My entire experience was smooth and enjoyable. The first person I spoke to on the phone was helpful and pleasant. He provided multiple options for my discontinued tires and prices were very competitive compared to other places I shopped.Made an appointment for the next day. Gregory helped me when I arrived. He was cheerful and helped to make it a good experience. No hard upsell of unnecessary products or services. They started on time, gave me a call when they were almost finished and did a great job. Highly recommended if you re in the market for tires.

I've been to this Mavis twice now and both experiences have been exceptional and professional. The first time was for a full brake replacement (not including calipers) and this second time was for an alignment and new tires. Their pricing is incredibly fair but what I love the most is how they take the time to explain and SHOW you what issues need to be addressed with your car. Tobin was working the desk and he was super helpful, professional and patient. This is my new go to for any car service, they're awesome.

Great place for good service. Have come for a few different things. Today, I stopped in 30 minutes before closing time, needing a flat repair. Staff was accommodating, helpful, and service was quick! Excellent price for tire plug. Thanks!

Had a nail in my tire. Gregory was my guy and he took extra good care of me. Got the nail out and was able to save my tire, which only had 5000 miles on it. I highly recommend you to come here and ask for gregory for all of your auto mechanic and or tire related needs.

Great experience here last week! I had my car towed here last minute after I got stuck up the street with a flat tire. They were able to get everything fixed very quickly, same day without an appointment! Tobin was extremely helpful and kind. Thank you all again, I will definitely return for any future tire needs!

Had my car on the lift at 1:10 for new tires.Told them at 2 that I had to be in the road no later than 3 or I'd be late for work, which I am not a fan of. "Sure, we can handle that".They didn't and I was very late to a new job. Extremely embarrassing.Did I mention there were only two cars in front of me?I don't give out a lot of 1 star reviews... They really earned this one.

John is THE BEST! Every time I bring my car in for service, I'm greeted in such a friendly way. He always provides exceptional service and offers me whatever discounts are available! I'm so grateful for John and the amazing crew at Mavis!

I was changing a tire at Mavis. and I needed to replace the bearing. the price of the bearing is $115, it s not clear where the amount of $359 came from. I'm a young lady and I don't understand anything in car. but this is too much. I bought the bearing at a local store for $138 and paid $70 for the labor elsewhere. Instead of $612 at mavis ..

Service was above and beyond, I went in there and Gregory did amazing job for me . If anyone wants help please ask for Gregory , I promise you he doesn t disappoint you at all . I ve been to a lot of different places but nothing like this place and their staff . Keep up the great work guys !!!

Personnel are friendly and knowledgeable, store is clean and orderly. Fair pricing, too. A pleasant experience overall. Highly recommend. Tobin Carroll was especially helpful.

Excellent job. I grabbed 4 Cooper discover tires from this mavis. I can't begin to explain how happy I am with the tires and work from these technicians.hands down the best tires I have ever purchased, I drive a 2x4 truck I won't go anywhere else for tires see you boys in 65,000 miles lol good bye TFT...

Excellent service, prompt, clean waiting area. The process was easy and smooth, ordered tires from Amazon, had them delivered to the store, appointment available within 48 hours of tires being delivered, great price. Would definitely use this store again

Great place and very clean . Tobin is the manager and he is very proactive so ask for him. Had a problem with my tire and he got it fixed as promised.

Tobin was the pro who waited on me as I walked in today.GREAT worker who was knowledgeable as well as courteous!Very quick service not like other tire shops that take hours on end I was in and out within an hour tops!

Ordered tires on Amazon and had them shipped to Mavis for mounting. They are professional, friendly, efficient, and reasonably priced. The waiting room has free wifi and plenty of spots to camp out while you wait. Tire service isn't something I typically look forward to but Mavis made it as stress free as possible.

I found myself with a tire going flat on a Sunday morning. I called Mavis and spoke with Gregory. He reviewed my situation and did the repair work immediately. I will definitely be back.

Went to Mavis tire to get a wheel alignment for my 98 Trans Am. John was super helpful getting me in same day, getting me the best possible price. He also took the time to put the my car back on lift an show me somthing I might not have understood till then. Also tighten up a few lose bolts on my exhaust!!! John is a life saver, along with all the other guys there working there butts off!!! If you need tires, alignment....etc go see John an the guys at Mavis in johnston Rhode-island, you'll be glad you did!!!

Jackson made my amazing experience at Mavis even more amazing!!! I called mavis last minute around 2:45pm because ford had tried to squeeze me on brakes and rotors. John the manager answered and got me an appoitment at 3:30 and got me two incredible discounts. the truck took only a half hour longer then i was told and I had no problems with and he threw in windshield wipers!!!!! Jackson who handled the brakes and rotors walked me through everything and showed me what he pulled off the truck and was amazing about the warranty information!!! I will be back again and again!

Update: ANOTHER FLAT TIRE!Go anywhere but here! Absolute disaster of a business. Bought brand new "Mavis" tires from here and got 3 flat tires in 2 weeks! Trash tires! First flat they admitted it was their fault, it was something to do with the velve. Third flat they told me they were only gonna patch my brand new tire.. I get the roads are bad but I've literally never gotten a flat tire until I got 3 of them after buying their tires. They are like paper. On top of that, the employees are absolutely awful. The manager was actually nodding off a few times while talking to us. They take forever to get the simplest job done. I can't stress enough how much you should avoid this place.

doesn't look like ill be going back, went in for an oil change and I checked my engine then other day for a smell that was smelling like something was burning, I opened the hood and saw my coolant was hot.. but that's on me, but when looking at that I had noticed the tech who did my oil change did not put my oil dipstick in the right way and noticed that it was bent and put in backwards and the stick was no put back in all the way.
