car (it took that long to program a key and replace the fuel tank). Michael said that "it's all set...no more stalling." When I started my car I heard an exhaust leak that wasn't there when I dropped it off. A mile down the road it stalled again, and twice the next day.I returned on Monday--to fix the exhaust leak, the stalling issue, and to reprogram the key (it would not lock/unlock doors).I tried to call Michael and the service manager several times from Monday to Tuesday, but to no avail. I left several voicemails and notes with the phone operator; but, for reasons I cannot fathom, they had neither the mental capacity nor the gumption to return a single call.When I finally got through, Michael informed me there were several stored OBD II codes. These codes were not present when I dropped my car off. And, they weren't present during the week they had my car.In other words, they have twice managed to return my car in worse condition than when I dropped it off. Fool me once, shame on You; fool me twice shame on me.I will now drive to Elmwood Dodge-Chrysler.UPDATE:I Have since learned that they cracked each of my catalytic converters when they replaced the gas tank. Their solution: charge me $5,234.04.

Brand new to the Johnston area.I will update my review after my issues have been resolved. We are not happy. My Wife and I have been buying KIA's for 18 year's now every two half years we lease a new car. This time I am not happy. I will keep you posted. Right now a very happy customer

I had a great experience at Tasca with Malik Jones as my sales person. I purchased a 2023 Sportage Hybrid for MSRP. It took a few months to arrive, but it was well worth the wait.

These people are great! I had a tire blow out on the ramp across the street, drove right in. They made me feel like Their best long term customer. The tire was replaced at a fair price. The next time I want to buy a new car I will visit for sure

I had the. Nicest gentlemen, greet me ,at service door hooked me right up with repair booth,,all great. I even met a marine ,this vet was the owner not sure, I thanked him for his service. Had metals on collar of shirt, ?a bunch of them. I'm sure he is a hero. checking on costumers in regular attire .Nice place for. Honda lovers

I had to give 1 star in order to write a really bad review, not 1 person I met there was friendly, that s okay I m not interested in your friendship but I did expect skilled, honest people, didn t happen! They installed my new breaks in June I was having some issues that seemed like breaks so after 1.5 almost 2 weeks they finally got me in when I showed up I was told then that there would be an assessment fee of $150! Seriously? But if it was in fact the breaks they d waive that fee.. they gave me a ride to where I needed to go called me about 2 hours later to say it was in fact the breaks and routers, they d cover the parts but the labor would be $275.! I said no thanks, second opinion is needed. Waited outside for them to come get me, 30 minutes later they call to say driver went home everyone s at lunch, I ended up calling Uber. They then said I owed $70 before they d release my car, I said sorry didn t bring any forms of payment the girl didn t know what to do so when she went in the back to ask I took my keys and left! Got a second opinion too and guess what!!! My breaks are just fine! In fact I don t need anything done right now. More than just a bad review, seems criminal doesn t it? Stay clear of Tasca! I am not satisfied, I m mortified!

Wow I love Our New 2020 Tuscon , I bought it from Grieco Hyundai in Johnston RI ,they have a Great team , we personally worked with ( Jeronimo Trejo ) and Staline they were both Asume . Now My family is the Grieco Hyundai . I'm trying to get into the 2022 Tuscon !!

Made appts for a recall and took it on only to later that day find they didn't have the parts. Took it in a 2nd time and made sure to remind them it's been once already so please have parts available. Surprise, surprise, NO parts again. Wasting our time and fuel now. Third times a charm, FINALLY the got it right.

Greiko Hyundai by far has given me the worse service i have ever ever delt with!! Recall on my car they held it for a week and a half promising me a rental.. Never got one. Got my car back squeeling out the lot cuz they put my old (clearly gone) breakpads back on but everything else is new?!?!? Broke 2 things while fixing their defect and made me pay for it!!! They will not return my calls even when having my car, to where i had to go there mulitple times 30 min away just to get status of my car!! I was thinking about buying a Hyundai but never ever will i even consider it after this! Now i feel un safe in my own vehicle..

My husband and I went into Tasca on 11/26 just to look at a particular suv we saw online. When we walked in we were greeted, we spoke to salesman Anthony F about looking at the vehicle. He was very nice and willing to show us the car right away- despite the horrible rain outside. We took a look at it, test drove it, and decided to go back and discuss a deal. There was no "fluff" involved..Anthony was very honest and straightforward. We were offered an amazing trade in value and deal we thought we really would not find elsewhere. While the deal was being finalized, Anthony sat with us to fill out paperwork for the DMV, it was a relief knowing I didnt have to step foot in the DMV. As we were not expecting to buy a car that night, my current car had a bunch of "junk" still inside. Not only did Anthony provide us with a box for my items, but he allowed us to pull both the new vehicle and the old into the service garage so we could exchange the items to the new vehicle and not get rained on. I am very pleased with Anthony's salesmanship and customer service as well as the used car sales manager customer service and the finance department. It was probally the most smooth purchase I have ever had with a car dealership. I will continue to be a customer of Tasca and plan to take my car there for all maintenance needs.

Took my 2017 Jeep to Tasca for an oil change. Less then 2 months later I had to take it back in, this time to a new dealership, because of an oil light. Turns out Tasca did not reset the oil gauge, or report the change to Carfax. The new place found my oil to be nearly 1.5qts low - leaving me to believe my oil was never changed. They have also nonstop spammed my email and sent advertisements by mail nonstop since I went. Will not be going back. (Jeep has been 100% good since going to new dealership).

Worked with Carissa. She was outstanding. Knew all about the vehicle and even had toys to keep my child occupied. I will definitely work with tasca and especially Carissa again

I don't think so the vehicle that they show it online but it up to the office so I can look at it and it was completely opposite of what I thought it would be or as I shall say they said it would be So no thank you

They sent me a coupon for a brake job for$99 then told me it needs rotors so the job ended up costing $420. Beware I believe they did a bate and switch on me.
