"This review is for the technician who worked on my GENESIS."Before everything, Oscar you deserve better than this place.After waiting for 5 hours just to get the thermostat replaced under warranty, and we all know it takes up to one hour maximum. They brought my vehicle and everything was covered with coolant (the engine bay, the hood, the bumper, and the grill) on top of that, the engine cover was missing some clips, and when I told about them, they took the car inside again because "The technician want to add them by himself." As the valley said. Then when they brought it back, I opened the hood again and it was still missing the clips!!You see this is not a leased car, I bought it with own money and if it wasn't a warranty work I would not even brought it you because obviously you don't know how to change the oil.That was the last time for you to work on a Genesis, enjoy working on Elantras and Accents

Emma helped me alot with fixing a battery problem I had. They make it a point to tell you they wash the car but they 100% did not! Also when got into car radio would not work at all. Apparently when new battery is installed they have to reset radio, which is something you think they should know. But technician did come out to fix it immediately and was very nice.

back in May i traded my 2017 jeep wrangler unlimited which is more expensive than the 2022 kona i traded it in for. but i knew that and i just wanted something better on gas and smaller. it took 2 months for the car to get registered. i was in between houses because i was selling mine. once i found permanent housing i changed my address to my new one so that's why they had trouble registering it. i kept calling trying to talk to someone to see how the process was going. i called so much the receptionist knew who i was when i called. Mario was my sales rep and apparently hes been on leave for a personal issue, which is fine but he didn't communicate with anyone on what was going on. then finally last week i called and said if this keeps going on i want my jeep back. after almost 2 months of waiting i finally got the call my license plates were in. the same day i picked them up i express to the manger in a nice tone what was going on and he apologized and nothing happened after that. then that same night i get a voter registration card for my old address which means they changed my address back to my old one at the DMV. i called the manager and denies this. pretty much says there's nothing they can do when i want my jeep back because i'm just completely over this transaction and then says " have a nice day, bye" then hangs up in my face. i contacted corporate. not sure what they can do, but its worth a shot. stay away from this place. i would give zero stars if i could. i never post negative reviews either.

I showed up for my complimentary oil change after calling to set up and then them calling me and confirm only to be told when I arrived that I am not due. I may have been told it's every 7500 miles ( I had 3k miles ) when I leased , I don't know. (7500 seems high in my opinion, I am used to oil changes every 3 to 5 k miles, but service dept. says that is when it is "due", which I assume means factory recommendation... I will google later to check). Service dept. was apologetic and did wash my car for free which was cool, I did ask for it with oil change though so not sure if they would have offered on their own. Wait was 30 or 45 min. , closer to 45 I believe as I was there almost an hour total. For a car wash and some front floor vaccuming seemed a little long. Went to the wrong bay intially for service as it is right next to a matching honda service center, which delayed things as well. Coffee machine was decent, kind of hard to read the screen due to height of counter and machine which was abnormally tall. I am also somewhat short. Overall experience was ok. They did have a brochure that highlights the maintenace schedule...not sure if I received day of leasing or maybe I was just shown it? Service dept. did say sales reps are trying to get better about explaining maintenance package better to customers which us plausable. So far so good with my 2020 elantra lease, decent car for a decent price.

Hello everyone do Not buy a Car from them ,they send you emails telling you to go in and they will take very Good care of you.lol BULL ! I leased 2 vehicle's from them and if wasn't for my friend Jesse L .he helped us out so much . So when they tell you to come in ( Don't Fall for it ) I'm so upset with them right now , sending me a letter after all the yrs we've been with them ! Now I will find another company to get my next vehicle, it will not be from Grieco Hyundai in Johnston !

Approximately 5-6 weeks ago (beginning of September) I stopped by to see Tom for an estimate on my 2019 Sonata. My driver's side front fender needed to be replaced. I was told by Tom that he'd email an estimate by days end. Fast forward 3 weeks and still nothing so I called and once again spoke to Tom, he apologized and noted that I would get a call back and an email by days end, nothing. It's now been 10 days and still no communication, I do not like leaving negative comments but com'on, totally unacceptable.Sincerely,Disappointed

It took over an hour for me to get my mileage reimbursement recorded. The clerk assured me it was all set. That was a lie, the mileage was never recorded or submitted. It is radically unclear what he did with my car for over an hour if he wasn t completing the paperwork.Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

I found a vehicle online so I came in three weeks ago to purchase a vehicle and I found the perfect car for me .I love convertibles this was a 2015 Volkswagen EOC Hard top convertible with a sun roof.. There were a few things that I noticed had to be fixed ( trunk latch, bulb for blinker and clip for blinker cover they tool me right in and in about 1 1/2 hours I was on my way Thank you Greco Hyaundi I found myself a new car dealer
