On a stormy Friday afternoon I hit a pothole which resulted in a flat & a severely cracked rim. I was referred to Pat by a client and even though we were heading into the weekend he responded to me promptly and reassuringly. I felt very taken care of through the whole experience of needing to involve my insurance company, getting a rental, & then having my car tended to and delivered back to me. Pat and his crew are WONDERFUL. Professional, warm, easy to communicate with, and eager to take care of my car to make sure it was running well, safe, and to my satisfaction. Highly recommend using Pats Auto. The entire process was as smooth and pain-free as possible. They made sure that my insurance was fair and covered the entire cost of what was needed, set up my rental car for me and had it waiting, kept in touch with updates while they had my truck, and returned my truck better than I could have expected. Very detail oriented work, nice people, and they stayed right on schedule. I would definitely go back if needed.Service: Body & Trim

A friend recommended Pat's Auto for collision repair and I'm so glad I went with these guys. You deal directly with the owner and his son and they both make it a very easy process. Excellent job on repairs the car looks brand new, they keep you informed on the work they are doing, and went above and beyond by picking up and dropping off my rental car. I would recommend them to anyone for all your auto body and collision repairs.

I will give Pats Auto 5 starts. Amazing shop!!! Pat is an awesome dude and does the best work i ve personally seen! But one thing they need to work on is proper time management with peoples cars. 2 weeks my car was suppose to be ready. Turned into over a month. Keep up the great work guys! Ten Stars! I have used Pat's Auto Body services many times and also referred my friends to Pat's. I along with all I have referred are more and more impressed in how Pat deals with everything from the Insurance companies to repairing your vehicle like nothing ever happened. Shout out to his team as well for working so hard to get your vehicle back to you so quickly. If you want great service then call Pat. Period.Thank You Pat!!

They're an amazing crew and have my car looking brand new! Pat helped so much with handling everything and getting the ball rolling to get me back on the road! He's a great guy!! I'd refer anyone I know to go through him for collision repairs. Definitely good honest people at Pat's

I have been going to Pat s for many years now and only go to them for major repairs. I have been in 2 minor accidents and each time they have taken great care of me. The first time my car was scratched and banged in pretty bad by a side swiping and Pat s provided me with a rental connection and a brand new looking car when I came back. I recommend them to anyone looking for fair and meticulous body work!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

There were some special circumstances involved that brought my car in to Pat s. I had been very hesitant to let my Mini Cooper go anywhere but the dealership down at Inskip, however, I was pleasantly surprised!! From the start the shop was very upfront with everything. The customer service here is spectacular and my car even came back cleaned and vacuumed. I am very happy with the work I received from Pat and his team. Thank you!

I can not say enough good things about Pat and his company. This is the second time he has helped me out. His workmanship is beautiful and his kindness and willingness to help is beyond anything you could hope to find. He helped me with the insurance nightmare and made me feel like it would all be okay. His customer service is above and beyond!! This is the place to go!!!!

Bought my Toyota over a year ago and the car is fantastic. Got it for a very competitive price also. They are not pushy salesman they kind of let you do your thing and get them if you have any questions, very laid back compared to the majority of other dealerships. The only reason I ll only give 4 stars is because I was told the car had been cleaned when it wasn t. (Seen a few trash items still left in center console.) and also because I was told a few times car would be ready by certain time/day and every time I went in, it wasn t, resulting me in coming back. A little difficult to do when you work 60+ hrs a week. Was a little frustrating but aside from that, I highly recommend this place as Pat is a cool guy and they all seem really nice there and not pushy sales people which is a huge plus in my book. I always recommend them to friends who are looking for a decent priced used vehicle.

My car s heat was broken and after only one day the staff diagnosed and fixed the problem!
