Should make the advertised prices include all axes and fees. Not advertise $74.99 then all said and done charge $109. I think customers would appreciate the transparency. However the service and employees were excellent.

My oil change cost $132!! They told me I needed to use synthetic oil otherwise it would ruin my engine. Totally taken advantage of because I'm female. Would not recommend at all.

Benjamin and his perro helped me out my physically showing me why my vehicles front tires could not be aligned, and by doing so saved me the hassle of totaling my vehicle. He managed to explain the necessary components that needed to be repaired and replaced in order for my car to be properly aligned, obviously, I did not get the work done here as I have a trusted mechanic who can repair said components, I just wished that when I had dropped my car off at 12 in the afternoon eight didn t take the entire day for him to tell me that said alignment could not be completed. I did call early morning for a squeeze an appointment, but if he could not get to my vehicle until 645 at night (closes @ 7) then he should not have wasted the time in the first place, that s why three stars are necessary.

SO EFFICIENT!!!Heather really knows her stuff and explained everything to me in detail and made sure I understood. Now my car is running beautifully. Really great staff and super efficient. They really care about doing a great job. A1 service. Thanks guys. I m updating my review, the review above is from last year i had to fix a few things on my car and they were great to me in the past, so I made and appointment and came in and to my surprise they were under new management, which wasn t an issue, but the new manager was very rude. He has a nasty attitude and seemed like he was getting frustrated because he couldn t find me in the system when iv had the same car and been coming there for years. Then I kindly asked if I would be charged for a diagnosis it seemed like that question aggravated him. He made no eye contact and ignored me for a minute before saying next month it ain t free no more . Which is fine, but it s not what you say . It s how you say it. I said okay and sat back down debating if I should go somewhere else. I didn t like the vibe and my car was still sitting in the lot so I asked for my keys back and I left. The other employees there were kind though. On my way out I asked someone what happened to the old management, they informed me that they went to a different shop, so I found that shop and took my car there where I was treated with respect.

I have been going there for years! Even though the police had shut down the highway due to flooding, I still got there and they shouldn t have even been open being in the flood zone. They were short staffed and swamped with work but they still took care of me with patience and determination! Ben went above and beyond! He is a great manager! If he isn t the manager he needs a raise!

Brought car in for oil change and to replace headlight bulbs. Brought in my own bulbs which were apparently wrong, however high beams were swap and no longer work, they were working prior to visit. Also car smelled when I got it back. The next day driving I could smell oil burning which I never have on previous visit. Opened the hood to find out they spilled oil all over my engine cover and tube for air filter.

The front desk manager was welcoming and engaging! I ended up having to bring one of my kiddos with me on a Friday and didn't feel like we were a pain/nuisance. She was great and my vehicle was ready when I expected it to be. We will definitely be back!

Heather took really good care of me. I came in for an oil change and had some battery problems, she helped with a smile. Gave me some advice on what to do with my vehicle for the future since it s older. If she is not the manager she definitely should be! I will be getting all my future vehicle work done here. Also Chris gave me some advice on my alternator seeing as the battery problems were coming from the alternator needing to be replaced. All in all very knowledgeable staff, fair prices, and they treated me like they have known me for years. Thank you so much!

I needed my car inspected. This place was open on a Sunday which was great. I forgot to catch the name of the man there but he seemed genuinely caring and very personable. I felt like he took great care of me and my car. He finished quickly and it was simple and painless. Thank you for your great service!

I called asked for a price to mount a tire they gave me one price when I got there they charged me an extra $10 because they said it was a truck tire but it wasn't like they had to take it off the truck I already did that and they didn't change the valve stem which I paid for how many stars would you have given them.

I went there to have my eccentric bolts unfrozen. They put it on the lift and told me I needed rear arm bushings. Said he would order them. Waited over a week. I kept calling and he kept telling me he had to make another call. He never did. I took it elsewhere and within an hour it was unfrozen. I never needed bushings. He never called me. Do yourself a favor. Go elsewhere. So they don t waste your time.

Awesome service at the Johnston RI Center. I went in for a oil change and yearly inspection of my truck. The Technician (Chris) explained the results of the inspection, especially brakes and tires, before I left the center. In and out in a hour. Highly recommend this service center for your vehicle needs.

1 Star for being open &1 Star for being local.Purchased brakes ($369.00) and tires $600.00) from this place "HEATHER". Went in today to have the same inspected and they told they were under staffed couldn't honor a warranty. Sent me to a business down the street.Imagine that a business manager sending you to his competition after taking your cash for a serviceLike I said local and open. Other than that... I PAID for a warranty they want to honor on their time and their at their convenience. But not when needed.Both tires and brakes problems are road safety hazards.Have to call corporate and that sucks.

Cannot say enough great things about this shop - they got me in same day to do a quality inspection on a car I was considering purchasing. Did a very thorough look through everything, drove the car with me, gave me a full print out copy of their inspection results as well as a quote to fix so I could go back to the dealership informed. They were so welcoming, honest and thorough! Highly recommend!

took my car for repairs ,manager got the ok to do the work,that manager left and the asst.mng. did the work long story short in the last 17 weeks they have had my car for 14 of them ,picked it up yesterday and has to go back because its still not fixed.

Went to the Monro in Warwick for an inspection on my car on Tuesday. They charged me 55. We actually had a discussion about how another place tried charging me more, however, the state mandates how much the inspection fee is. My wife went to the Monro in Johnston on Friday for her car. They charged her an additional "service fee" on top of the normal inspection fee for the inspection. When she asked they said that they had to charge the additional fees per the state, because it was for taxes and stuff. She was frustrated and just paid it to get out of there. Avoid the Monro in Johnston they are not an honest repair shop.

If you are looking for a great place to have your vehicle serviced I highly recommend this place. I went in to get a headlight replaced they didn t have it in stock. They went and picked one up installed it and charged me nothing. In these hard times I am more than great full and really appreciated their above and beyond attitude. Thank You guys!

I cannot say enough great things about the manager, Heather-- she is AMAZING!! I recently had a flat tire and Heather went above and beyond to help me find the correct tire for my car at the best possible price. She let me ship the tire to Monro and I was able to stop in and have my tire changed the same day that the tire arrived. Heather has always been so amazing to my family and myself when it comes to getting our cars in quickly- weather it be for a broken strut or an oil change. Heather is so personable, knowledgeable and BEYOND helpful!!! I could not have asked for a better experience!!

BEWARE they will try to sell you stuff you don't need. They refused to rotate my tires and said all 4 we're bald and had belts showing...but they didn't walk me to the back to show me while my car was on the lift. My tires are one year old w 10k miles. I went to another shop and they said my tires were fine. I called corporate who admitted this was a poor sales tactic. I've been a customer here for over a decade I no longer trust this place!

I recently brought my car in and I couldn't have left any happier. Heather, the branch manager, is exceptional, and made it a point to work with me to find an affordable solution to my problem. She and her staff are friendly, timely, and very professional. I couldn't recommend them more.
