N. Smithfield store was clean and in order. The assistant manager helped me out with the right part the first time.I was driving to a job site, when I stopped for gas, my truck wouldn t start. I called a road service for help, said the alternator wasn t working. I found an O Reilly auto store 1.3 miles away. I got a jump start and made a B line to there. I got the new alternator and I installed it in the parking lot. The employees were extremely helpful, and understanding of the situation. Thank you for the help at O Reilly auto parts.

I walked in asked to buy a battery and if it could be install gentlemen looked it up when outside install my no problem

Good Evening!I am a very pleased, and happy customer, having to stop in today.Being made aware that I needed a back brake light, I happen to be on Route 44. Upon entering the store, not just one, but TWO workers greeted me, and asked if I needed help. Frankie assisted me, so professional, sincere and willing to help! Frankie was so kind and helped me right up until I left the parking lot. I give him a 10 for being such a great worker!I will also do business again with O'Reilly!!

I paid a visit to this Oreilly's location around noon time on Nov. 7th to get my battery tested & to possibly rule out why I was having issues starting my car sometimes. I came here to give them a chance due to my unpleasant experiences at their competitors' auto parts stores. I must admit...they did not disappoint me whatsoever, A+ customer service. From the moment I walked in, all 3 store associates were very helpful & eager to assist me. I told them about my starting issue & Corey came outside with his gadget to check my battery. Per Corey, my battery, starter & alternator was good. He then informed me that it could be 2 other possibilities of why I'm having starting issues & to get those double checked by a mechanic. Corey provided excellent customer service...their competitors should take notes from him. I told Corey I would definitely not hesitate to return if & when I need any auto parts. Thanks again.

Great service. Was having a rough morning and my car wouldn't start. I went to this location for help and the manager was fantastic. He installed my battery and had me back on the road in 10 minutes! Thank you for all your help

Good service! They were able to give me a schematic print out of the location of 2 parts on my engine, they also seem to be the only parts store that can get motorcraft parts, though they rarely stock them.

Came here to test my battery and the two young men were quite helpful to test my starter as well as alternator . Turned out to be an old battery, they installed the new one and were easy to talk with Great attitudes,Kudos for a great experience

This place has what I need when I need it. Customer service is good. Called 5 minutes before close to see if they had a part I needed urgently. They stayed open after close so I could pick it up. 5/5

They didn't have the hardware I was looking for, but the service person was very very knowledgeable about what was needed. Gave me the actual size of hardware because I wouldn't have any idea what to order from Amazon.

so nice and put my windshield wiper on for me!! even went outside to see the sub model for my car since I didn't know it had me test it too to see that it was working right, thanks so much Jonathan give that man a raise lol

Great staff, freindly, helpful. Couldnt believe that a Motorcraft oil filter was almost $3 more than the Ford dealer but associate price match for me. Like this place bettr than AdvanceAutoParts.

So Kind! I believe his name was Sean?, my engine light came on, was my gas cap needed replacing, Great personality! Went to Valvoline & said they're machine was broken, they didn't want to hear it because I wasn't getting an oil change, I still would have tipped them but they didn't want to hear it from me, No Worries, will Certainly ask O' Reilly's where to go!
